Fun fact my dentist thinks my teeth are cool because one of them grew in twisted about 135° around and another is 90° around
#I was very scared to go to the dentist bc the first one was very focused on telling me i was hideous bc my teeth are crooked and stained#But this dentist was very nice and also he was genuinely fascinated by teeth which was interesting lol cuz I have weird teeth#He was only focused on the health of my teeth and helping me figure out how to take care of them#Because brushing hurts#The first dentist told me I had a disease of some kind and that my gums would be swollen and painful my whole life but that was a lie#Apparently all I needed was to be able to brush my teeth for more than a few days in a row and it stopped hurting#The new dentist gave me some book recs to help with habit forming im not sure if it'll help but I'll see#I have a zero alcohol mouthwash now and a non mint toothpaste so so far going well#The only issue is flossing#The floss gets stuck in my teeth cuz they're so tight together :(#I have to get a root canal on tueaday#I'm a little scared#He prescribed a Valium to help tho so hopefully it won't be bad
