It's About Respect (non-canon)

"Y'all Shadah Relion?" Corali asked as she stared down the smaller teal woman with a neutral expression. Shadah glared up at her and crossed her arms. "I hear yer a sorta merc."

"I'm an assassin, not a merc, and I don't work for lowbloods, not that you could afford me anyway," she said and rolled her eyes dismissively. Corali furrowed her brow slightly with an annoyed huff.

"So ya are Shadah?" Corali asked as she arched an eyebrow. Shadah groaned in exasperation and pressed her palm to her forehead and dragged it down her face.

"What are you, slow? Yes, I'm Shadah. Was your school feeding so fucking lacking that you can't pick up implied answers?" She spat, though to her confusion Corali responded with a smile.

"'S all I needed ta hear."

The next few seconds were a blur of movement. Shadah reached for the revolver in her vest's inner pocket, and at the same time Corali grabbed her right shoulder with her left hand. Shadah pulled the gun out and aimed for the center of Corali's forehead, but just as she pulled the trigger, a metal fist hit her dead in the stomach with enough force to make her cough blood and lose consciousness. The shot went wide and missed its target, and Shadah crumpled in a heap on the ground.

"Thiomi says go fuck yourself," Corali said with a scowl that could curdle milk. She casually grabbed and pocketed Shadah's revolver, then spit on her unconscious form and walked off to get on with her night.

She decidedly didn't tell Thiomi about this little outing.

2 - My strongest muse

Despite being built like a brick shit house, Corali isn't the strongest. My strongest muse would probably be Maeron, not only because she's also my largest troll but also bc she's actually pretty fit and toned. Chica works out.

7 - My loneliest muse

It used to be Hannah, but they're living their best life now that they've left the summit and have a nice circle of friends. Also surprisingly not Florah anymore. Between Karima, Cacoph, Proxus, and Tuuya and the Wamily, she's got a nice support system to help her feel loved.

I think it might be Ruvlin. Aside from his moirail Kelona, his only friends are Nebale (Who is gone a lot of the time) and his sibling Hannah (Who has their own things going on, especially now that they're in school, and doesn't usually hang out with him). After he and Smiler broke up, he slowly phased himself out of his and Proxus's lives, and he's not great at maintaining relationships despite wishing he had more people in his life.

Sad fish is sad.

13 - My most artistic/musical muse

Most artistic would be Thiomi, who makes her living as an artist. The most musical would prrrrrobably be Tantor of all people. XD Maeron and Karell are phenomenal singers, and Cacoph can play a few instruments, but Tantor is my only troll who can do both.

16 - My most sinful muse

Depends on the sin. Obviously Maeron wins for most lustful. Allmah is the greediest and the most willing to destroy and end lives to get what she wants/feels she deserves. Corali, much like her ancestor, practically revolves around wrath. Cacoph is the most slothful, Sonja (Comedy) is the most envious, Shadah's the most proud. I don't think I have anyone very gluttonous...

21 - My silliest muse

Tantor, full stop. He takes very few things seriously, and BOY does it show. When you can't die [permanently], it kinda comes with the territory.

Normally I would default to Allmah for this, but since I know you like Shadah, I'll answer these for her. :D Though she's more of an antagonist than an outright villain, but I'll count her anyways.

12. Does your muse have a reason for their misdeeds or is it all for pleasure?

Honestly, she does it because she feels like it's the only thing she's truly good at. Her lusus raised her to be a cold-hearted killer both as a means of protection and to make her more attractive to the fleet as something other than a legislacerator.

She's been made to kill folks from the time she could hold a weapon, and in a way it's all she really knows. Someone being a problem? Kill them. Someone being a problem for somebody else and they're willing to pay her to take care of them? Kill them. Simple.

She could probably make a small fortune selling the poisons she makes, but that's not what's been the emphasis of her whole life. Killing is, so that's what she sticks with.

13. When it comes to your muses love ones, are the exception to their behavior or are they also treated poorly.

Ferlic and Steume are absolutely the exception to her otherwise shitty behavior. She will never, ever sacrifice them or her relationships with them for anything. She will die for either one of them without a single hesitation. There's damn near nothing she won't do for them. They're they only people she truly loves and gives a shit about.

Granted, she treated them horribly in the beginning because she was so emotionally stunted that hostility was the only emotion she knew how to channel, so they wound up dealing with a lot of shit. However, they still stuck by her, and now she knows she can be soft with them. She's still a big fucking tsundere about it, though.

14. Is your muses morality compliance or does it follow a strict set of rules?

Her only real rule is to never harm her quadrants. Other than that, she'll kill anyone you pay her enough to. Want a kid dead? Done. Want someone's lusus murdered? She thinks it's below her, but consider it done. You want someone that's never done anything wrong in their life and is a beacon of light to those around them dead? Hell yeah, done. You want somebody tortured to death? That's tacky and a waste of her time, but pay her enough and consider it done.

However, she won't go after fleet officers or heiresses not out of any kind of morality but because she knows that's basically suicide. Fleet is way out of her league at present, and only heiresses can get away with killing other heiresses. For anyone else, that's grounds for execution.

15. Do you think your muse needs to pay for all that they've done?

Oof, that's tough. On the one hand, she has done a lot -- And I mean A WHOLE FUCKING LOT -- of needless and unjustifiable acts of murder. She's a heartless killer and will continue to kill for as long as she's able, and she has no remorse for any of it.

However, she's only like that (in part) because of her lusus's shitty parenting. She's a monster created by another monster, and she doesn't know any other way to live. She doesn't have enough confidence in any of her other skills to quit, and said "other skills" are very sorely lacking because her lusus never pushed her to focus on them.

Then again, her lusus has been gone for sweeps now. She's had plenty of time to work on improving herself and focus on something else, and she actively chooses not to.

So I guess yeah, she needs to pay for the things she's done.
