psa: does your jaw lock?

mine too! it sucks, doesn't it? this is something tiny, but if you drink water from a water bottle*, try drinking your water without sticking your jaw out. you might not even notice you're doing it, but try it! tbh you might spill a little tiny bit of water out from the corners of your lips at first, but it's like giving yourself a waterfall from your water bottle except your lips are still touching the edge of the bottle. you really don't have to stick your jaw out to drink the water at all!

#this isn't the jaw post i wanted to make but it is part of it #brought to you by my voice lesson that i had that made me realize i tense my jaw for every single little thing for no reason #and i noticed the other day i stick my jaw out to drink water and like wow i do not need to be doing that #the waters not going anywhere except my mouth lol #THIS APPLIES TO WATER BOTTLES W STRAWS TOO!!! i don't have one but like imagine sucking in a breath #you don't really need your jaw to actively do anything other than simply open your mouth in order to suck the water in #bluebird.txt
