Hey! Love your art! :) I saw a post about the first time Mario saw Peach and how aww struck he was.

What about Peach's thoughts and feelings when she first laid eyes on Mario, though? 👀

Oh, so was she!! 🥰 One of my absolute favorite headcanons about these two is that Peach is just as swayed and smitten with Mario as he is for her, and their mutual affection cannot be concealed. 😌💕

Although, Peach has the advantage of having been raised with high class etiquette and impeccable notions of propriety, which means that she is only slightly better at tempering her own feelings and flustered reactions than Mario is. 😏

The very first time she spotted the man a short distance away, he was seen running a gloved hand through his unruly brown hair and nervously adjusting the straps of his denim overalls while an all too enthusiastic Toad eagerly nudged him forward. She already found his appearance quite striking at first glance, and his shy stance undeniably endearing; but the moment said man dared look up into her eyes was what officially did it. Before he even spoke, before she heard his gentle voice and witnessed his charming manners, his open and earnest gaze told her everything she needed to know. As he stood there before her, humbly shuffling his feet and gingerly clutching his cap in his fist, she saw his heart and it left her breathless.

His very presence enchants her to no end and his eyes bring her endless warmth. Whenever someone would directly ask her about Mario, she would smile very brightly and hold back a dreamy sigh, unconsciously clasping her hands together. 🤭💗
