everyone had a lot of fun during the spooky date! even though they were all surprisingly glued to each other as a group, there is one sim with a very high friendship bar with olive. tomorrow we'll start the individual dates with the highest -> lowest friendship. friendship has been the most important to me, but now maybe in a private setting we'll start seeing the romance bar develop!

"Pops, if this Mildred Heart was as much of a star as you're describing, then I'm not sure if she's going to know who some old dude ranch's singing pony wrangler is."

"Whatever you say Kenny. I'm not going to stop you from applying to this Bachelorette Challenge. Can we go inside now? I'm getting singed."

Meet Kenny Stern, a retired children's entertainer and rancher. He spent much of his life as a ranch hand who would use his music to help calm the kids down before they would go riding. He was popular enough to appear on the Chestnut Ridge local access channel as well as the local news from time to time.

Now that he's retired, he's been focusing on fishing and riding, but he still plays his guitar and sings to stay sharp!

While his main love is horses, he also adores his mini goat named Bert!

He'll often play his guitar for Bert as well... who doesn't always seem as appreciative.

His closest non-animal friend is former co-worker Nathaniel Carlisle who likes to pretend he's a lot younger than he actually is. Nathaniel's helping him put his application together since Kenny's not the best with technology.

"I'm perfectly fine using technology when it's not a computer!"

"Calm down pops, I'm sure she'll understand."

Kenny was more of a bro back in the day, and he's pretty clumsy when not on a horse. While he loves fishing, he doesn't eat what he catches preferring to either sell them or keep them for display. Music was and still is a huge part of his life - if he could sort out how to play his guitar while riding a horse, then he'd be the happiest sim alive.

"I think that's enough. Go ahead and send it to that @samssims person so Mildred can review the application."

"Only 7 sims will be chosen? That's not a lot."

"Whenever you're as old as we are Nathaniel and don't have immortality to keep you going, then you've got to cut to the chase."

Really wanted to try my hand at some of these legacy challenges so here's my founder for my attempt at this "Sims Princess Legacy" challenge from @samssims :

May I introduce: Blanche! I tried to make her look a teeny bit like the namesake of her generation while also going for somewhat of a country vibe? I don't know, it's my first attempt at something like this I put her in that cottage and had her instantly work on that garden, befriending some of the animals and her cross-stitching skill! She's actually doing rather well, even though I'd forgotten how stubborn the animals in sims 4 can be! lol

Susie heard about Farmer Pickett's granddaughter moving to town, and let's put it simply: she's not impressed. No way some girl from the city could ever make an honest living out here on the farm. Susie's lived on the farm her whole life, has won the oversized crop competition 5 years in a row, and has been running Caldwell Farm all on her own since losing her parents at only 17. Fiercely independent (and too proud to ask for help) she's never had so much as a farmhand. All she needs is her, her prize winning truffle pig Winston, and a cold beer. She's got some bite to her, but as long as little miss girly City Girl leaves her and her farm the Hell alone, there'll be no problems.

Fox Nolan, a globetrotter that never really settled in one place for more than a season at a time until later into his adulthood when he and his oldest friend from his travels decided to have a child. Kit. (No romance there, just co-parenting with his best friend. Unconventional yes but that has been apart of him from his own start.)

Archeology, gemology, botany & knitting are some of the passions of this old travelling soul. Never holding down a traditional job long, his life has always been his own- Doing odd jobs and selling what he makes with his own hands.

His history with love had left him content with being single through the years. ( His first love, left him with his eldest friend. Funny enough he would be cupid of sorts - Introducing Vanesha to the woman that became her wife. ) The next time he tried to find love nearly left him a messy situation. ( He had no clue that Juniper was married-- )

His traits are Practice Makes Perfect, Loves the Outdoors, Loyal - With age he has came to discover that he is also a perfectionist, over-achiever and creative. Gaining the wise trait as an elder.
