Kampai ir plokštės

Kai vienas iš blokų yra užtamsintas, bendra įtampa krenta, todėl saulės inverteris gauna mažiau elektros energijos. Norint išspręsti šią problemą, reikia kelių MPPT sekimo priemonių, kurios keičia savo charakteristikas esant vidutinei įtampai.

Pavyzdžiui, jei turite du blokus ant stogo ir vienas iš jų yra mažiau apšviestas, tuomet norint išvengti nuostolių, turite juos prijungti prie atskirų sekimo priemonių. Vienas nuo kito nepriklausomi blokai veiks savo režimu, o MPPT sekiklis suteiks maksimalią našumą.

Dar blogiau yra vienos ar kelių plokščių dalinis atspalvis. Tokiu atveju MPPT sekiklis sureaguos ir sumažins keitiklio įėjimo įtampą, o tai sukels galios praradimą. Dėdami stenkitės, kad visas blokas, prijungtas prie vieno MPPT sekimo įrenginio, būtų apšviestas vienodai.

Šešėlio lygis

Visiškai šešėlyje esanti ląstelė nustos veikti, o iš dalies užtemdyta ląstelė gamins elektros energiją proporcingai šešėlio lygiui.

Vidutinės kainos segmento keitikliuose yra modelių, kurių funkcija aptikti pažeistas akumuliatorių dalis. Pavyzdžiui, jei staiga nustos veikti viena iš celių, keitiklio korpuse įsijungs šviesos signalas. Taigi iš karto sužinosite apie avariją ir ją greičiau pašalinsite, o saulės elektrinė nepraras našumo.

Jei negalite išvengti šešėlių, suplanuokite rėmą taip, kad viskas būtų tolygiai apšviesta. Tai daroma atsižvelgiant į jų skaičių ir įrengimo vietą, taip pat atsižvelgiant į technines sąlygas.

Tvirtos bei lengvos konstrukcijos poreikis

Saulės baterija yra gana sunki. Štai 275 W fotopanelis sveria daugiau nei 18 kg. 10 kW projekte yra 36 tokie blokai. Bendras konstrukcijos svoris bus 655 kg.

Norint išlaikyti tokį svorį ant stogo, reikia tvirtos, bet kartu ir lengvos konstrukcijos. Paprastai jis pagamintas iš aliuminio profilių. Patys moduliai montuojami ant plieninių laikiklių per tvirtinimo angas. Per juos įžeminama visa konstrukcija.

Dėl to, kad ši konstrukcija neturi atramų ir yra pritvirtinta tiesiai prie sijų ir stogo dangos, viskas pasiskirsto tolygiai, stabiliau ir patikimiau nei antžeminė versija.

Aukštis nuo žemės iki plokščių

Rėmai, skirti montuoti ant žemės, yra pagaminti iš medžio arba derinami su aliuminio sijomis. Dėl to jis yra pigesnis, bet mažiau patvarus dėl medienos pažeidžiamumo drėgmei. Toks karkasas dedamas ant atramų, pagamintų iš cinkuoto plieno arba aliuminio vamzdžių, įkastų į žemę arba kietai supiltų į betoną.

Svarbiausia: aukštis nuo žemės iki plokščių turi būti ne mažesnis kaip 1 m, kad žiemą nepadengtų sniegu.

Kad konstrukcija būtų stabilesnė, ji suprojektuota pagal ilgį. Aukštis paprastai ribojamas iki dviejų ar trijų modulių.

Kitas rėmo tipas yra storasienė atrama su saulės sekikliu. Jis sukurtas taip, kad atlaikytų didelį svorį, tačiau praktiškai retai ant jo dedama daugiau nei 6-8 moduliai.

Saulės elektrinių įrengimo etapai

Paprastai saulės baterijas namuose montuoja specialistai, turintys patirties ir žinių, kaip tai padaryti teisingai. Įrengimas apima daugybę paslaugų:

Pirma, tiksliai nustatoma vieta. Specialistai surenka tikslias geografines namo koordinates, stogo išplanavimą ir suveda šiuos duomenis į programą, kuri per palydovą nustato, kuri zona gauna daugiausiai šviesos. Tai pramoninė mokama technologija ir paprastam montuotojui ji neprieinama;

Montavimo laiką įtakoja projektavimo sudėtingumas, stogo išdėstymas, matmenys ir kiti faktoriai renkantis plokštes. Paprastai visas procesas trunka nuo kelių savaičių iki poros mėnesių, į kurį įeina projekto kūrimas, surenkamų karkasų gamyba ir montavimas. Bet kokiu atveju tai greičiau ir geriau nei nepriklausomas ryšys.
