Saif Ali Khan celebrated his birthday on Friday, August 16, and his wife, actress Kareena Kapoor, paid tribute on social media. Kareena posted two cherished photos: the first is a nostalgic reminiscence from their 2007 visit to Greece's Parthenon, while the second is a more current snapshot from the same place. The photographs emphasize the couple's ongoing bond.

Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor fell in love in 2007 while filming Tashan. After a few years of dating, they got married in 2012. They welcomed their children, Taimur Ali Khan in 2016 and Jeh in 2021. The two have also appeared together in films like Omkara, Tashan, and Roadside Romeo. Kareena Kapoor's most recent film appearance was Crew. The film also included Kriti Sanon and Tabu in important roles. Meanwhile, Saif Ali Khan is scheduled to star in Devara and Jewel Thief.

Sara Ali Khan starrer Ae Watan Mere Watan to release on March 22: Report : Bollywood News — Bollywood Hungama

According to the latest report, the makers will unveil the teaser on March 8, on the occasion of International Women’s Day.

The digital arm of Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions, Dharmatic Entertainment, is all set to kick off the cinematic year with the release of Sara Ali Khan’s Ae Watan Mere Watan . As per the latest buzz, the much-anticipated period drama is scheduled to premiere in March this year during Holi weekend.

If a report by PeepingMoon is something to go by then the Sara Ali Khan starrer will start streaming on Amazon Prime Video from March 22 onwards. For the unversed, Ae Watan Mere Watan is based on a true story. It unfolds the compelling tale of Usha Mehta, a young girl whose pivotal role in the freedom fight for Indian independence is vividly portrayed. 

The lead role is essayed by Sara Ali Khan, marking her debut in the biographical genre. Directed by Kannan Iyer from the script penned by Darab Farooqui, the film features a stellar cast including Sparsh Srivastava, Anand Tiwari, Benedict Garrett, Alexx O’Nell, and Abhay Verma.

The report also stated that the makers have strategically chosen International Women’s Day, March 8, to unveil the much-anticipated trailer. 

Having said that, it is worth mentioning here that Ae Watan Mere Watan is the first of five projects slated for release by Dharmatic Entertainment in 2024. Alongside the biographical drama, the studio has an impressive lineup including three new web series and the third season of the popular Netflix show, Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives.

However, the official announcement of the same is yet to be made.

After Zara Hatke Zara Bachke, now Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse jumps onto the buy-one-get-one-ticket-free bandwagon

The weekend gone by has turned out to be pleasantly surprising. Zara Hatke Zara Bachke, starring Vicky Kaushal and Sara Ali Khan, opened beyond expectations. The film was aided by a hit music, clean family entertainer vibe, the absence of competition and also the buy-one-ticket-get-one-free offer. The offer was available on the ticketing app, BookMyShow. Several moviegoers took advantage of this tempting offer and it boosted the collections. The offer was initially valid only on the day of release, June 2. But soon, it was extended till Sunday, June 4. Then, it came to light that the offer will be valid on Monday, June 5 as well.

Now, the makers of Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse have also jumped into this bandwagon. All those who book tickets for the non-English versions of Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse on BookMyShow will get one ticket free on every ticket. The offer is valid today, that is, Tuesday, June 6 and Wednesday, June 7.
