10 Things That BTS Has "Ruined" For Me

Words cannot express how much I love these boys (nay, men). Their animated personalities and immense musical and performance abilities are just a few of the many reasons I continue to fall for them. However comma, they have made going through life without laughing at the most random things very difficult. Here are 10 things that I can no longer think of without laughing or fangirling thanks to BTS.

Swimming Goggles

Thanks to Kookie, this entire summer I was smiling idiotically at the very sight of swim goggles. While at the pool, my cousin was wearing her favorite purple goggles and she ran up to me, and something in me was hoping she would say, "Eoseo wa bangtaneun cheoeumiji". Was kinda sad when she didnt.

Saxophonist

Because of Taehyung, I can't help but laugh at the mention of saxophonist. Even reading the word makes me laugh because all I can think of is Tae saying "Sexy Pornstar".

Hoverboards

The sight of a hoverboard immediately makes me think of the Jibooty. Jimin twerking on the hoverboard during that Vlive was so outrageous.

Putting On A Sweater/Hoodie

BLONDE JIN!!! This is all your fault sir. Putting on a sweater should not have been made sensual. Why did you do this. Explain Mr. Worldwide Handsome...

We Don't Talk Anymore

Jikook has made listening to the original dang near impossible. Forget that the singing parts were made for a man and woman to sing together. The addition of Jimin made the cover that much better.

Why So Serious?

The Dark Knight is one of my favorite movies and Heath Ledger was the best Joker. However, I can't watch the movie without laughing because in my head, all I can think of is Tae saying, "Why So Serious?"

Chucky

I have been desensitized to this character that once haunted my dreams as a young child, thanks to my Bias, Min Suga. Gummy smile Chucky.

Weight In Gold

I love this song. The melody and breakdown get me. The song is so good that it is often used in commercials and when I hear it, all I think of is Tae during season 1 of Bon Voyage waiting for the other members to get off the train.

Beyonce's Déjà Vu

Occasionally, I will partake is clubbing downtown and they love to play throwback songs. One of which is this song. And I have to fight the urge to break out the famous PinkMon dance moves. Its so hard to resist sometimes tho.

Buses

With Kookie's Cake Day just passing, images of the Jungkook buses appear. So now whenever I see a bus, all I hear is Hobie's voice saying Jungkookie Bus-ah. Thanks sunshine.
