bf woke me up earlier said I was grinding my teeth real fucking bad and it sounded like I was going to hurt myself. I am now terrified of I've broke n a tooth I'm afraid to go check but I'm afraid to be asleep so I'm just sitting in bed worried and tired but too much fear in my blood to actually sleep. If I fucked myself up I'm going to kms I don't have dental RN lol so I can't go even if I wanted to (I don't and I'm terrified of dentists)
