Global Analytical Excellence and Continuous Improvement Manager
This role is responsible in
1.Set up GLP management processes, creates clearoperational and performance guidelines for laboratories (both owned andcontracted) aligned with internal global standards and guidelines, goodlaboratory practices (GLP), and external regulatory and certification bodyrequirements (e.g. ISO 17025) as applicable.
2.Drive lean lab and lab excellence practicesinto IFCN Labs as part of Global Health Lab Excellence team
a.Support IFCN labs on lean initiatives
b.Drive Quality 4.0 and predictive quality, setstrategy and drive implementation into all IFCN labs
3.Drive GLP excellence
a.Guides QC units in development and execution ofstandardized and robust internal control plans (ICP) for laboratory operationsincluding (but not limited to) validation, measurement/monitoring,calibration/maintenance, corrective action, etc.
b.Leads internal and external proficiencyprograms for local laboratory operations including check sample programs,collaborative studies and inter/intra-laboratory analyst comparisons. Analyzesdata and communicates results on performance.
c.Interprets external assessments by regulatoryagencies/certification bodies and collaborates with local QC teams indeveloping corrective action plans to address observations, and drivingcontinuous improvement.
d.Guides QC labs during investigation of complexout of specification results through method review, validation andcollaboration with other IFCN laboratories.
e.Monitors qualified TPLs performance andsupports Global Quality Systems during their regular audit of the TPL labs

Bachelor of Science degree or higher in a scientific or technical discipline
Experience within quality control/laboratory function with demonstrated ability to establish quality systems and drive continuous improvement. Previous experience (5 years) as a laboratory manager is desirable.
Infant Formula background strongly desired. Experience in Pharma industry is a plus
Broad knowledge of Codex, FDA and SAMR regulations.
Direct experience in FSSC 22.000 is a plus
Good knowledge of statistical methodologies for data analysis.
