Okay like i normally don't like this question bc i have Thoughts about the nature of ticklishness and boundaries and shit HOWEWVER i do want to say for Torney that i do kind of imagine he's one of those lucky bastards who basically isn't ticklish. Everyone else, eat your hearts out.

O: What would it take to break them, inside and out?

does order 66 count See like the thing about Torney is he loves learning about law, right, and loooves Figuring Out The Systems(tm) because like obviously it probably varies in the SW verse by sector, planet, species, culture, etc. But he's also a member of an infiltration-specialty battalion under a diplomatic jedi in the middle of a very messed up war, he knows extremely well that things aren't fair. But I think, that like. Things that are rigged-- to never go well no matter how much work he puts in, to kill those who take part, that sort of thing-- he can't stand them. and if he had to put up with it too much, putting his entire heart and soul into making something work only for something fundamentally flawed to put a stop to it, with no one else speaking up against it... like, there's only so much someone would be able to put up with, you know?

R: what are their hands like?

What would be the star wars equivalent of ink stained? Torney's usually absorbing data pads worth of content on law and formalities, so. Some of them probably come in flimsi, so, he might be a little bit ink stained. Other than that... worn, from years of training and work, as the clones are wont to do. Calluses form and fade easily in equal measure, but with how much they tend to Do, it makes little difference.

N: What do they usually eat for breakfast?

Torney doesn't mind a ration bar in the morning for the convenience, but will accept toast.

E: How are they with children?

Just realized how many of my characters have "e" in their names, I--Torney, much to his own consternation, is of mixed popularity with the youth. On one hand, he's a wealth of knowledge on obscure and silly laws all across the galaxy, and everyone loves a good weird random fun fact! On the other hand, he's not the most thrilling of babysitters.

So unless the children are his brothers asking him for another faux courtroom session, not great.

Y: What is one question they’ve always wanted an answer to?

L: What is their favourite board game?

I think a lot of classic boardgames would appeal, in part bc they're very colorful and involve a lot of laughing and smacktalk but are fairly simple— so like, Sorry! or Trouble. Monopoly is on thin ice bc of the presence of resource managing (money and properties) which he kind of goes shrug at. Escape as a game is only acceptable when you're playing the yakity sax version, because the saxophone is *so fucking funny*. Games that involve talking, also, are a good time for him.

HOWEVER. his favorite game....... would be Red Dragon Inn, because it's literally just the best game ever, basically.

(tl;dr it’s a fantasy themed game where you pick a character and have to be the Last Person Standing at ye olde tavern after a quest who isn’t a) drunk out of their mind and knocked tf out or b) broke as shit, and it’s the best.)

I: On a scale of 1 to 10, how much do they love themselves?

What does it mean to love yourself? What does it mean to love at all? Growing up in slavery, Lien wouldn't have had a lot of chance to understand love as it should be, whether it was called "love" or... something else. To be pedantic— to focus on something most often framed in the gentle, lighthearted direction of "self care! :)" and "talk nice to yourself <3" when knee-deep in just trying to survive and not be dragged back into a world where you are less than a person because someone told you you are— is so far out of the way it's hilarious.

He takes care of himself. He makes sure he can stay standing. He learns with a stark, carefully crafted clarity, what he can do and where his faults lie. Whether or not he likes these things about himself that he keeps learning and unearthing after years of stifling is irrelevant, because he has them anyway. They are all he needs.

And in Raziel these mindsets never left, even as Lien's circumstances changed and evolved. Why does "love" matter when he knows what he can do and owns it regardless? Given time, he becomes comfortable, settled in the unsettled way he dwells in his own skin, his own self shifting in its place like a reminder that he's still alive and free. There's no need to think on it more than that.

That said if you had to ascribe a number to it id say he hovers factually anywhere from a 4 to a 7. He's just good at not caring (or, as ever, pretending that he doesn't)

E: How are they with children?

Lien is.... I mean it kind of depends on the flavor obviously, and what's happening. But I actually wouldn't trust him with kids all that often wheeze

LIKE he's not bad with them, I think. But he tends to be either a little too casual or a little too apathetic towards them because he also tends to treat them like a smaller extension/version of full grown sentients. And that paired with His Entire Self means he's really hit or miss. Also, in certain timelines, he wouldn't hesitate to throw teenagers he barely knows under speeders (metaphorically) for himself, so like. Your mileage varies, my dudes.

M4E-C's an interesting exception in that because she's a droid, it's.... the fact that someone is treating her like a sentient is all she needs. But she and Lien tend to do this thing where they adapt to each other and through that both of them are like. Learning how to people? When she feels comfortable enough to practice acting like a child sentient it means he can learn how to better look after her— and when either of them flounders, they can pick or meet each other right where they need it.

N: What do they usually eat for breakfast?

Whatever's in the fridge or that an acceptable individual put in front of him. Listen, he has at least one stomach and knows the pain of starvation, he's not exactly picky.

W: Can they dance?

Yes! Weil learned as part of his training to join his General at the diplomatic events she often was assigned to attend. So he knows enough to get by as is expected of a man of his (commander) ranking.

E: How are they with children?

Uncomfortable, often, but generally adept— in that children tend to like him, at least. See, he's very deadpan usually, and a lot of kids think that's funny! And he takes them mostly seriously, which kids appreciate. He just needs some time to get into the rhythm of it, but given prep and adjustment he can more or less manage them okay if need be. It's just... Not really his job description lmao

I: On a scale of 1 to 10, how much do they love themselves?

(i dislike this question because it tends to just be me waxing introspective instead of answering, because it's an imo complex question to answer. So I'm at least going to flat out say that I think if you quantified it Weil would land at a 6, but doesn't think about it really-- and since that's kinda lacklustre we're gonna just do a different letter)

S: Letter I 2 electric boogaloo: How stealthy are they?

Very! Some might say unexpectedly so, but only if you don't know who Qwefil Vayn, Commander Weil and the 435th are— public relations is not what the men were made for, and *talking* on the legislative end is not all Qwefil and her Padawan do. Sometimes, to get results, you need a little bit of tiptoeing.

Weil is the commander of a Battalion who's specialty lies in infiltration, and himself often takes on missions. Though most might pin him as a fairly upfront dive-into-battle man in consideration for his neutral deadpan facade, Weil's ideal place to stand is often above or behind, and he has the means to get there.

L: What is their favourite board game?

I think Weil likes ones that are a little more thinkerly or require some level of resource management, but don't take too long to go through. Pandemic, for example!! He doesn't play often enough (nor has he played enough of a variety in general) to have a proper fave tho.

E: How are they with children?

Ebth, much like Weil, is fairly alright with them! Mostly, they don't know what to do— their upbringing in the temple didn't exactly... prepare them. For such things. So they tend to mimic, where possible, others they've seen who have taken care of kids, and the result is surprisingly workable! But maybe give them a minute to get into the swing of it (mostly for their own peace of mind)

B: Do they have any allergies?

Dust and pet dander sometimes trigger, but it's not very serious or much.

T: Where are they ticklish?

I refuse to answer this one for reasons of personal principle. Your randomly assigned new question is "How do they sleep?" and the answer is "very solidly, but in ways that make your neck (and weil) want to cry"

H: What is their deadly sin?

Uhhhhhh... This question is always hard because I tend to forget also but I think it might be wrath. Because anger, and passion... are difficult to tamp down. And Ebth has always felt vibrantly, brightly, and much like their Master they can have a habit of acting based on snap deductions. And there is a snarl sleeping in their chest, ready to be bared for them and theirs, and sometimes this can be good. Sometimes, it isn't.

And if asked, and even if not quite asked, Ebth would do anything for them and theirs. And they have leashed the old fury, and grown from who they used to be, but the traces still linger. There is so much to be angry about.

A: What are/were this character’s best subjects in school?

See, unlike me, I think Ebth is decent at social studies and the like!

R: What are their hands like?

Warm. Ebth always has run warm, according to the others. And with a sturdy grip. There are faint calluses from years of wielding sabers (as well as from other.... mishaps and the like) but they've managed to stay mostly gentle and steady, for the most part. Despite how often they tidy themself up, their nails can usually use a scrub.

N: What do they usually eat for breakfast?

Whatever is available. Bagels are classic tho, and so is cereal. Sometimes, as a treat, they and their master will have something a little more exotic though, just based on what they've got on hand or are craving.
