I've never had noise canceling headphones before and I feel like I'm having a religious experience. I feel like a blinkered horse. Like this is WHY they were blinkered. Apparently the hypervigilance is stored in the ears for me and this not only takes that WAY down to a level I never realized was possible, it also clears the cache of that part of my brain and I can THINK.

What the fuck. Where have these BEEN. I feel like I purchased a (frankly cheaply made) superpower.

Okay. Don't need to look into that any further.#I tried them out on the train and was like :/ they just sound like the in-ear headphones I replaced #And those were cheaper #Anyway I wonder if the noise canceling is already on or if I push the button to - OH MY GOD THE TRAIN IS SO LOUD WHAT THE FUCK #So it turns out that over ear headphones that sound like in ear headphones are pretty fucking cool actually #Because they sound like the in ear sound I was always trying to get #Wiggling the damn earpiece further in trying to muffle more and hear more clearly #And these can just.
