Superdox: Uses, Side Effects and Precautions
Superdox 100 mg capsule is broad-spectrum antibiotic synthetically derived from oxytetracycline and used to treat a wide variety of susceptible bacterial infections. It inhibits protein synthesis by prohibiting the 30S ribosomal subunit of bacteria. Each Superdox 100 mg capsule contains Doxycycline Hydrochloride equivalent to Doxycycline 100 mg. Doxycycline works by reversibly binding to the 30S ribosomal subunits and possibly the 50S ribosomal subunit(s), blocking the binding of aminoacyl tRNA to the mRNA and inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis.
