Part 3 of The Trials on Quinn - Amazing. Wonderful. Stupendous. I think Jamie Campbell Bower moaning and whimpering in my ear healed me. Jesus fucking Christ. Stone froze in place, both horrified and amazed at the demon’s sudden greeting.

He was going to ask it why it knew he’s real name, but decided against it as he felt like it was a cliché. Also because it’s a demon…they know shit like that, DUH!

“Now I would’ve show up in my physical form, but I decided your little demon friend was more…suitable for this conversation…I wouldn’t wanted to frighten you, hmm???”

Stone shook from his trance as he responded, “as much as I would’ve like that, I’d rather not you showed me…Pebble’s face doesn’t need to be THAT horrifying…”

After this, Stone KNEW he was definitely going to sleep with one eye open tonight…

“Now, why have you summoned me, archer? As you may know, I’m not one for a long visits so-“

“I wish to make a deal with you,” he responded right away.

“Oh????~what kind of deal?”, the demon king asked, looking quite Intrigued at the emo’s proposal.

“Two years ago, I nearly lost the love of my life to an infernal disease, and with that I made a regrettable decision…now I wish to reclaim his memories, but under one condition…”

“It would make that condition be???”, The demon asked as it wiggled his fingers in the wind.

“That you remove his sickness…”

“Do you have anything I want???”

“If I may, I heard that you like trials…games… That require the mortal to go through…punishment.”

“Why Yes???? Is there a reason you ask???”

“I demand you put me through a trial”, Stone proposed, “that’s what I ask…put me through a punishment! if I succeed, you will give me back Sora’s memories and remove his sickness ENTIRELY!”

“And if you lose????…”, the demon asked.

….

“You can kill me…for I no longer have a purpose in this world…”, the archer said, shaking but standing firm on his deal.

The demon thought for a second.

“Deal~”

There was no going back now…

gave my oc too much trauma in the first book and the turmoil+ADDITIONAL TRAUMA in the second book is going to take at LEAST five to sort it all out so that way i can mold her into someone who actually likes being alive...

she's made to be the type of person who likes being alive but unfortunately that's not how character development works.
