You should have expected this from me. Propaganda of the blorbo from my shows!! Ily Cronus aaaa!!!
So, Round 2 has ended. Cytherea Loveday won her match against Afuro Terumi fairly.
But...
Well, I'm a softie, love underdogs, and all the efforts the Inazuma 11 fandom put in defending their candidate until the very end really moved it
- Also I'm petitioning to get a Hestia (but that's another story). My girl's always overlooked
(I'd recommend people not interested to block the inablr tag, you've seen their propaganda game)
We have 12 characters. The last four will be eliminated !
We'll have 8 characters next time. You'll also get a poll like this and will have to eliminate 4 characters.
We'll have 4 characters and you'll get classic semi-finals with 2 different polls just as the rest of the bracket gets its own semi-finals too.
And the week after that, with 2 characters left, you'll get a final too.
Good luck !
#HE'S SO SPECIAL TO ME#Hello I'm the Seidouzan expert form Inablr#This is my field here#It feels weird having the blog Afuro setup and not voting for him#But you know what#If there is a more special person than Afuro#That's Kurosaki (cronus)#MY BABY MY EVERYTHING AJFBEKFJ#VOTE FOR CRONUS!!!#(Plus it makes me a bit sad watching Demeter having this little votes skfn)

Hi! I just read through your Frigidity one shot, and I enjoyed it very much! Your writing is great! I have some asks regarding what happens after the one shot ends, though--I can't imagine the transition from Sector 5 to Raimon was easy on Tenma or Raimon.
How does Raimon view Frigidity!Tenma? I'd imagine he's more ruthless/colder now thanks to....you know.
How does Endou see him? Like, that's one of his kids that he failed. You can't tell me there isn't a little bit of protectiveness there after everything. Especially after the electrocution.
Does Dragon Link stay in touch? And do Tenma's Dragon Link teammates end up forgiving Shinsuke? Tenma did, but Dragon Link seems to be a bit more willing to be angry on his behalf.
Ooh, Frigidity, writing that one was an interesting experience, lmao. Stayed up two, three nights until like three in the morning to write it because inspiration hit me. I’m glad you liked it!! You’re absolutely right, though, Raimon and Tenma did have some challenging times in the immediate aftermath.
It takes some time for the team to get used to Tenma again, to be honest. Tenma has become a lot quieter, since his time with Fifth Sector taught him to try and not be noticed, and to observe rather than immediately speak up or face the consequences. Raimon is not used to this, since the Tenma from a few months before was always hyped up and talkative. They can tell he’s not fully comfortable around them anymore, and that hurts. Furthermore, the team has been (more or less) together all this time, so they are sort of… used to being a team without him? Tenma and Tsurugi do actually get closer, because Tsurugi is the only one on the team who understands what he’s gone through. Maybe not the exact same thing, but it’s close. He was a SEED. He’s been in Fifth Sector’s clutches too, and he knows what it’s like to still be treated with hesitance and distrust even after joining Raimon - and that is sort of the case for Tenma, too. Raimon treats him differently now, not per se with distrust, but they’re walking on eggshells for sure. They don’t know what he's been through and they’re afraid to upset him.
Endou feels very guilty, not just towards Tenma but also towards the rest of Raimon since he couldn’t protect any of them and they got taken by Fifth Sector while he was at God Eden. As we know from the story, Tenma definitely didn’t have a good time, but neither did Raimon - it’s mentioned that they got send to a ‘’re-education centre’’ in the story, which is basically just a type of indoctrination camp for Fifth Sector opposers. In the following months, Endou (and what was left of the Resistance) did everything they could to extract them, so Endou is aware of what his kids were going through - all except Tenma. To then see him with Dragon Link, as their captain, while knowing what Raimon went through (remember, indoctrination!!) he realizes they must have tried the same thing with Tenma, and they have seemingly succeeded, since he’s fighting for them and not holding back. The electrocution only makes it worse. Yeah, Endou does not let anyone touch his kids after he gets them all back.
Hell yeah Dragon Link stays in touch. They’ve got some group chats and although it’s pretty hard for all of them to meet up, Tenma sometimes visits either Seidouzan or the original Dragon Link during training, and they also have some friendly matches once in a while. They plan a training camp during the summer holidays too. Raimon actually has some issues with accepting this at first - not only because Tenma now has another team, one he in fact seems closer with than he is with them, but also because it makes them realize how hard it is for them to connect to him. He talks more when he’s with Dragon Link than with Raimon, but at the same time it’s much sharper and harsher than he ever acts with Raimon. Does Dragon Link forgive Shinsuke… depends on the person specifically, some do some don’t, but they do make it clear to Raimon that if they mess with Tenma, they’ll regret it.

can you tell us a bit about the Teikoku empire? it seems to be very big
[SATA]: Oh yeahh... Teikoku... I never really paid attention to history class...
[SHUUGO]: I did, though. Well... More like I HAD to know it. My parents were really strict and wanted "the best for me" or whatever. Anyways, Teikoku is the way it is because of the 40-something years they spent claiming the land of their fallen enemies. You know, classic power-hungry ruler trying to take over the world type of shit,
[SHUUGO]: Teikoku isn't the biggest actually, that crown goes to Zeus and Seidouzan, they're factions of the same kingdom. = | - | =

A few months ago if any of you will remember I tried doing a Chrono Stones challenge where you guys would build a team for me and I’d use whoever you guys told me to use
This didn’t pan out well because Chrono Stones only really opens up at the end of the game and a lot of characters are only really accessible through jumping through 6 other hoops for other characters.
But now that Victory Road is (hopefully) releasing some time this year, I figured it’d be fun to try it again, so I’ll set out the guidelines for the challenge
Mind you I already have my own team made, but I figured it’d be fun to throw together a community focused team of characters from series past
The formation will have:
3x Forwards
4x Midfielders
3x Defenders
1x Keeper
Any 1-5 benchers you guys want
One character suggestion per user
Most characters are fair game, whether it be a scout or a player from another team
No characters in Nagumohara as using story players is just kinda cheating you know?
So with that please drop your suggestions in the reblogs or comments, and when the games out I’ll put together this team as soon as possible!
Also I’ll be editing the post the more members get added
So far for the first pick we’ve gotten Kurosaki from Seidouzan, thank you @neverending-symphonia for picking him!
Also as the first pick, he’ll be the captain
Update: main Goalkeeper has been chosen, it’s Nemuro Kimiyuki from Genesis! Thank you @sobashahzadi for the pick!
Also I won’t be @‘ing a blog every time there’s a pick lol, I’ll only start @‘ing blogs once each slot for a position is filled so I’m not just cluttering the post with “thank you [blank]” everytime lol

i need someone who understands fifth sector to explain what their deal is to me because i can understand regulating soccer bc of its influence on schools but when they start talking about sharing soccer equally between everyone and giving everyone the same chances of playing soccer thats when they lose me. what does that even mean. and what was the purpose of the seed factory on that eden whatever island. and in what way does seidouzan show the strength of fifth sector and regulated soccer if gouenji and saginuma trained them like normal. what is the deal with asurei and the ssc like am i just dumb. i dont get any of it

Just a small thing to add to your Makoto analysis you did a while back: Now, this is my personal interpretation so feel free to disagree, but i always believed that Makoto’s character and Seidouzan as a whole were themed after Eastern Religions (Shintoism, Buddhism, Hinduism, Taoism and more), for one, Seidouzan can translate to “Cathedral Mountain”, “Temple Mountain” or “Shrine Mountain”, and his Keshin, Enma Gazard, is named after the japanese reading of the name of a figure from many eastern religions (The Yama), and this could also tie into the respectful and well-mannered personality he and his team show in their season 1 appearance, since most of the typical images one would have of scholars of these religions is exactly that. Of course, this doesn’t make his character or team all that deep or interesting, it’s no different than how Kaiou are themed after pirates and Ge'nei Gakuen are themed after magic, but anyway, it’s still a neat little interpretation i thought i should add.
#really nice addition#first submission guys wow!!#now that's deep thought#character analysis#Kurosaki Makoto#seidouzan#ina11#inazuma eleven go#Inazuma 11#submission

Hey uhhhh… I’m here to say that both of your Yamato fics live in my head rent free and I want more ;w;
Fortunately for you anon, yamato happens to live in my head rent free so you might get what you want sooner rather than later lol
(I love him so much,,,,,,,)
Here's a bit from the follow-up to In War, because I can't let go of the 'what would dragonlink winning change' concept, the ffiv2 team selection
Being back in the Holy Road stadium was strange.
Unlike last time they were here, when Dragonlink had been watching the match unfold from an unmarked box on the side waiting for the cue to step in, they stood lined up on the field with the other competitors. To their left stood the remnants of Raimon’s soccer club, to their right stood Seidouzan, proud but fiercely determined not to look Yamato in the eye.
The murmur of anticipation from the crowd felt different, standing on the field like this. Louder, more personal, Yamato thought.
Above them, the stage lit up in a dazzle of lasers and smoke effects. Yamato straightened his shoulders, felt his team do the same behind him; they’re Dragonlink, Fifth Sector’s special selection team. None of them wants to underwhelm, especially not while the Holy Emperor himself made an appearance.
“Welcome,” Ishido Shuuji greeted the audience, arms spread wide and welcoming. It was a far cry from the Gouenji Yamato had found sprawled on the living room floor that morning, surrounded by piles of complicated looking dossiers and speech scripts, but that was par for the course where Ishido’s public appearances were concerned.
#coincidentally i placed them the way i did because i felt it made sense with their finals placement#but then i rewatched the galaxy ffiv2 selection and thats actually the order they're standing in in canon#just with raimon in the center of the field whereas here they would be more off to the side#i thought that was funny

I’m like...99% sure this guy is Actually Blind.
Reia always has his eyes shut, every single time you ever see him. Onscreen, on cards, in-game, he never opens them even a little bit.
A recurring point has been made in Ina11 that Blind Soccer is an actual thing, blind people can play sakka just fine, and sighted characters have even intentionally closed their eyes during a match and operated solely on their other senses -- very effectively -- when their vision was either distracting them or being deceived.
I just assumed that was what Reia was doing too, he’s supposed to be one of those Calm Serene Types so I figured it was just the Voluntary Focus Boost Thing, but his eyes always stay shut even when he’s off the field. So now I’m thinking they maybe just don’t work, so there’s no reason to ever open them.
...And he is a member of Seidouzan. Initially thought to be the strongest, endgame team of s1 GO [until Daigo finally let his Top-Secret Team Of Communist Super Soldiers out of the basement to wreak havoc upon the capitalists, at which point Kurosaki’s team got fired].
So, whether it’s voluntary or not, Reia is an incredibly adept member of a terrifyingly powerful team without the use of his eyesight. That’s pretty fucking badass. You go, little blind dude.
#Ina11 is also known for having...awful Caricature Designs of Non-Japanese Asians that are uh. Exaggeratedly Squinty. But.#This is pretty clearly not that.#Inazuma Eleven#Inazuma Eleven GO#Amase Reia#Thanks for being cool instead of racist Reia#Reia also seems very...tactile? In his body language.#His hands are like...always in a position where they are Ready to reach forward and Gently Touch things.#He seems like he has them clasped in front of his chest a lot? They always seem to default to just loitering in front of his upper body.#I might be imagining it because of Air Bullet and that one card but still#Also speaking of Air Bullet this guy is a sniper lmao he shot Tenma with it#/Without being able to see/#That's what he's about to do in that first pic up there#He's just that good

The Path You Take
A oneshot of a possible conversation between Kidou and Aphrodi after the Raimon v Kidokawa Seishuu match in Go that we were never given. Takes place after the match in ep 31.
The match between Raimon and Kidokawa Seishuu was not a perfect one for Kidokawa with their hiccups. But thanks to Aphrodi’s guidance and Taki Sousuke’s eventual corporation with the team, the team had come together stronger than they were before.
It was amazing how the coach’s supervision managed to unite a team that was close to falling apart completely, Kidou thought. He was alone at the stadium at Raimon’s bench, thinking back to the match. The players had retreated to the changing rooms and the audience was trickling out. Someoka was kind enough to distract the team with his stories of his team in Italy for them to question him staying out here.
Beating the opponent team pre-Aphrodi would give the Resistance a huge boost in votes, showing the flaws of the Fifth Sector’s soccer. But clearly Ishido Shuuji was not going to sit back on his fancy throne and let that happen. It was puzzling why he chose Aphrodi of all people and why Aphrodi accepted. Kidou was certain that the blond would join the Resistance, and he hated being wrong.
Initially, he sent a message to the former Zeus captain when he learned he was back in Japan. However, it was never replied and it fell to the backburner of Kidou’s mind when he had to focus on Teikoku’s team and keep the Resistance secret from them.
“Kidou.”
Kidou tilted his head at the speaker, lips twitching into a smirk, “Aphrodi, long time no see.”
Said blond haired man smiled back and sat down beside Raimon’s coach. “I have to complement you and your team. You put up a good fight for us.”
“I could say the same for your team. Despite being your first match as their coach, you already had a grasp of your player’s capabilities and came up with a strategy for the pitch downs in a short time. Though, I am surprise that you did not know about this field’s traps.”
Aphrodi listened to what his former teammate said and quietly sighed. “I want a fair fight against Raimon.” His eyes met Kidou’s googles with an intense stare. “You of all people should realize that.”
“Then why join the Fifth Sector?”
There was another sighed and Aphrodi tilted his head back to stare at the sky. “Nothing about me becoming Kidokawa’s coach is related to siding with the Fifth Sector. And nothing about this match is about determining whether the Fifth Sector or the Resistance is right. I only did it to save the team.”
“And the Seitei let you?” Kidou snarked.
“He and I do not want to see the team be destroyed by soccer, that is more than enough for him. Kidokawa Seishuu needed someone who didn’t make them side with anyone. I was a neutral party in this fight and understood the destructiveness of soccer better than anyone.”
They sat in silence for a few minutes. It was not very uncomfortable between them. Neither interacted much when Aphrodi briefly joined Raimon but there was always a mutual respect between them for their skills and ability to break free from their past.
“Why didn’t you join the Resistance?” Kidou finally asked the question that was on his mind for a long time. “I heard that you left the Korean national team and came back to Japan last year. But you kept on a low profile and never replied my messages.”
“Hm, it’s a long story actually.” Aphrodi shrugged.
“I got time.”
“Very well.” Settling himself to get comfortable, Aphrodi began his explanation, “When I was in Korea, I did a few modelling gigs during my spare time. I met my wife during then.”
Kidou perked up when he mentioned his wife. “I did not know you are married.”
“We kept it a secret, but Nagumo and Suzuno knows. They were with us when we got married. She is a Japanese lady who was training in Korea to be a makeup artist. About five months ago, we found out that we are expecting twins.”
“Then this might be late, but congratulations.”
“Thanks.” Aphrodi nodded in thanks. “Anyway, I realized do not want to put my kids in the spotlight of being the children of a pro soccer player. I never told anyone about it, but it was because of my father’s fame that it drove me to use the Kami no Aqua to get stronger.”
“I never realized.” Kidou said quietly. “So you decided to quit and return to Japan. It does explain why you kept a low profile.”
“Yes. I later learned about the Fifth Sector when I got back. But because of my wife and my kids, I could not risk getting under the Fifth Sector’s radar and let anything happen to them.”
“I understand. But that does not explain why you became Kidokawa’s Seishuu’s coach.”
Aphrodi’s eyes darkened at that. “I was getting to that. Somehow, Ishido Shuuji found out that I’m back in Japan and where I live.”
“…He didn’t.”
“He decided to drop by to see me. I did not want to listen to him at first, but he showed me Kidokawa Seishuu’s matches.” There was a heavy exhale. “It was bad. Despite playing according to the Fifth’s score order, there was a clear divide in them and signs of infighting. He asked me to replace their last coach and save the team. I could not in good conscience let the team fall apart like that. That’s why I agreed.”
“I see.” Kidou huffed. “Then, what will you do now? With the team united again, the Fifth might remove you since you have fulfilled your role.”
“I’ll cross that bridge when it comes. But for now, I’m going to support my team in whatever they decide to do, whether it is to continue to side with the Fifth Sector or play free soccer.” With that finality, Aphrodi stood up and gave Kidou a parting smile. “I will take my leave. We should not keep our students waiting.”
When Aphrodi rounded the bench, he found Kishibe standing awkwardly. The awkwardness grew when he realized his coach knows that he overheard their conversation.
“Kantoku…”
“Let’s go.” Aphrodi simply said. They walked back into the stadium’s corridors in silence. When they were approaching the locker room, Aphrodi came to a halt, causing Kishibe to pause as well.
“Kantoku, I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to eavesdrop…”
“How much did you hear?”
“Just the last part.” There was a pause before Kishibe hesitantly ventured, “Are you going to be removed from your position?”
“Who knows?” Aphrodi shrugged. But there was a secret knowing smile on his lips. “But for now, the Seitei and I have an understanding. He will not remove me as Kidokawa Seishuu’s coach as long as the Holy Road is happening, I am confident in that. I’m afraid the team is going to have to put up with me indefinitely.”
Kishibe blinked but realized that his coach was joking and laughed softly. “We’ll follow you, no matter where you bring us to.”
“No.” Aphrodi gave him an intense stare that made the captain squirm. “I can only guide and support you and the team. But what you want to do after this, it has to be a path of your choosing as a team as a whole.”
The words sank into Kishibe and he slowly nodded. Glad that his student understood, Aphrodi clapped his hands and smiled. “Now, is everyone waiting outside?”
“Yes, they are already at the bus. I told them I’d come and get you.”
“Good.” They started moving again, this time to the exits. “I’m craving for some ramen now that the match is over. Think we have time to grab something to eat before we head back to the school?”
“We should.” Kishibe replied drily, “Sousuke was bragging about a place in Tokyo that he wanted to try out.”
Their quiet voices slowly faded out of the corridor and Ishido Shuuji and his right-hand man, Toramaru stepped out of the shadows where they were watching them.
“Bringing him in was a huge risk to our goals and the Fifth Sectors, but I’m glad that it all worked out.” Toramaru commented to his friend.
“I knew that he was the best person to save Kidokawa Seishuu. No one knows how to overcome themselves better than he does. But yes,” Ishido tilted his head at his friend, “It was a risk involving him. However, he is already busy with Dragonlink and his next plans for Raimon. I will make sure that nothing happens to Aphrodi or his family.”
Toramaru nodded in approval. “Good. But what are we going to do about those plans for Raimon?”
Ishido only exhaled softly. “Nothing. But I have high hopes that Raimon can overcome it. And Endou and his team is there. If anything, they will intervene if Kibayama goes too far.”
“Are you sure that you don’t want to tell Endou-san about your plan? You already told Aphrodi-san.”
“Telling Aphrodi was a gamble. I’m glad that it paid off, but already at the risk of endangering his family should anyone find out the truth. I cannot do that to Natsumi and Endou.”
Toramaru sighed at his friend’s stubbornness in not telling their close friends the truth. Already Gouenji told Saginuma and Aphrodi and it worked out for his plans for Seidouzan and Kidokawa Seishuu. Although, the latter was more spontaneous no thanks to the incompetence of the Mukata brothers who were the coaches before Aphrodi. He is not sorry to learn that all three were arrested for starting a bar fight after their removal.
