i redrew that old emo design of my middle school fursona that i posted about on here a few days ago!

original drawing below! (plus an extra one i found)

i kept the party poison hair and the red eyeshadow, and i added the tie from the second picture and frank iero's revenge era x-eyes because they look cool lol. i also threw in black nails and fingerless gloves. those are absolutely the ones with the skeleton pattern on the back

The road slipped below us at a steady pace, about 10 mph over the speed limit. I could tell just from the way my sister held herself that she was nervous. She looked more nervous than I can remember her looking in a long time. 

I gently elbowed her arm, shooting her a grin and a wink, trying to convey that I had her back through whatever this year brought us. Johana nodded in response, returning her gaze to her window. A heavy sigh fell from my lips, my lungs aching from holding my breath. I saw my father shift in his seat next to me, our eyes meeting briefly. 

“Twins… You two are instrumental to this mission. It is important to the family legacy that you do your parts and follow what I tell you, okay?” His voice was a little gentler than usual, a little calmer.

Johana scoffed quietly, “What exactly is this mission you’re sending us on? You’ve never been this vague before a mission, Dad.” Her gaze was still focused on the tall trees passing by out her window as she spoke.

“Listen, kid. You’ll know everything you need to know as you need to know it— right now all you need to know is that you both need to blend in.” Emilius sighed, adjusting his grip on the weathered steering wheel. “Also that…” His silence was deafening to me, most likely Johana, as well. “Well, you kids remember the legend your grandfather told you when you were small about the moon goddess, Kamari, and her evil lover, Layzal?”

I chimed in, “Oh, the one about the werewolves and the vampires?”

Our father nodded before continuing. “There’s this prophecy that our family was tasked with preventing, and the date for that prophecy is coming up.”
