Há processos em curso para heli do INEM aterrar nos hospitais de Bragança

A Unidade Local de Saúde do Nordeste (ULSNE) informou ter em curso os processos de autorização de operação para aeronaves de maiores dimensões nos heliportos hospitalares de Bragança e de Mirandela.

Oobjetivo é garantir "no mais curto espaço de tempo possível" a operacionalidade do helicóptero do INEM a operar no distrito desde o início do ano.

A certificação é pedida à Autoridade Nacional de Aviação Civil (ANAC), "dando assim cumprimento aos habituais procedimentos relativos à avaliação destas infraestruturas atendendo às normas e práticas recomendadas neste âmbito", disse a ULSNE em comunicado enviado em resposta à Lusa, que questionou a entidade responsável pela gestão das unidades de saúde da região sobre as limitações atuais nos transportes aéreos de emergência médica no distrito de Bragança.

Desde 03 de janeiro que está a operar a partir da base de Macedo de Cavaleiros um helicóptero de emergência médica ao serviço do INEM de modelo AW139, de maior porte e maior autonomia, que estava antes em Évora e que substituiu o anterior A109S em Trás-os-Montes.

Segundo explicou à Lusa Tiago Faria Lopes, presidente do Sindicato dos Pilotos da Aviação Civil (SPAC), o AW139 "não tem nem tamanho, e, por vezes, nem peso" para aterrar nos heliportos para onde está adjudicado, que não têm a certificação necessária.

No mesmo comunicado, a ULSNE considerou que se trata de "um importante investimento" para garantir "no mais curto espaço de tempo possível as condições necessárias para a operacionalidade da nova aeronave de transporte aéreo de emergência nas infraestruturas aeroportuárias contíguas aos Serviços de Urgência Médico-Cirúrgica do distrito de Bragança".

"A ULS do Nordeste prossegue assim a sua atuação em conformidade com os padrões de segurança (...) para garantir as melhores condições de prestação de cuidados de saúde à população, desenvolvendo, nesse sentido, as diligências consideradas necessárias também ao nível das condições de atuação dos meios de emergência pré-hospitalares, numa ótica de articulação de meios e de serviços na área da Saúde", lê-se ainda no comunicado.

Em Mirandela, o helicóptero anterior, mais pequeno, já só podia aterrar durante o dia, por falta de certificação de segurança para o fazer à noite.

Contactada pela Lusa, a câmara de Mirandela disse que o heliporto do hospital do concelho é "um instrumento fundamental na celeridade de resposta de saúde à população do concelho e da região" e explicou que disponibilizou para a aterragem o Campo Sintético da Reginorde.

Em parceria com os Bombeiros Voluntários locais, "garantem a disponibilidade 24/24h deste local alternativo de pouso do helicóptero do INEM", avançou ainda o município numa nota escrita.

"Esta solução disponibilizada pela autarquia acresce cerca de 3 minutos (1,6km) ao tempo de chegada/partida do Hospital de Mirandela", detalhou a autarquia.

Outra alternativa cedida é o aeródromo municipal, que "aumenta o tempo de resposta a situações de emergências aerotransportadas em cerca de 6 minutos (4,5km)".

Em Bragança a aterragem passou a ser no aeródromo municipal, a 15 minutos por estrada, mais o tempo de transferir o doente entre hospital, ambulância e aeronave, o que acrescenta 20 minutos no total ao socorro prestado, segundo o SPAC.

O helicóptero AW139 também não consegue aterrar, segunda ainda o SPAC, no heliporto de Massarelos, no Porto.

HRH Princess Theodora of Greece and Denmark is also known under her stage name Theodora Greece, is an actress and member of the Greek and Danish royal families.

Theodora was born on 9 June 1983 at St Mary's Hospital, London.She is the younger daughter and fourth of the five children of the Greek King Constantine II and Queen Anne-Marie Princess of Denmark.

On 20 October 1983, she was christened at the Saint Sophia Cathedral, London, her godparents being Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom, Queen Margrethe II of Denmark (her maternal aunt), King Michael I of Romania and Alexander, Crown Prince of Yugoslavia.

Theodora attended the all-girls boarding institution, Woldingham School, situated in Surrey, England, between 1994 and 2001. An elderly man murdered his wife in their summer home in Porto Heli on Thursday night. He informed the police about the crime and then he committed suicide. He left a note saying that she was sick and he could not come along with the situation. The woman is the 12th victim of femicide in Greece in 2021.

The 78-year-old man wrote on the note that his 75-year-old wife had Alzheimer’s.

The tragedy took place in Ververounta settlement in a mobile home where the couple was living over the summer months in the last few years.
