Hot take: the Mind, the Soul, and the Heart are too babyfied.... a lot of people seem to glaze over the metaphors and meaning behind the album and their story. The lyrical choices, the metaphors in the music videos, the correlation to Hawaii: Part II and Tally Hall. There's a lot to unpack there, and they're not uwu twinks.... as much as I do love to draw some silly art every now and then. Anyway, I feel like more people should talk about and lean into the more poetic and tragic nature of the album.....
