While he does have some draconic properties, due to Draconia, Shibusawa is speculated to be immortal (the man could get killed but so long as his collection’s intact he just pops back up and continues his work) So during his...long life, Shibusawa was bound to have a child. And of course he did in the past- Atsushi Nakajima. While the man had speculations, he didn’t go out of his way to FIND his son or the boy’s mother, he was more focused, as a man of science, on his work than anything else. But if he did run across Atsushi, Shibusawa would probably torture him with or without the knowledge he's his son, with a quirk like his- how can he not see how that works? And how can he not have it in his possession? He’d do WHATEVER to get it in his claws even if it meant ripping it from his own flesh and blood.
