Tuvok and Janeway give off a very sophisticated vibe but also kind of adrenaline junky slightly unhinged energy. Like you can hear them in Janeway's ready room late into the night listening to classical music but when you open the door to suggest they go to bed you see them face-first on the desk and floor, bodies twitching with like a mountain of coffee cups and energy drinks littering the room. When you check their work it's absolutely flawless. How did they do this.
