The Rocky Road to Happiness
Tumblr media
I love, love, love watching Porsha Williams with her sister Lauren and Shamea Morton together on Porsha’s Having a Baby. They’re so cute and funny together when they’re walking into their new lifestyles as mothers. I now kind of want Shamea around more often and maybe have her as a regular friend of RHOA.
Porsha and Dennis McKinley are so cute together. He is one of the (future) husbands on Real Housewives I really like. There are two major couples om Bravo this year and that is Porsha and Dennis, and Stassi Schroeder and Beau Clark on Vanderpump Rules. They are so adorable!
But there isn’t only cuteness on the show. It also shows how difficult a relationship can be. They went to therapy together, and while it was tremendously funny when the therapist heard that their mothers are moving in, it seems that their relationship isn’t just sunshine and rainbows.
Driving home Dennis said “You’ve got to admit, from outside looking in we’re looking a little rocky now.” They both have to work on their trust issues and I guess we’ll see how well it will go having their mothers under the same roof.

Kenya Moore, 47, Welcomes First Child — Daughter Brooklyn Doris — After Pregnancy Complications
Kenya Moore is a mom! The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, 47, gave birth to daughter Brooklyn Doris Daly at 9:39 a.m. ET on Sunday, Nov. 4, PEOPLE can exclusively report. The baby girl weighs 5 lbs. and 12 oz. It’s the first child for Moore and husband Marc Daly, who gave their daughter a name that holds special meaning. “Brooklyn because that’s where we met and fell in love, and Doris after my grandmother who passed away last year and who raised me,” Moore tells PEOPLE. Mom is doing well and “Brooklyn is very alert and active,” but the happy news also comes after scary few days for Moore. The former Miss USA, who conceived through in vitro fertilization, gave birth via emergency cesarean section after revealing on Oct. 27 that she had tested positive for preeclampsia — a pregnancy complication that caused her to gain “17 lbs. in ONE week due to severe swelling and water retention, high blood pressure, and excess protein in urine.” Want all the latest pregnancy and birth announcements, plus celebrity mom blogs? Click here to get those and more in the PEOPLE Parents newsletter. Preeclampsia typically develops suddenly in women who previously had normal blood pressure after the 20-week pregnancy mark, according to the Mayo Clinic. Left untreated, preeclampsia can have fatal consequences. The most effective form of treatment is delivery, something Moore said she was considering. “This is NOT normal,” Moore wrote on Instagram. “Baby is fine but if come back higher #babydaly will have to come same day.” “Staying positive,” Moore added. “To my pregnant sisters please go to your visits and tell the doctor of any drastic changes. Thank God I have great doctors.” On Saturday, she let fans on Instagram know that her baby was on the way. “If you want to make God laugh have a plan…” she captioning a shot of her laying her hospital bed. “Won’t be long now. Pray for us #babydaly #weloveyou #prayers.” View this post on Instagram If you want to make God laugh have a plan… won't be long now. Pray for us #babydaly #weloveyou #prayers A post shared by Kenya Moore Daly (@thekenyamoore) on Nov 3, 2018 at 5:00pm PDT //www.instagram.com/embed.js Moore announced that she was pregnant during the first part of the season 10 RHOA reunion. “I’ve waited 47 years for this moment,” Moore told PEOPLE at the time. “I didn’t really want to announce it too soon because I feel it’s very early on in our pregnancy. But I have suffered so much in my life when it comes to wanting a family around me. So this is the day I’ve been waiting for my entire life. It’s a dream come true.” Fans of RHOA are well aware of the struggles Moore referred to. The reality star has been open on the hit Bravo show about the estranged relationship she has had with her mother (the two haven’t spoken in years), and the isolation she has felt because of that. “No one really knows what it’s like to feel rejected and abandoned by someone who gave birth to you and who treated you so badly and who hoped you would fail,” Moore said. “For me to have a family of my own, to me, that’s what makes me feel like I’m at the pinnacle of happiness.” RELATED: Pregnant Kenya Moore Reveals She Weighs 200 Lbs.: My ‘Legs, Booty and Boobs Are Way Bigger’ Moore’s quest for love was also well-documented on RHOA, in a series of relationships that didn’t pan out for one reason or the other. All that bad luck changed when she and Daly first met through mutual friend (and fellow Bravolebrity) chef Roblé Ali back in June 2016. Though the couple didn’t start dating until December of that year, their bond was nearly instantaneous. The pair married in a romantic sunset ceremony on a St. Lucia beach in June 2017, with Moore telling PEOPLE at the time, “We both want to start a family, and soon — like, right away. We both want a child.” RELATED: RHOA‘s Kenya Moore Shares ‘First Look’ 3D Image of Her Baby — Who ‘Has Daddy’s Lips and Nose!’ So was Daly as excited about fatherhood? “He’s thrilled! He’s just so happy,” Moore raved. “He gave me a big hug and a kiss and then he started to just kind of make jokes. That’s just his personality. He’s a fun-loving, happy person.” Sadly, RHOA fans won’t get to see this next chapter of Moore’s life play out on television when the show’s eleventh season premieres on Sunday. Moore chose not to return to the series, a disappointment for longtime viewers of the show hoping to see her journey continue. RELATED: Oh, Baby! Pregnant RHOA Star Kenya Moore Shows Off Bump in a Fitted White Dress Though the cameras haven’t been there, Moore kept fans updated on her latest pregnancy milestones on social media — including her weight gain, baby shopping trips and various ultrasounds. On Oct. 20, she was showered with love at an extravagant fairytale-themed baby shower. Among the attendees were a slew of Moore’s former Bravo costars and colleagues, including Atlanta Housewives Cynthia Bailey, Kandi Burruss and Porsha Williams; RHOA pals Shamea Morton, Carmon Cambrice, Miss Lawrence and Brandon Deshazer; Real Housewives of Potomac‘s Gizelle Bryant; and Married to Medicine‘s Dr. Heavenly Kimes and Toya Bush-Harris. “Words cannot express the joy and happiness I feel in my heart,” she wrote on Instagram. “So overwhelming to have a room of people who came to celebrate the impending life of #babydaly.” http://bit.ly/2PM5JM1

NeNe Leakes lands rich Bravo deal for RHOA plus Bella Thorne on Scott Disick
NeNe Leakes didn't mind having to wait a few seasons before returning to Bravo's Real Housewives of Atlanta as that only made her price tag rise more as Phaedra Parks fell apart on the show. After some very intense negotiations, Leakes will be earning more than $2 million for this upcoming season. This will include some sweet perks that will have her returning to her famous mantra "I'm rich, bitch!" These perks include her getting the personal treatment she loved in the past so she can juggle personal engagement and any new shows she might be on. Ryan Murphy won't be including her in anything after using her for Glee and The New Normal, so she'll be looking for another producer who loves a 'hot mess' as Murphy as always said. Bravo will let her promote her HSN Clothing, SWAGG Boutique along with hosting Fashion Police on E! Big news for fans of Bravo’s reality series Real Housewives of Atlanta. On Wednesday, it was announced that Housewives alum NeNe Leakes would be officially returning to the show. Back in 2015, NeNe exited the weekly drama-filled show and proceeded to pursue other opportunities in the entertainment industry. In fact, the humorous star has since been a facet on E!’s show Fashion Police. On Wednesday, Nene took to her Twitter to share the big news with her fans and followers. Alongside a photo of her holding up a drink and wearing a crown, NeNe captioned, “It’s been a long process, but we’ve finally reached an agreement! All hail the Queen for season 10 of [Real Housewives of Atlanta].” NeNe Leakes, Twitter post: https://twitter.com/NeNeLeakes/status/875089492339810304 While NeNe is returning to RHOA, it has been reported that fellow cast member Phaedra Parks will not be on the 10th installment of the reality series. After she was caught spreading malicious sexual assault rumors about her costar Kandi Burruss and her husband Todd Tucker, Phaedra’s career as a professional Housewife has supposedly come to an end. Filming has begun, and you can be sure that NeNe has negotiated to be a central storyline with her return. Kandi Burruss, Porsha Williams, Cynthia Bailey, Kenya Moore and Sheree Whitfield are all expected to return full-time. Williams’ friend Shamea Morton will make appearances alongside Kim Zolciak. Stay tuned for more details about the upcoming season of Real Housewives of Atlanta. Remember a few weeks back when 19-year-old former Disney actress Bella Thorne was spotted getting super close to troubled reality star Scott Disick? While their extremely short-lived fling may have lasted only a few days, people are still talking about the unexpected pairing. Inevitably, Bella decided to candidly address her run-in with Scott in Cannes in a brand-new interview with Complex magazine. When asked how she met Scott, the Famous in Love star told the magazine, “I throw a lot of house parties and that’s how I meet these people. They come to my house party and they’re like ‘Yo, I heard you’re having a party.’ I’m just like ‘Okay, French Montana. Hi, French.’ That’s how I met Scott - he came to a house party of mine [with French] and I was like ‘hi.’” Later in her interview, Bella went on to explain exactly what was going on at the time Scott was photographed blatantly touching her chest. The star gushed, “Honestly, my nipple came out of my bikini, and he tried to fix it for me, and it looks like he’s grabbing my boob. That’s very nice of you to actually not sit there and stare at my nipple because my boobs are big - they come out of my shirt all the time! You can’t keep those suckers down.” While the two seemed to have been enjoying each other’s company at the time, Bella claims that she just didn’t fit in with Scott’s hardcore partying lifestyle. Bella told Complex, “Scott is really nice, sweet and charming. I don’t drink, and he really drinks a lot. And it just ended up…I just wasn’t down, I was like, ‘I got to leave.’” The star went on to elaborate, “We were [at Cannes] a day and a half before I was like I’m booking my flight and leaving. I love to go out and have fun, I love to f***ing dance, but I just don’t party hardcore like that, and it was way too much for me. I was like, ‘Woah, this is not the way I live my life, bruh.’” Ever since she and Scott abruptly ended their flirtation, Bella has been getting close to her ex-boyfriend, actor Greg Sulkin. Conspiracy theorist Alex Jones says he'll release an unedited version of his controversial interview with Megyn Kelly set to air Sunday on NBC. Jones said on his Infowars website that the full interview he recorded will counter Kelly's upcoming report, which he labeled a "fraud." The site touted the interview's availability Thursday night, but it was not online after midnight EST. The Infowars host posted a video online, along with a teaser clip, around 8:45 p.m. and claimed he would be posting the full tape on the conspiracy website later in the evening. “I’ve never done this in 22 years, I’ve never recorded another journalist, but I knew it was a fraud, that it was a lie,” Jones said in the video, recalling how Kelly approached him about the interview. “God, she was like, ‘I want to get steaks with you, I’m obsessed with you, oh my God,’ wiggling around in her seat. It was all crap,” he explained. “I knew it was all a lie. I said Sandy Hook happened, and she wouldn’t even put it in the promo pieces. So we’re going to release, oh yea, we’re going to release the pre-interview. And then when they put their fraud out on Sunday — which I’ve asked them not to air because they’re misrepresenting who I am and saying I’m as bad as Saddam Hussein, or Jeffrey Dahmer, or Charles Manson — we’ve got the whole interviews here…We’ve got it all…It’s all going to come out.” The clip that accompanied Jones’ tweet featured a short audio recording of Kelly, seemingly assuring the 43-year-old that her questions wouldn’t be tough. “All I can do is give you my word and I don’t double-cross,” she can be heard saying at one point. “My goal is for your listeners and the left — you know, who will be watching some on NBC — to say, ‘Wow, that’s really interesting,” she adds. “It’s not going to be some gotcha hit piece, I promise you that.” Kelly and NBC have been getting blasted by families affected by the Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre, with several victims’ parents writing letters to the network — urging them to scrap the interview — due to Jones’ prior beliefs that the shooting was staged. “What I think we’re doing is journalism,” Kelly has previously said about the exchange, which is currently set to air on her new NBC show, “Sunday Night.” “The bottom line is that while it’s not always popular, it’s important.” Jones, who has since admitted that the Sandy Hook shooting was real, said in his preview video on Thursday that Kelly and NBC took his words out of context and edited his interview to make it seem like he still was on the fence about the subject. “You’re gonna hear what I actually said,” Jones claimed. “Like when it cuts, and I’m sitting there and they go, ‘Oh, you don’t think Sandy Hook happened.’ And I go, ‘Yea! Well, you don’t care about dead Iraqi kids!’ I’m [really] like, ‘Hey, they did fake babies in incubators, they did fake dead kids, that’s why we have to question this. I don’t hate the families. We question everything.'” NBC did not immediately respond to a request for comment. A backlash greeted NBC's decision to book Jones, who has questioned whether the killing of 26 people in 2012 at an elementary school in Newton, Connecticut, was a hoax. Sources close to Jones have commented that he has been using the NBC to his advantage and threatening to leak the full interview and then not doing it is nothing new for the conspiracy theorist. "With Alex, it's not about getting the truth out. It's all about exploiting every opportunity to line his pockets any way he can," the source, commented. "Fifteen years ago, he was more about the truth, but once he realized how to make easy money, he suddenly didn't care about selling out." A new round of deliberations is raising the prospects that Bill Cosby's sexual assault trial will end with a verdict instead of a hung jury. Jurors who have appeared stressed and even angry seemed more upbeat as they left court outside Philadelphia Thursday night than on previous nights, despite enduring another marathon session. The sequestered jurors had deliberated about 30 hours before telling Judge Steven O'Neill earlier Thursday that they couldn't reach a unanimous decision on any of the counts against the 79-year-old comedian. The judge told them to try again for a verdict. As the jurors left for the day, O'Neill heaped praise on them, thanking them for their dedication and the sacrifice they've made being 300 miles (482 kilometers) from home in the Pittsburgh area. "I want to reiterate how proud I am of each and every one of you," O'Neill said as he sent the jury back to the hotel. "I thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything that you've done." They will get back to it Friday morning. Cosby is charged with three felony counts of aggravated indecent assault stemming from Andrea Constand's allegations that he drugged and violated her at his suburban Philadelphia home in 2004. Each count carries a maximum 10-year prison term, though the counts could be merged at sentencing if Cosby is convicted. Cosby's lawyer said he and Constand were lovers sharing a consensual moment of intimacy. The jury of seven men and five women have deliberated for nearly 40 hours since getting the case Monday. Cosby's spokesman said the impasse showed that jurors doubted Constand's story. "They're conflicted about the inconsistencies in Ms. Constand's testimony," spokesman Andrew Wyatt said. "And they're hearing Mr. C.'s testimony, and he's extremely truthful. And that's created this doubt." Constand's lawyer, Dolores Troiani, said only that the "jury is apparently working very hard." The district attorney's office declined to comment. Dozens of women have come forward to say Cosby had drugged and assaulted them, but this was the only case to result in criminal charges. The jury must come to a unanimous decision to convict or acquit. If the panel can't break the deadlock, the judge could declare a hung jury and a mistrial. In that case, prosecutors would get four months to decide whether they want to retry the TV star or drop the charges. The case has already helped demolish his image as America's Dad, cultivated during his eight-year run as kindly Dr. Cliff Huxtable on the top-rated "The Cosby Show" in the 1980s and '90s. The families of the victims of the Sandy Hook massacre have sent a legal letter to NBC News chairman Andy Lack urging him not to broadcast Megyn Kelly‘s interview with controversial InfoWars host Alex Jones. The letter, from the law firm Koskoff, Koskoff and Bieder who represent several of the families who lost loved ones in the 2012 tragedy, reads, “Airing Ms. Kelly’s interview implicitly endorses the notion that Mr. Jones’ lies are actually “claims” that are worthy of serious debate; and in doing so it exponentially enhances the suffering and distress of our clients. For that NBC is responsible. “We urge you to consider the ethical and legal ramifications of broadcasting this interview to millions of Americans. By now, it should be clear to NBC that airing the interview will cause serious emotional distress to dozens of Sandy Hook families. ” Describing the pain the families still suffer, the letter states, “Parents have marked their children’s seventh, eighth, and ninth birthdays not with wonder and joyful chaos, but with the most profound loneliness this world knows. Erica Lafferty walked through a graveyard in her wedding dress and veil so that she could feel close to her mother, Dawn Lafferty Hochsprung – a woman who died trying to protect other parents’ children. “Then there are all the other days; regular Thursdays like this one where a sound or a smell can transform the unrelenting ache of grief into intense, physical pain. Surely, we can agree that these families have suffered enough already and that they will continue to suffer enough to last several lifetimes. “Which is why we cannot fathom – from a moral, ethical or legal standpoint – NBC’s decision to amplify the voice of a man who has made a living debasing that suffering and smearing our clients’ names. “Over the last few years, Alex Jones has weaponized his radio show to publish false and defamatory statements about our clients: chief among them that they are actors perpetrating a massive fraud on the American public by faking the deaths of their loved ones. “NBC is not responsible for the harassment and abuse Alex Jones has cruelly visited on our clients. But, by choosing to air his interview with Ms. Kelly – at all, let alone at prime time on Father’s Day – NBC has tendered its good name and considerable influence to provide Mr. Jones with something he has never enjoyed: legitimacy. “This decision may be driven by the simple urge to gain an edge in a well-publicized ratings war, but it has devastating human consequences as well.” The letter was sent on behalf of Mark and Jacqueline Barden, who lost their 7-year-old son Daniel, Hannah D’Avino, the sister of Sandy Hook teacher Rachel D’Avino, Nicole and Ian Hockley whose son Dylan, 6, was killed. They also speak for Erica Lafferty who lost her mother Dawn, the principal of Sandy Hook Elementary, Veronique Pozner, the mother of Noah, 6, who was killed, the family of Victoria Soto, a first-grade teacher who died trying to shield her first-graders, and Francine and David Wheeler who lost their son Benjamin, 6.

EXCLUSIVE: Here’s What Happened After Porsha Williams Exposed Phaedra Parks on the ‘RHOA’ Reunion -- Watch!
Is this the end for Frick and Frack?
Part three of The Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion ended with Porsha Williams (“Frick”) revealing Phaedra Parks (“Frack”) was the one who originally alleged that Kandi Burruss once tried to drug Porsha before sex, claims Kandi has vehemently denied. Now, it’s time to watch the fallout.
The fourth and final installment of the reunion airs Sunday, and ET has your exclusive first look at the aftermath of the revelation, which left Kandi screaming at her former friend, Phaedra, and Phaedra looking like her stomach had just dropped.
WATCH: Kandi Burruss Is ‘So Done’ With Porsha Williams
After some shouting, the entire cast leaves the set, save for Sheree Whitfield. Kandi retreats to a corner with her husband, Todd Tucker, to talk out the situation.
“If I were to punch them hoes in their motherf**king faces, then they’ll say I’m wrong!” she says through tears. “I gotta go. I gotta go. I gotta go.”
“Cynthia,” Sheree calls out to co-star Cynthia Bailey, who returns to the set. “Are you just as lost as I am?”
“I’m so confused,” Cynthia offers. “Of all the years I’ve been on this show, this is some crazy s**t.”
WATCH: Kandi Burruss Reveals the Shocking Moment RHOA Cast Didn’t Know Was Filmed
Meanwhile, Phaedra wanders around the stage alone as a crying Porsha calls out for her sister, Lauren. Instead, she comes across estranged friend Shamea Morton.
“I know we haven’t talked,” Shamea starts, “and I’m probably the last person you want to talk to at this very moment. I’m not here to tell you, ‘I told you so.’ I’m here because I am genuinely concerned. You cannot continue to let people use you as bait … I’m trying to be a friend.”
Porsha cuts Shamea off, asking her to repeatedly “just be present.” That’s when Lauren steps in to comfort her sister.
“What happened?” she asks Porsha, but Porsha can’t speak. She bursts into heavy tears.
Tune into The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s final reunion episode on Sunday at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo. Hear what Kandi had to say about preparing to film the special in the video below.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta aired the 2nd episode of it’s 10th season last night (November 12, 2017).
This week’s episode is entitled, ‘Say Yes To Distress’ and it seems the proverbial 4th wall has fallen all the way down.
Bravo synopsis:
After the showdown at Cynthia’s 50th birthday party, Porsha’s sister, Lauren and niece, move into her palace. Cynthia struts her way back into the dating scene with a much younger beau. After the fallout from the painful history with ex-husband Bob was made public, Shereé meets with a life coach to help get her life back on track. Meanwhile, Kenya is confronted with scrutiny about her husband, which turns out to be more than she can handle. A few of the ladies attend Shamea’s bridal shower, and all seems well until Porsha gets called out for being a shady best friend.
Recap + video below…
I have to be honest… I feel that this episode was THE MOST lackluster episode ever. I’ll try to recap it as best I can, but bear with me.
Grand opening, grand closing…
Cynthia reminds us again that she is 50 years old and fabulous as she gives fan a peek at her assets during a sultry bath scene.
While basking in the glow of her 50th birthday celebration, the supermodel reveals she doesn’t want to spend her golden years alone at lake Bailey.
On last week’s episode, the ladies all partied for Cynthia’s ’50 Shades’ birthday bash, but what wasn’t shown was that Cynthia was introduced to 2 men to jump start of dating journey.
This week, Cynthia begins her date with Evan, a local photographer who has plans to add her to his portfolio.
The date begins with a blindfold as Evan surprises Cynthia with a photo shoot… as if she hasn’t done enough of those!
Needless to say, Cynthia doesn’t really seem to be feeling Evan. But he has another surprise… a romantic dining experience in the back room!
During their dinner, Cynthia discovers that Evan is a lot younger than she was told (he’s 29) and it’s crystal clear that Cynthia isn’t game for dating someone 20 years her junior.
Welp… I guess it’s on to the next one for Ms. Bailey.
A day late and a dollar short…
Iyanla couldn’t ‘fix’ Sheree’s life, but maybe Jack Daniels can. Whitfield meets with her life coach who coincidentally is named after the world’s most well-known whiskey.
It seems that Sheree wants to find a way to move forward from her past, i.e. Bob, who she insists was abusive to her during her marriage and Jack Daniels is there to show her how.
Now, I’m not one to gossip, so you didn’t hear this from me, but word on the curb is that Sheree is sticking to her story to ‘stick it’ to her ex, whom she feels made her look like a gold digging idiot during their appearance on Iyanla Vanzant’s Fix My Life.
Whatever the case, Whitfield is concerned with how she can discuss the situation with her kids about the incident that aired LAST YEAR, and asks for guidance.
Sheree speaks about the ‘abuse’ she suffered during a roll play session with Kandi and a few others and when asked about the abuse, Whitfield states that it wasn’t really ‘physical’ but it was more “mental” and more “verbal.”
Moving on…
Porsha gets a roomie…
Porsha’s sister Lauren is clearly her new ‘Frack’ this season. The two have been filming a lot and Lauren seems to be present in just about every scene alongside Porsha.
While they already appear inseparable, the sisters will now both reside in ‘Porsha Palace.’
For the record, I don’t think anyone particularly cares where Lauren lives, but ok. Let’s all play along.
Even ‘haters’ gotta sleep sometime…
Kenya meets with Cynthia and the topic of discussion is still her questionable wedding.
The newly wedded Mrs. Daly says she can barely believe how much her life has changed in just a few months.
Did it really happen? Did I really get married? Did I really walk down the aisle?
Clearly Kenya is asking the questions we all want to know. But I digress.
Kenya tells Cynthia how she met her husband through Chef Roblè, who spoke of her future husband with so much excitement, that Kenya thought to herself, “I want a man like that”.
Kenya says she wasn’t in a good head space with they met, however she ‘did the work’ (as Iyanla would say) and copped a man.
Moore says her new husband is everything she prayed for and more, which is why she wants to ‘protect’ him from the angry internet.
Kenya also shares her concerns with her friend Brandon during a scene at Moore Manor where she abruptly ends the scene after she gets emotional about her wedding.
“He did not sign up for the crazy, he signed up for me,” Kenya tells her friend.
Kenya then has a tearful conversation with producers about how the pressure is getting to her new husband. He can’t eat, he can’t sleep and random ex-girlfriends are sending him intel on his new wife.
It’s almost like he didn’t know she was on a reality show when they met.  Still not buying it. But I’ll play along for now.
Moving on.
Bridal Tea Party Shade…
Shamea Morton is preparing to marry her African prince and the ladies all attend her lavish bridal shower.  There are several shady moments that occur during the event.
The first shady moment occurs when Porsha arrives.  She heads straight for Sheree (who is rocking a new blonde wig) who she thought was Kim Zolciak.
[Sidebar: Porsha knew dayum well that KKKim was not coming to Shamea’s bridal shower… but I digress.]
The next shady moment occurs when Kandi decides to leave the table.  Porsha and her sister, Lauren sit down and utter a few lighthearted hellos to the group, however Kandi immediately rolls her eyes and tips off.
When Kandi returns, she brings her BFF Carmon as backup.
Porsha tells Shamea she won’t be traveling to Africa for her wedding because of health reasons (she even brought a note from her doctor) and during their conversation another shady moment occurs as Carmon can be heard telling Kandi that Porsha can travel for long periods with her legs down because she’s so used to them being raised up in the air.
OUCH!
The episode ends with Shamea and Porsha discussing how ‘Frick & Frack’ broke up their friendships because Porsha put Phaedra before her. Porsha again plays the victim and it seems like she’s lost yet another friend as Shamea calls her out about her actions.
Noticeably absent in this episode: Nene Leakes.

EXCLUSIVE: Phaedra Parks Defends Her Comments About Kandi Burruss’ Sexuality at ‘RHOA’ Reunion -- Watch!
It’s judgment day for Phaedra Parks on The Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion, part three.
ET has your first look at the explosive installment, which finds host Andy Cohen asking Phaedra point-blank about her responsibility in starting the rumor that Kandi Burruss is a lesbian.

“The question at the dinner was, did someone call Kandi a lesbian?” Phaedra says. “In order for her to be a lesbian, that would mean she is only sleeping with women, correct? I never said she was a lesbian.”
“You said she was sleeping with a woman,” Andy shoots back.
“That doesn’t mean you’re a lesbian!” Phaedra responds.
So, Phaedra’s defense seems to be semantics. While she never used the word “lesbian,” Phaedra did imply that Kandi and Shamea Morton were more than friends by using a sexuality suggestive hand gesture while talking with co-stars Sheree Whitfield and Porsha Williams.

The moment, which Kandi previously told that ET Phaedra didn’t realize was recorded, kicked off the main drama of season nine.
“Did you not think, hmm, could this be what I said about Kandi and Shamea?” Andy asks.
“No, I didn’t,” Phaedra answers. “Because, when the conversation was had about Kandi and Shamea, and I said that, I wasn’t even going at Kandi at all. I was upset about what Shamea had said. Kandi just happened to be collateral damage.”

“So, you just threw Kandi under the bus?” Shamea asks. “And Todd?”
“I didn’t say they had slept together for years,” Phaedra adds. “I said they were…” before making that same sexually suggestive gesture with her fingers once more.
