i am sooooooooooooooooooooo glad finally the world is seeing what scum justin is. he profitted off slandering women. multiple women. unfaithful, scummy, cultural appropriating and made a career off of ripping off michael jackson. the beatboxin', the improvizational vocal styling, the layered tracks, the dancing, the slandering his 'crazy' exes, the luxury he must've had.
must be nice. what a little cry baby bitch boy. what goes around comes around, like it's a friggin boomerang. ew. it takes two to tango, you're the one with the victim mentality. a class act, and i mean that in the most downright low down way i can muster. he is horrible. the absolute worst. he did the women in his life so dirty, it's never his fault, god forbid. pathetic.
boo fuckin' hoo, your anniverary was interrupted by your own dirty laundry, so what? what else is new, besides the fact you slandered britney. you threw janet and her 20 year (at the time) career under a bus. idk what he else he did, but he also cheated on jessica "let's evolve" biel, but that's not about her but, bold words for someone who took back their scoundrel, cheating ex boyfriend who cheated on her. i guess she likes sloppy seconds, they seem like they're so great. must be nice, once again. even if he has the upper hand, or control of the narrative or had it for, oh wait, oh about 20 years.
you know what the ex, the puppy love turned real, your childhood love, arguably the once 'love of his fucking life', in a romantic sense best friend, the girl jt was so into that he apparently was about to give her his name, and you do her dirty? dude, you can be so dumb, sure it was a sly dick move, but damn. that says way more about him that it be about her. life hands you lemons, you blame others and squeeze the juice in their wounds, liar liar liar.
so justin, while britney nursed a broken heart and had to grapple with a decision you issued this 'ultimatium' whatever, you didn't say you were gonna be respectful? i imagine they probably talked beyond the text to be like, whatever it's done closure for the pair, par for the course. when you were the first to be cruel, you were the aggressor, you were the liar, you weaved this narrative that it was ALL her. remember this, there's not a relationship with you, there's the other half, who should be your 'better' half, who was miles humble and sweet compared to him.
not to be all will smith or nothin' but keep her name out your fucking mouth if you have nothing good to say, that goes for everyone. like who are people who don't work, have retail, food service, regular people jobs with regular people problems, middle class judging a woman who makes money when she shits, sleeps, eats, dances and posts videos on instgram. why is it such a thing as to have silence in the peanut gallery in regards. "it would never happen to anyone" sure, jan. keep sippin't he coolade. cool.
so weird flex, idk. i'm glad i never bought into "big bad britney" the worst girl, the delinquent deviant, the seductress Jezabelle manipulator, evil woman, ice, stone what have them, there's always gonna be haters, but like f that. I'm on the right side here, not that it's a contest, race, spill tea, money grab whatever. idc who you are, but britney should be referred to as someone who isn't a tabloid joke, but a survivor with resilience and humility and someone who had unrealistic sometimes or big dreams but never really gave up completely even if times were shitty. she always had things to live for, and to do, but some f the things she endured were totally beyond her control.
she was very much chewed up and spit out. adored and then hated, and all the people going, "oh i had no idea, i feel so bad" i really think it comes too little too late, because for years i always assumed there was a lot we didn't know, and that wasn't really anyone, especially her family who treat her like a prized racehorse or cash cow, and not a human.
for 13 years, almost 15 years, she was a second-class citizen in her own home, a literal prisoner, she had zero say in anything. she couldn't drive or vote for a president/elected official. she was unjustly put under a hold that turned into a little over quarter of a decade imprisoned, her civil rights were infringed upon. yes that is something to share that must burden her, sometimes the truth is something that will set her free. her speaking i believe, equates to her healing. i know i said i wouldn't say things about this until i finished up the woman in me memoir, but i can't keep this from coming out.
it's just for once, this girl can catch a break and do what she loves. she speaks very candidly on her fans who she appreciates even at her lowest point, even if she wasn't necessarily 'running the show', she still had personality, passion and intensity that will keep her 'youthful' in the eyes of the world forever. her legacy is so strong, and i hate that it'd been marred by lies for years. slanderous, sensationalized journalism and south park, punch lines, digs, and general biased hate from other fans of pop (tbh all genres) music and more. if beyonce did any of the things briney did they'd (general public) turn their back too or they'd fight for her just as strong as barmy/fandoms related to britney spears/fans of other artists. some artists could get away with literal killing or unaliving someone, and britney would be like going to prison or some mental hospital for LIFE locked up till the 12th of never to be released and her family would assume control and she would die in literal captivity. people act like jamie was looking for brit's
his meal ticket, of course. of course she's married this guy who (i will say he takes care of mostly if not all of his multiple children with more than one mother, not that there's anything wrong with having biracial or even children who are from different mothers. out of his idk how many kids, he has 2 children with britney from when they were married for roughly three years who don't speak to her because they'd been fed this narrative for so long they see no different. federline literally implies she's nuts, so she's not credible so people find her narrative to be false, or use the rhetoric she has mental illness, while that could be something, if she didn't have dementia or some schizoaffective or bipolar diagnosis, well well, she might have some horrible version of post-traumatic stress disorder. everything i'd expected and even things i didn't know or weren't confirmed officially at any time are being corroborated like i didn't want to be right, but i was so on it and everyone thinks she's crazy, and gaslit, enabled this farce of a conservatorship, she needed to be taught how to be an adult, and her family mainly jamie failed her by making every decision for 13 years for her.
i was also ranting that, what kind of crappy luck to have a sister like who ignored her pleas, saw her struggle, and didn't do shit to help her, but freely went on dancing with the stars, the special corps for money grabs, looks so desperate.
she (jamie lynn) wouldn't even be a name out here if she didn't have a sister who was like it or not, britney spears. similar to the plight of ashlee simpson (jessica was the more 'famous' popstar sister, famously had a reality show with her ex-husband nick lachey in 2003 until 2005 or so which the show seemed to seemingly caused them to split by late 2005/2006) , nick & aaron carter (he was the 'kid' brother of one of the lead singers of the backstreet boys, famously dated paris hitlon, was accused by a former girllbander from the girlgroup in 2000-2001 dream.) if my sis was being talked neg about or was being infringed of her citizens rights, i rest my case. i'd go the f off!
i mean let's be serious for a sec, there was so much SO MUCH animosity and jealousy and "living in the shadow" or being "less famous" or too young to remember when things were normal in their families. ashlee simpson famously had a song called 'shadow' (Autobiography, 2004) not to be confused britney spears' "shadow" (In the Zone, 2003)
i do not sympathize with her. in wise the words of mean girl janis ian. listen up.
As Janis Ian once said, "There are two kinds of evil people in this world. Those who do evil stuff and those who see evil stuff being done and don't try to stop it."

I personally think that all the protags and their friends do gift exchanges :] Demifiend gets everyone a Magatama which they all vehemently refuse to eat, Kazuya and Raidou get people regular Tokyo items because they’re... surprisingly rare, Devil Survivor Protag makes everyone personal mixtapes, etc
Happy Holidays!
Oooh, nice! I can see that.
I do see the cast of SMT in certain ways, especially since I write fanfic for them, so some of my choices might seem a bit weird outside of my head. I'm assuming that interdimensional travel is a thing. Also, on top of giving to friends, there's also a Secret Santa designed to give for people you don't know.
Kazuya gets people practical things, and I see him as someone who's good at cooking. He gives out new pots and pans, new knives, a new spatula.
Aoi would think carefully about what everyone would want before giving it. But she'd default to a big box of holiday treats. Including alcohol. She does not care if the recipient is underage. Either that, or she'd hand out training equipment, since I headcanon her as someone who loves sparring.
Aleph gets everyone guns. I think of him during the game as having difficulties grasping social conventions and niceties, since he only experienced one year of life (yes, he's two years old, but he spent the first year as a baby). When given the advice, "Give something that you would want," he straight up buys the guns he wants.
Hiroko winds up getting Aleph and Daleth stuffed toys, which they treasure. And since she's already at the store, she gets a stuffed animal for the Secret Santa.
Daleth brings out potions the fairies taught him to make.
Naoki is someone I think of as growing up poor. He'd discreetly measure someone and get them a nice warm jacket.
Hijiri gets copies of relatively obscure mythologies, which always turns out extremely useful in SMT.
Raidou, at Naoki's suggestion, gets a lot of stuff that's cheap and plentiful in his time, but will become valuable handmade antiques or specialty snacks in their time.
Flynn gets potted plants for everyone. He does not always get how difficult it is to take care of some of these plants, and he also gives plants that you wouldn't usually think of as a gift, such as rice plants in wet buckets.
Isabeau matches people to manga. Jonathan matches people to books. I have no idea what Walter would do.
Nanashi gives blankets and pillows, and they're super comfortable. Both Bonds and Anarchy Nanashi do this, but Anarchy!Nanashi enchants them to help people sleep better.
Asahi learns to brew her own liquor and beer, and gives that out as gifts. If anyone is concerned that she is under the legal drinking age, they don't show it.
Hallelujah winds up with a lot of money and connections thanks to his new job as a Yakuza boss, but he's trying to remain frugal. Part of it is that he's not inclined to luxury, but the other is that it really helps his image if he's not extravagant like Tayama was. So he'd get something that's nice, but not too nice, like the cheaper accessories at the Ginza Special Shop.
In the Anarchy universe where Hallelujah is the Goddess, he winds up blessing people for good health. Since I've got Dealing with Dragons on the brain, he ensures that nobody will ever have problems with their teeth.
Nozomi gives potted plants like Flynn, but she's a bit more aware of what you can and can't grow. So they're enchanted to be a bit hardier, and she writes down care instructions.
Toki gives almost everyone better weapons. Since you can't get better than Gungnir, she'd give Gaston a book on lance techniques. And since Hallelujah doesn't use weapons, she might give a book on meditation to improve his magic. She gives machetes to people she doesn't know.
Gaston gives jewelry, since that's what Luxurors give each other.
Navarre is exempt because he doesn't have any money, but he's good at giving suggestions to Gaston.
Danu makes things fertile. If they're farmers, their harvests are rich. If they keep animals, they give birth to more babies than usual. And if nothing applies, she gives good health.
Dagda firmly does not celebrate Christmas, but does participate in the Secret Santa gift exchange. It's a neverending thermos of porridge.
Dagda does, however, give Nanashi a gift: a 'get out of death free' card, stylized as a Monopoly card with Nanashi's name on it. He clarifies that the card itself is just a joke; the real gift is a promise to bring him back to life, and it doesn't matter if he loses the card. If Nanashi dies of something like illness or starvation, he'll cure or feed him so he doesn't die right away. And if he manages to die of old age, he'll give him time enough to say his goodbyes before dying for real (and/or let him scare people at his funeral).
Blasted Akira, he doesn't have a lot to give right now. He just gives out IOUs for stuff later, which includes, "Any one thing you want from the treasury."
Infernal Akira scavenges through trash for a living, and I'm thinking that he's not just good at repairing things, but making new things. Most of the usable parts would be used to improve his city, so he'd turn the scraps into a found artwork piece. At the same time, I can see him as someone who gifts very generously out of necessity; he needs the other Demonoids to like him or they'll overthrow him. He might get someone the newest video game console; probably gives Blasted Akira money so he can buy it for him. Big scary demon man in Tokyo would cause problems.
The Embryon generally has trouble with the prompt. Serph winds up giving the gift of friendship, and gives shooting lessons because that's what friends do. Heat gives a fully butchered dead demon, accompanied by a bottle of their blood; this poses problems to people who just think it's ordinary meat. Sera only has a vague idea of Christmas from holiday movies, so she gives out stereotypical gifts like a drum set, a working train set, and stuffed toys. Argilla tries baking a pie but it doesn't turn out well because she's learning how to cook solely from a cookbook. Gale thinks everyone likes math and gives a book on proofs he finds interesting. Cielo gives a mixtape.
I headcanon Roland as Jewish; it started with 'Blitz is a real surname and it fits him' and then turned into 'I knew a classmate with that name who was Jewish' and then into 'what the hell, Roland's Jewish now.' So he doesn't celebrate Christmas even if he has a better idea of what it is. He thinks about everything he missed when he was stuck underground, and decides on boxes of chocolates.
The Nahobino at this point would be God, so he might give out what looks like those coupons children give their parents (like, "clean my room without arguing"), but actually contain stuff like, "Use of a room where time stands still (yes there is internet access because magic)," "Instant transportation to any given location in the universe, round trip, safety guaranteed," and "Change the weather to anything you want, within reason." He also specifies that while they can be used on another's behalf, only the user can activate it; this is so that they get used up within the receiver's lifetime.
Maybe someone tries to argue that Aogami should join in. He winds up cleaning the air and oceans around Japan as his gift, saying that it's a gift to humanity, and they are humans. The receiver is too polite to fault his logic, and the Nahobino winds up discreetly giving them the same coupon gift as above, on the basis that he and Aogami are technically the same person.

The zombies in the manga (and live action movie) "I Am A Hero" are like that too and it's so much creepier than regular zombies imo. When they turn into a brutal uncanny valey version of humans. Stuck in a loop of their daily life motions, last thoughts, emotions and problems. But they still want to eat your face while attempting to go to work, go groceries shopping, deliver packages, or hold a very important business call while obviously looking very mortally wounded. There is some social critic in there...
It's like they are stuck in the last moment before they died (about to die?), they are still kind of conscious but more like extremely high / drunk peoples level of consciousness. Some are even confused about what is happening with them. Some don't really realize that they kill people.
But big warning: the manga is very graphic, very body horror and disturbing. There are also child and baby zombies sometimes. Also the still human survivors are disturbing too.
Also, in the manga (left out in the movie) the two mains have hallucinations due to mental or neurological issues... already before the zombie outbreak. But they just see harmless pupet monsters and some weird unfunny annoying guy. Later the zombie virus evolves and turns people into surreal mutants. idk I only read till part 11 of the manga so far.
Zombies shouldn't growl or snarl, they should babble a mixture of incomplete word sounds and whole words or sentence fragments. Every zombie should sound almost but not quite like it's trying to tell you something.

So about that blue “fruit”...
Ori feels both extremely sick and guilty upon learning he’s been eating mystery pre-teens this whole time.
(I would also like to thank everyone for the amount of attention my last Hallowed Rainforest AU post got. I really appreciate it!)
