It's hard to figure out which sounds are from the real world, which are from the song in my headphones, and which ones I think I'm hearing. Like it's divided in a 60-30-10 way I think it'd be accurate enough to say, but even when I KNOW it's real and I just heard it it's always hard to tell from where it's coming from or what the sound even is so I'll end up worried anyway

#Sister is prone to bad hospital accidents (and I'm prone to easy ones that can easily get fixed at home or not even need fixing)#But like she doesn't get hurt OFTEN but when she does get hurt it's usually bad enough for my mother and grandma to scream #So when I hear shit falling I usually have to wait a second or two so I can hear if anyone is crying or yelling before I decide to worry #I get startled by sound anyway but it's a good enough method so that I don't freak out over neighbors playing or the TV a little too loud
