Most of the difficulty from that fight is in Morak'Al and co. trying to give me a colonoscopy, really...
#Success was in actively searching for him and then keeping my distance.#The Witness has a very distinct sound cue for when it is about to attack so I didn't really need to look for it until it makes that noise.#It helped to be more careful with the Aegis... some of my deaths were from getting suspended when I leapt up to break Morak'Al's shield.#The shield would break but I wouldn't be able to free myself in time to either get in the pool of Light or avoid the Witness.#Morak'Al was easier in some regards because often Lenurae's attacks would box me in and I'd die or barely survive.#Stasis crystals would just form around me and I'd either wiggle free with my glaive shield active...#Or I'd use Song of Flame to tank everything if the Witness also attacked at the same time. Which happened often.#It has like a 15-20 second interval...#I wouldn't recommend damage tanking as a main strategy but it's sort of a last resort is it not...#It's better to just break line-of-sight once you hear the sound cue for their Shatterstorm attack.#Or better yet just unleash carnage upon Lenurae before it can do anything. Woe... Song of Flame upon ye...
