There is only one person I can think of that would be anywhere close to Izuku's level of denial regarding AFO being his dad and that is Dabi for one reason and one reason alone. In true older sibling fashion, he is not willing to admit to Shouto that his conspiracy theory was wrong

Oh, that's actually the reason why, despite overwhelming evidence of AFO being Izuku's dad, Dabi refuses to acknowledge it and clings to his theory.

If Shoto ever displays even a smidgeon of doubt, Dabi will instantly jump on the DFO ship, treat it like it’s the most obvious thing in the world and that Shoto is a fool for doubting it, then pretend he was always the DFO theorizer of the two.
