There used to be a fishing pier here. With the influx of tourists, it was decided to turn it into a small spa complex with a jacuzzi, a sauna, and a bar area. Yoga classes are also held here on a regular basis for all the sporty guests of the island.

The building is based on a real hotel from Bali

Hotel "Tikki" is quite popular among tourists. Of course! At your service are separate houses, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a hot spring, a restaurant at the hotel, as well as access to a private beach. Hurry up to book your vacation and come with the whole family. Immerse yourself in a real island atmosphere, where the sun and sand are just a few steps from the front door.

Made it a rental housing, of course, it will cost a pretty penny for the sims to live here normally. But there are three separate houses, you can accommodate about 8-10 sims! Whenever I go with my family, I always take relatives and friends, and you?
