the meaning of everyone Halloween costumes

So we all know Eddie means something in the welcome home lore but now I'm curious do you think everyone else costumes mean something

Sally's costumes for example may mean no matter how hard she tries Sally will always be seen as a clown

Or a howdy costume might mean he's now dead
