Seeing as this Scourge grew up with Eggman, I like to think he probably knows a thing or two about advanced math (and uses it to create anything that can explode), can definitely do maintenance on some bots if needed

His "tech smarts" don't really transition into his fighting style as much, though. He's as reckless and arrogant as you know Scourge the Hedgehog to be (maybe even a little more since. You know. Son of Mr. 300 Iq. He brags about it FOR SURE.)
