Onam Celebration Begins....
Hai all,
How your Onam celebrations are going?. I hope all are preparing for that Onam day to come by buying new dresses what we call it as Onakodi, ingredients for making payasam, collecting flowers for athapookalam etc. As we all know that we failed to celebrate onam in that corona period (2020-21), it is only the previous year we eventually celebrated onam but we did not get that past vibes of onam. In this year, we all try to bring that past vibes of joy and happiness and enjoy that entire day conducting many onam events such as onakali, onapattu, onasadya etc.
On that Onam day, we should spent more time with our family and friends and create more memorable moments with them. Because, afterall we live for that moment. I also have an eagerness to watch new movies in T.V and to hear that nostalgic onam music.
However, all this special days are planned by humans to not to forget about celebrations in life.
We all are busy with work in our day-to-day life. Due to that work, we all are forgetting to enjoy each and every moment in our life, we forget to spend some happiest time with our friends and family, and also to live our life itself. So, we all have to enjoy every moment in our life irrespective of special days only.

Covid Hastaları Kobay Mı Oldu?
Türk Işını çalışması ile “Covid hastaları kobay mı yapıldı?” tartışmaları sürüyor. Türk Tabipleri Birliği (TTB), Sağlık Bakanlığı’ndan resmi yazı ile bilgi istedi. Türk Işını ile Hastalar Kobay Olarak Kullanıldı mı ? TTB konu hakkında şu açıklamayı yaptı, “2020 yılında Diyarbakır’da COVID-19 tedavisi gören hastaların kamuoyunda “Türk Işını” olarak adlandırılan yöntemin araştırılması için “kobay olarak kullanıldığına” dair iddialarla ilgili olarak 4982 Sayılı Bilgi Edinme Kanunu kapsamında Sağlık Bakanlığı’na resmi yazı gönderdi. İnsanlar üzerinde yapılacak ilaç dışı klinik araştırmaların yürütülebilmesi için ilgili Etik Kurul ile Sağlık Hizmetleri Genel Müdürlüğü veya Türkiye İlaç ve Tıbbi Cihaz Kurumundan izin alınması gerektiği belirtilen yazıda araştırmanın nerede, nasıl ve ne zaman gerçekleştirildiği, araştırma sadece Diyarbakır’da yapıldı ise neden Diyarbakır’ın tercih edildiği ve araştırmayla ilgili beklenmeyen olay bildirimi yapılıp yapılmadığı gibi soruların yanıtlanması talep edildi” T��RK IŞINI YÖNTEMİ NEDİR ? “Klinik araştırmaların sıkı etik kurallarına uyulmaksızın bir çalışma yapılmış olduğu iddiası hem dehşet verici hem de bilime ve bilimsel yönteme olan inancı sarsıcı bir iddiadır” ifadesine yer verilen yazıda TTB Etik Kurulu’nun disiplin cezası verme yetkisinin bulunduğu anımsatılarak araştırmaya dair etik kurul onayı, aydınlatılmış onam belgeleri, denetim raporları ve araştırma sonuçları gibi bilgi ve belgelerin de paylaşılması istendi. Major project idea (Character inspiration)
For my project I need to create two main characters. One is Mahabali and the other is Vamanan. So, I researched how to develop the idea of designing the characters. I have found some interesting animations related to my character.
ILAA Films a YouTube channel created an interesting animation which was about Mahabali. The theme was about Corona and Onam celebration. Here in this animation Mahabali is visiting our Kerala in the pandemic time and they presented it as a very funny way.

COVID-19 Hastalarının Kobay Olarak Kullanıldığı İddiaları
Türk Işını Tedavisi (TurkishBeam), COVID-19 tedavisinde kullanılan yeni bir yöntem olarak tanıtılmıştır. Bu yöntemde belli dalga boyunda ışınların, endoskopik yöntemle solunum sistemine uygulanarak virüsü etkisiz hale getirmesi hedeflenmiştir. Dicle Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Öğretim Üyesi Prof. Dr. Cenap Ekinci, 2020 yılında Diyarbakır'da bu yöntemin denenmesi sırasında birçok COVID-19 hastasının kobay olarak kullanıldığı ve bunların önemli bir bölümünün hayatını kaybettiğini iddia etmiştir. Bu iddialar, kamuoyunda büyük yankı uyandırıp, çeşitli tepkilere yol açtı. Türk Tabipler Birliği (TTB), bu iddiaların araştırılması gerektiğini belirterek şu soruların yanıtlanmasını talep etti: "Türk ışını" yönteminin klinik öncesi aşamaları nasıl ve nerede gerçekleştirilmiştir? Işının virüs üzerindeki etkisinin yanı sıra hücrelere olabilecek yan etkileri araştırılmış mıdır? Klinik öncesi araştırma sonuçları bilimsel kamuoyu ile paylaşılmış mıdır? Klinik araştırma aşamasına geçildiğinde gönüllüler üzerinde uygulanması için etik kurul onayı alınmış mıdır? Gönüllülerden aydınlatılmış onam alınmış mıdır? Klinik araştırmaların gönüllülerin güvenliğini sağlamaya yönelik kurallarına uyulmuş mudur? Klinik araştırma hangi merkezlerde gerçekleştirilmiştir? Klinik araştırma eğer tek merkezde gerçekleştirildi ise, neden Diyarbakır’da yapılmıştır? Klinik araştırma hangi aşamada ve hangi nedenle durdurulmuştur? Klinik araştırma kamuya açık bir veri tabanına kayıtlı mıdır? Araştırma sonuçları bilimsel kamuoyu ile paylaşılmış mıdır? Sağlık Bakanı Dr. Fahrettin Koca, COVID-19 pandemisi döneminde tüm çalışmaların bakanlık iznine bağlı olduğunu belirterek, bu iddiaların araştırılacağını ve gerekli açıklamaların yapılacağını ifade etti. Ancak, bu konuda detaylı ve tatmin edici yanıtların verilmesi gerektiği, sağlık ve bilim çevrelerince vurgulandı. Diyarbakır Tabip Odası da benzer endişeleri dile getirerek, Sağlık Bakanlığı'na yazılı olarak sorular yöneltmiştir. Bu konunun aydınlatılması ve soruların yanıtlanmasının, ülkemizin sağlık ve bilim ortamı açısından önemli olduğunu belirtmişlerdir. Türk Işını Tedavisi (TurkishBeam) ve COVID-19 hastalarının bu tedavide kobay olarak kullanıldığı iddiaları, ciddi etik ve bilimsel soru işaretleri doğurmuştur. Konunun detaylı bir şekilde araştırılması ve kamuoyunun bilgilendirilmesi gerekmektedir.
