Losing my mind. I had to re-upload my latest update to "Most Devoted" 3 or 4 times due to formatting issues. Then finally I gave up and just went through the rich text editor on Ao3 fixing the errors one by one. I'm looking up how to prevent this from happening and I'm getting solutions like "export/convert document 1-2 times and use HTML" like what?? Is this why Evernote is so expensive? Do I have to learn HTML so I can post fanfic now?

#what the fuck #once again super disappointed in Scrivner #When I was using Evernote it was so easy #just copy and paste. viola.#but it got so glitchy and they kept adding stupid features and hiking up the price #(I paid for the subscription for years for the record but it got ridiculous)#(also the ads IN THE PAID VERSION were very intrusive. 1/3-3/4 of the screen was ads for its other features unless I popped the note out)#now i'm using the free version that's supposed to let me create up to 50 notes #but i only have 24 notes and now it won't let me create new notes??#don't want to buy/download Microsoft Word because of the AI spyware #don't want to upload to Google Docs because again AI scraping #Scrivner is a frustrating shiny mess #Apple Notes and Simplenote just aren't cutting it #I hate this #I don't want to keep buying/downloading word processors and I don't want to learn HTML so idk what to do
