Jenny Nicholson’s new star wars cruiser video and her experience reminds me of when i went to star wars land with my boyfriend. Im the one who actually cares about star wars and loves it, he was literally just tagging along to spend time with me and we’d have a good time riding rides while i geeked out. Characters all went right to him to interact with his phone, and a stormtrooper literally told me to go away because he wanted to do soundboard lines to my bf’s camera.

I was really sad at the end of the day, like i felt like a bad person and like i did something wrong for wanting to interact with the land as someone who loves star wars. My bf had a great time tho. Good for him.

Me and my girlfriend are watching Jenny Nicholson's video on the Galactic Starcruiser and I had an amazing idea that I'm so mad I didn't say it when it was still up and running: "Someone should have brought film equipment into the hotel, went into the private bedroom and filmed Star Wars themed porn. The sets already built to Disney standards. It would be the most authentic-looking Star Wars porn ever made.” YOU COULD WRITE IT OFF ON YOUR TAXES AS A JOB EXPENSE.

The most wild part of the Jenny Nicholson video on the Star Wars hotel is that the team seemed so worried about immersion that their solution to real emergencies was "wait in this fireproof closet until someone saves you" but they didn't choose to make any expense to make the rest of it actually immersive

like at that price point I'm willing to take seeing a clearly marked "emergency exit" sign if I had a game/app that functioned, cast that were properly trained/ prepared to interact with me, and actual scenery that responded to my choices but god forbid I find my room is connected to the outside world!

Watching Jenny Nicholson’s Evermore video right after the Star Wars Cruise is huge whiplash. Like, one is a broke theme park with a lot of charm, versus an overpriced theme park with 0 charm. Coughing baby vs. coughing baby, but at least one of the coughing babies is willing to LARP with you.

(While I’m not a fan of mean-spirited negativity towards Starcruiser, I do absolutely love it when Universal makes cheeky nods to closed Disney rides, so this got a good chuckle out of me 😆. Can’t wait to see this in person when I pick my pass back up!).
