Welcome to India’s First International Design, Technology & Business Festival for vehicles of the future at EMPI

EMPI is the best B-School in Delhi whose guiding philosophy is “Innovating Futures” wherein Innovation is achieved, not only through academics but also by incubating and spinning off various initiatives and entities that impact the future. Keeping innovation and futurization the top priority, EMPI has announced India’s First International Design, Technology & Business Festival for vehicles of the future. It is the grand event which is going to happen at EMPI campus on 20tht and 21st Sep’19. I-future is a platform under which an event is organized with a focus on Mission Mobility. The complete event is organized under the mission of mobility. The event keeps its eye on New, Clean & Intelligent Mobility and aims to bring together the brightest minds from Colleges, Start-ups, Industry and Policymakers in a two-day multipronged extravaganza of parallel focused events. EMPI is putting it's each and every effort to make it a successful event by getting more and more speakers, sponsors and organisers which makes the event more powerful.

The event is based on electric and autonomous vehicles which will take place in the future. To get rid of the problems which are impacting the environment, industry and the employment growth electric, connected and autonomous vehicles must come and take the place. The electric vehicles will solve the major issues of pollution, traffic-congestion, depletion of natural fuels, the decline in the industrial sector and employment growth. Therefore, it is the biggest step taken by EMPI to come up on the ground with an initiative of mobility in the event.    

I-futures is a two days event which will lead to disruptive changes across the automotive value chain, including technology, manufacturing systems, ownership models, distribution and aftermarket support. This event aims to bring together the brightest minds from Colleges, Start-ups, Industry and Policymakers where the participants will exhibit the solutions of traditional automobile industry with the help of the working models, prototypes, plan or ideas.

It is an Internationally networked event with cross-fertilization of national and international students & start-up teams from various countries. Every participant will get a chance to showcase their talents by creating and conceptualizing mobility products & solutions directly for the Industry and showcasing it before a large audience group. The event is going to be a huge success for EMPI and we must all become a part of the mobility mission to make the better tomorrow because it is the only way through which we can open the doors of a Smart City.

Mission Mobility encourages India to Adopt Electric Vehicles for a Better Future

The Indian automotive industry has shown tremendous progress in the last decade. India is known to be the 6th largest automobile industry across the globe. The automobile industry is contributing 21% of the country’s economy which is a huge amount affecting the GDP of the country. The National Electric Mobility Mission Plan (NEMMP) 2020 has brought a revolution in the mobility industry which has increased the industrial growth and the rate of employment in India.

Keeping in mind the concept of New, Clean & Intelligent Mobility EMPI is organizing a grand event on Mobility Mission which is India’s First International Design, Technology & Business Festival for vehicles of the future. The world is shifting from combustion engine based automotive to alternate electric based mobility and this can only take place when we have highly skilled people who can drive this mission of mobility at the top level.  

The growth of Electric Vehicles will lead to disruptive changes across the automotive value chain, including technology, manufacturing systems, ownership models, distribution and aftermarket support. Consequently, massive new business opportunities are opening due to the huge scope in the automobile industry.

The Mobility event of EMPI will provide a platform for all tech enthusiasts who have their zeal to resolve the complex issues of the autonomous vehicles. It is a very huge platform which is giving a chance to the brightest minds from Colleges, Start-ups, Industry and Policymakers. The MBA graduates will also get a chance to pitch about the latest technologies in automation to increase industry growth.

The attractions of the event are Sponsored Projects, Jobs/Internships, Cash prizes, Media promotion, future involvement in Mission activities.

Let's take a look at all the events taking place in the Mobility Mission at EMPI:

-- HACKATHON: In the event, the participants will resolve multiple “problem statement” related to e-mobility and will battle each other in finding non-stop solutions within 30 hours.

-- MAKEATHON EXPO: In this event, the participants will exhibit and pitch their working models in the front of the panel on various parameters. In the event the team will bring their actual/owned working models.

-- DESIGNATHON: In this event, the participants will create a product design for various types of new, clean and intelligent mobility – two-wheelers / three-wheelers and four wheelers or any other personal vehicle on AUTOCAD.

-- PITCHATHON: In this event, the participants will pitch their ideas of business in the front of the industry experts and investors.

-- BRANDATHON: In this event, the participants will create branding strategies, positioning, Ad campaigns and will go to market models for actual market offerings.

-- MASTERCLASS: In this event, the experts from the domains of EVs, Charging Infra and New Mobility solutions will come and share their experiences and dissemination of knowledge on the relevant cutting edge topics.

-- SWIVELATHON: In this event, the participants will showcase their talent and fitness through their favorite dance form with a surprise mobility prop at the fest venue

-- VRROOMM FASHION: In this event, the participants will show their creativity in designing mobility fashion and will leave a signature statement in the world of mobility fashion.

-- QUIZILITY: In this event, the participants will make their way to the title of the ultimate quizzing champion and will also make a blast at the quiz contest on mobility.
