[ 365 Days of SasuHina || Day One Hundred Ninety-One: The Patent Office ] [ Uchiha Sasuke, Hyūga Hinata, Uchiha Itachi ] [ SasuHina ] [ Verse: Best Years of Your Life ] [ AO3 Link ]
A few days after arriving back in his hometown, Sasuke decides to finally ask Hinata if she’s ready for him to come work.
After bumping into her completely by accident, and then arranging some volunteer help with her new flower shop business, Sasuke’s finally ready to speak to her again. He’d been so taken aback by just so happening to run into her, he’s admittedly put it off for a bit. After all...it’s not every day you come face to face with your high school crush.
A crush he...really isn’t over, apparently. Seems his time traveling the world and learning photography didn’t fully bury the feelings. Because they popped back up like spring daisies the moment they locked eyes again.
He still feels a little bad...he sort of dropped all forms of communication with his old classmates post high school. True, he hadn’t had many true friends...and he and Hinata weren’t exactly best buddies. And it’s not like she’s the only one he hasn’t spoken to in ages. But the general feeling of being a distant jerk remains. After so long with such poor luck with “dating” (he never did have a girlfriend in high school...she was the only one he ever had a crush on, and her sights were always elsewhere), he thought traveling might help him forget, or at least find something new.
But instead he developed a new passion, and it let him shift his focus for a while. A silly high school crush, after all, isn’t anything to cry over once you graduate. Especially since he hadn’t even worked up the guts to admit anything…
And even now, he’s not sure what to do about it. They haven’t spoken in years, and even in school that was rare. The stupid love square they were in meant everyone was preoccupid by the wrong person. Didn’t help her own object of affection got married almost immediately after high school. Sasuke had gotten roped into being the best man, but she hadn’t been there.
...not that he blamed her.
So now, here they are: two practically strangers thrown together after so long. With Sasuke partnering with his brother for several projects, he’s back in town for about a month. And he, running his big mouth, offered to help her with her newest pride and joy: a little flower shop just a few blocks from his brother’s place.
Funny how that worked out…
Breaking from his thoughts, Sasuke takes out his mobile and sends her a short text.
Need any help today? I’m free.
Before he can slip it back into his pocket, he can’t help a small jolt as it jumps in his hand. Huh...someone’s a quick replier.
Sure! Head down any time u want!
Huh...that was easy. Moving downstairs, he gives his brother a small wave. “Heading out for a bit.”
Itachi blinks. “...will you be back for dinner?”
“Probably - why?”
“I thought you might like to go out to eat, since we’ve not had a chance to do so yet.”
“Oh, uh...sure. Just text me when you wanna go, I’m not going far.”
“...oh?”
“Got a little part time gig down the street.”
That seems to get his brother to brighten. “...I’m glad! I’ll let you know when I’m ready, then.”
“Cool.” Giving a mock solute, Sasuke heads out and takes a quick pace down the sidewalk.
It’s funny, he grew up on the other side of town, so despite being home, not much here is familiar. Itachi insisted on remaining due to the town’s artful focus. As a musician, it’s suited him well. Hence Sasuke being ‘hired’ by the orchestra he plays with to take promotional pictures at their shows this season to sell as prints and use for posters. It’s actually a pretty sweet gig, especially since it almost means one long visit with his brother...and no rent for a month.
Hence why he can afford to volunteer a few hours at Hinata’s. Poor thing’s been running her new little business all by her lonesome. While he can appreciate the drive, he’s worried she’s working too hard. Maybe by the time he leaves, his help will convince her to hire on someone else to help reduce her workload.
At the corner before the store, he perks up. Several people linger outside, admiring the displays and heading inside to see more. She was right: she is getting good business. Makes sense: it’s that plant growing time of year.
Heading in, he finds her behind the counter, helping a small line of customers as others take to perusing her goods. While she’s bright-eyed and clearly enthused, he can see a small lag to her frame that betrays some exhaustion. Hinata doesn’t notice him at first, too involved with her clientele, so he hangs back for a bit until they find a lull.
“Hey.”
“Oh! Hey!” She gives a crooked smile. “Things are hopping!”
“I can see that. What do you need me to do?”
“Well, um…” Teeth nibble her lip in thought. “...I guess for now, you can help with inventory…? I think we’re doing okay, but if anything looks low, there should be more in the back you can grab. I’d have you help juggle customers, but…” A sheepish glance. “You...probably don’t know about the flowers, or...anything, r-right?”
“Not really, no.”
“Okay...that’s fine! Just having another pair of hands will be a b-big help!”
He starts by familiarizing himself with some of the basics, noting what looks to be running low. Thankfully he’s got a good visual memory, and it doesn’t take much to head to the back, find what looks right, and bring up more to fill the emptying shelves. Larger items like heavy pots and cement edgers for flower gardens he helps pack around. Her shop isn’t that big, and there’s a noticeable lack of carts or trolleys for carrying large or heavy loads. He might have to suggest that.
Overall, Sasuke has to admit...he doesn’t feel like he’s all that much help. Hinata, being the only expert, still has to handle all the questions, the till and the prices, and taking custom orders for bouquets to make later. But they get through the day well enough, Hinata turning off the ‘open’ sign with a weary sigh.
“Is it like that every day?”
“Nearly,” she admits, a hand at her neck. “If the w-weather is bad, it keeps people away. But nice days like this get pretty busy.”
“Sorry I couldn’t do more…”
“Oh, no no! You were a great help! I’ll admit, some of that heavier stuff is rough…”
“Any way you can get, like...carts to carry things?”
“I should, yeah…” Another sheepish glance. “I have a very long list of “‘should dos’, to be honest.”
“Like hiring some permanent help?”
“...maybe…”
Before they leave, however, Hinata drags out a pot from behind the counter, carefully tending to the plant inside it.
“...what’s that?”
“This,” Hinata explains slowly, concentration mostly on her task, “is a new breed of flower I’m trying to germinate.”
“...wait, like...a whole new species?”
“Mhm. I’d...well, I’d explain it, but…” She gives a soft giggle. “I’m...guessing you might not find it very interesting.”
“Interesting, yes. Something I can comprehend...probably not,” he easily admits. “Not really a plant person. You’d have better luck with my mother, honestly. But it...looks pretty.” A hand gestures, earning a small snort from his companion.
“Thanks...it’s supposed to be a tribute to my mother. She inspired my love of flowers, so...it’s meant to be a thank-you for that. Something that...reminds me of her. I’m hoping I can get them stable and maybe sell some. Sort of help...spread her love, and mine.”
Sasuke softens at that. “...I take it she’s...gone?”
A somber nod. “She died when I was five, a w-while after my sister was born. She had medical complications, and...only lived a few weeks after that. But before she died, she taught me about plants, and how much she loved them. She always had a big garden that would be so full of flowers, the backyard was like a rainbow...and it always smelled so sweet…”
“...well, you’ve accomplished that,” Sasuke murmurs. “I stopped when I got here because everything smelled so good. And the plants you had outside were beautiful.”
“Thanks…”
“So if you do make a new...specie, can you patent it? Or somehow mark it as your own creation?”
“Maybe! I’m not too concerned about that, though. Mostly it’s a personal project. I’m not looking to make it into something big, or worth a lot of money.”
He gives a nod.
The pair lapse into silence for a time. “So...did you want to try to sell some of your pictures here?”
“Huh?”
“The ones you took of the flowers! I thought maybe people might buy them here!”
“Well...I could try. Maybe make a few prints and have them on the counter. I think most people are here for the real thing, though.”
“Well, not everyone has a green thumb,” Hinata laughs. “And that way, they’d have the pretty blooms all year! I bet they would sell!”
“...I’ll have to give it a try.” Smiling, Sasuke then jumps as his phone buzzes. Seems Itachi’s ready to go have that dinner. “Well...I better run. Meeting my brother.”
“Okay! Next time you’re free, let me know! Maybe during a day off, I could...show you more about the products? So you’re more familiar.”
“Sounds good.” Maybe he’d be a better help that way…
Leaving her to lock up, Sasuke exits the shop only to pause as Itachi pulls up to the curb in his car. A window rolls down to show a knowing smile.
“I had a feeling this was the place,” Itachi muses.
Pouting just a hair, Sasuke hops in. “...it’s something to do.”
The elder brother doesn’t reply, still smiling as he drives them off toward dinner.
.oOo.
OKAY, all caught back up as I should be xD Ngl this prompt was kinda like...what? But I managed to...kinda tie it in to this piece, lol - I dunno how patenting really works, but apparently you CAN do so with new plant species, according to google! Don't worry Sasuke, I wouldn't understand it either xD (Also, this is a sequel to day 135, if you're interested!) Anywho, it's way past bedtime for this nerd - thanks for reading!

[ 365 Days of SasuHina || Day One Hundred Eighty: Dowsing ] [ Uchiha Sasuke, Hyūga Hinata, Uchiha Itachi ] [ SasuHina ] [ Verse:Divine Light ] [ AO3 Link ]
None of them, when they hatched this ridiculous plot, ever claimed to be a learned adventurer or traveler. Sasuke and Itachi had lived in one of the major cities when boys, forced to flee when civil war broke out. They then lived in a forest home. And while Sasuke took a few beast-hunting contracts, they never took him very far. Hinata, too, was a child of a city: one by the southern seas. But her family’s fleeing also took them to a secluded home, and her father - too paranoid of being attacked by el’kor - rarely let either of his daughters leave. And the light mage, the unofficial leader of their expedition, may have been well-traveled when younger, but...well, she was young. And kept hidden by her two teenage caretakers. A lux mage, after all, was - and still is - a rare thing...and there were fears she’d be taken...or worse.
So, when their journey leaves them with empty waterskins and no immediately viable water source...none of them are even remotely prepared.
“Can’t you just...make water?” Sasuke asks as they check the rest of their provisions. They’re currently astride a large plain, with no signs of water anywhere.
Hinata, to whom the question was directed as a water mage, give him a cool glance. “I can’t make water, no. No mage makes their element.”
“I make fire.”
“No...you control it. Fire is just heat. You use your energy - your ven - to control heat, which can take the shape of fire,” the lux mage cuts in. “Ven is not your element - it is energy that is specifically...tuned for an element. Which is why you cannot control water as Hinata does, nor could she control fire as you do. When you wield an element, you use your energy to manipulate it to your will. Just as I manipulate the body when I heal. I feed it energy, and it uses that energy to speed up what would naturally be its healing process. Of course...other things require more...interference on my part, but that is the gist.”
Sasuke contemplates that a moment. While he’s never been officially taught about ven, just what his parents have described, he’s never made that connection. Fire, he supposes, is a bit...unique that way.
“There’s water in the air,” Hinata notes, “but it would take far too much energy to gather enough to make a difference.”
“...what about the earth?” Itachi pipes up. “Is there not water beneath the surface?”
“There is...but depending on how far down it is, it would be just as taxing,” Hinata explains. “Water is a heavy element, as is earth...it takes a lot of energy to move it straight up, especially through the ground. If we had a terra mage, it would be easier…”
“Well...isn’t terra also a child of tenebris?” Sasuke muses. “Just like igni and aer are both children of lux? Wouldn’t you have the best chance of all of us to move it?”
“I...guess I would. But then I’d have to do both, and it would be even more taxing.”
A thoughtful hand at her chin, the lux mage seems to try to come up with a plan. “...what if you were to dowse for it?”
“Dowse…?”
“It is an old technique the el’kor use to find water. A strange method that uses a split stick to locate water close to the surface. But...perhaps rather than doing so literally, you could use your ven to ‘feel’ into the earth and find a place more easily accessible…?”
Hinata hesitates a moment. “I...could try?”
“Well, we just finished our water...we can go a few days without it before we start to get into real danger,” Itachi murmurs. “You have some time to look before we become desperate.”
“Do you think you could do it?” Sasuke asks. “Because if not...it might be our lives.”
Worry creases her brow. “...I-I…”
“This is my fault,” the healer murmurs. “I...was not prepared. Do not place that burden upon Hinata’s shoulders.”
“At least you’re taking responsibility for once,” Sasuke mutters, ignoring the sharp look he gets from his brother.
“...I can do it.”
The other trio look to Hinata with varying expressions. “...are you sure?” the lux mage hushes. “I don’t want to lay this upon you if -”
“No! I...I can do it. Just...be prepared for me to be a bit tired. But I think - I know I can do it.”
Exchanging glances, the rest then nod. “...all right then,” Sasuke offers. “Guess we’re doing this.”
Packing up their camp, the group hitches their bags to their saddles, mounting their horses and leaving the treeline behind for the great plain that stretches out before them. In the distance, the mountain range they must cross to reach the Luxerian homeland awaits. It’s barely a bluish smudge along the horizon...but Sasuke hopes they’ll reach it soon. Because the sooner they reach the empty remnants of the capital, the sooner - he prays - his brother will finally be cured...and they can go home.
...even if he gets the sneaking suspicion it won’t be so simple.
They make good distance, all things considered. The open, arid plain is home to a great amount of wind...and by the time they stop for the evening, the group is all but sick of it. Skin dry and lips cracking, there’s no respite come evening. It slows a bit, but never stops. The lux mage manages to urge their horses into lying in a line, providing just a hint of protection. A fire is nearly impossible, even with the pair of igni mages to feed it.
But the real test comes to Hinata.
Eyes closed in concentration, she walks a small distance from the group, hands planted to the ground to let energy seep into the soil in search of water.
The rest try not to stare as she works, giving fleeting glances for any sign of success.
She returns a while later, expression wilted. “It’s too deep...at least thirty feet if I had to guess.”
The lux mage hesitates. “...we’ll look for a low spot tomorrow you can try. That may help.”
“Low spot?” Sasuke asks. “This is a level plain! I doubt anything will change! We should turn back first thing, and find another way to the mountains.”
“There is no other way,” Hinata rebukes.
“There has to be!”
“Please,” the healer cuts in, tone strained. “...for now, we should rest. There’s nothing to be done in the dark, either way.”
Clearly not impressed, Sasuke simply skulks off to one side, leaning against his horse’s middle to take advantage of the cover, no matter how small. After a sheepish pause, Hinata does the same.
“...you really can’t reach it?” he asks after a pregnant pause.
“I...I don’t know. I think I can...reach it. But pulling it up through so much rock and earth...I don’t know if I have the energy.”
He gives her a glance. “...is there a way we could...give you energy?”
“Um...maybe…?”
“Well, it’s like the lux mage says: when she heals, she gives a body energy. So...why couldn’t we do something similar?”
Staring up at the stars, the water mage considers that. “...I guess...we could try?”
“Gods know I can’t sleep, so...sure. Let’s try.”
The pair move back to where she’d tried dowsing, ignoring the elder pair’s curious glances. “...so it’s all about the same level?”
“Yeah...at least, in the range I can sense it. There’s no telling how it might change. It might even get worse further from here.”
“Okay, well…” Sasuke pauses, considering...what exactly to do. “You find it, and...when you do, tell me. I’ll try to transfer some energy.”
Giving a determined nod, Hinata does just that. A faint blue glow emanates from beneath her palms, bleeding into the earth.
“...got it.”
“Okay…” Putting hands on her shoulders, Sasuke focuses. He’s done this before with his brother, but...well, they’re related, let alone the same element. He has no idea if this will work… “...try it.”
His own hands glow a fiery red, the pair working in tandem. For a moment, nothing...and then -
“I-I got it!”
“Don’t lose your concentration!”
Hearing Hinata’s cry, the other two mages join them, filling water skins as Hinata brings a large pool to the surface. Mounts are then led over to drink, the humans doing the same. Only once they’ve all drank to bursting does Hinata let the energy fade. Slowly, the water seeps back into the earth.
The group all glance to each other.
“...well, at least we know it works,” Itachi muses.
“At this depth, at least...it might be more draining should the water table lower later on,” the lux mage cautions. “Hinata, how do you feel…?”
“A...a little tired, but Sasuke lent me some energy. I’ll be fine after I get some sleep.”
“Well...good. Good. That’s a relief. Now...we all need rest. Back to it in the morning.”
With the light mage and Itachi taking first watch, the younger pair retreat to try to sleep. “...I knew you could do it,” Sasuke murmurs, eyes closing.
“...thanks.”
.oOo.
This prompt was...so random xD Google says dowsing can be for more than just water, but! I thought that fit this verse pretty well. Not a lot of room for shippiness (besides some teamwork and praise), but...well, it was kinda there, lol I can't believe June is almost over...and with it, our unofficial halfway mark! Technically I think day 182 is the most halfway (half of 365 is 182.5 lol), but! I'm gonna try, for those of you who care, to have a bit of a Q&A session on Tumblr June 30 and July 1 as a bit of a celebration for the big marker! You can ask me, or Sasuke and Hinata, any questions you want! It can be about certain universes I write them in, canon stuff, or just...whatever you want. I thought that might be a fun way to note the milestone. Technically the inbox on Tumblr is ALWAYS open for this kind of thing, but...I figured I'd try to make a thing of it, lol Aaanyway, for now...I need sleep, lol - I'll post more about it when I get back online tomorrow on Tumblr. For my AO3 peeps, you can head over there if you want, but...I guess there's no real way to ask questions beyond comments on the fics...which I guess you can do if you want? xD But for now, I'ma call it a night - thanks for reading!

[ 365 Days of SasuHina || Day One Hundred Sixty: Stopped in the Road ] [ Uchiha Sasuke, Hyūga Hinata, Hyūga Neji ] [ SasuHina ] [ Verse: Best Years of Your Life ] [ AO3 Link ]
Gripping the edge of her car hood, Hinata stares at the steaming engine.
You’ve got to be kidding.
She just started this road trip...and now it’s already cancelled. Because something with her engine has gone wrong. UGH!
Head hanging between her shoulders as she clings to the hood, Hinata gives an entirely uncensored sigh. This...is the biggest bummer ever. So much for going to see her cousin and his fiance. At least it’s not their wedding...then she’d be having a full-blown temper tantrum.
Well...time to call a tow truck. And then Neji to apologize. Maybe next time she’ll make it there. Digging out her phone, she checks her car junk in the glove box, dialing the proper number. Thankfully it’s a basic enough conversation. Give her insurance info, say where she’s stranded, and ‘a truck will be with you in an hour’.
An hour?! She’s not that far out of town, for Pete’s sake!
Groaning once the call’s ended, Hinata just...plops herself into the driver’s seat. At least she got off the road, and there isn’t a huge amount of traffic. She’ll just...wait.
Nothing else to do.
Then thinking to dial Neji, she puts the mobile back to her ear. “Hey, Neji? Um...so about me coming to visit…”
“What’s wrong?”
“First, don’t panic: I’m not hurt or anything, but...my car decided to c-call it quits on me.”
There’s a sympathetic sigh on the other end. “Oh no, Hina…”
“There’s a truck coming, so...I guess I’ll just have to get it fixed. But I’m willing to bet it’ll be something that’ll take a while, so...consider me coming over there cancelled.”
“I’m so sorry - and don’t worry. We’ll be sure to see you another time. Are you far out?”
“Not too far, no. I’ll be fine.”
“Well...at least it won’t take you long to get home. And you aren’t hurt, or stranded without signal.”
That earns a wince at the thought. “Yeah...I’m all right. But I wanted to let you know.”
“I appreciate it. Do take care, Hinata - let me know if there’s anything I can do to help.”
“I’ve got pretty good insurance. We’ll see how it pans out.”
Letting the call end, her head thuds back against the headrest. Well...now what?
Rummaging through her purse, she pulls out her mp3 player and slips in an earbud. Door ajar and seat reclined, she lets her eyes close and decides to just...doze. But she keeps one ear open to listen for anyone pulling up. Hopefully it’ll be the truck, and not anyone looking to cause trouble…
Good thing she went to the bathroom before she left in preparation for infrequent rest stops.
Checking her phone for the time a while later, Hinata glances up to her rearview mirror at a slowing car. Oh thank goodness, it’s the tow truck. And nearly half an hour earlier than she’d been told! Putting away her music, she hopes she seems...presentable. Her long road trip outfit of a tank and shorts isn’t the most...publicly appropriate thing she could be wearing. But she’d figured she’d be in her car or her hotel room for ninety-five percent of her drive.
Pulling up ahead of her, the truck maneuvers into place before the driver hops out. He’s wearing a blue mechanic’s coveralls, slightly stained with old oil spills and sporting a tear in a knee. Otherwise he’s got basic boots on, and a backwards cap.
And...oh. He’s cute.
Oh no.
Blinking as he approaches, Hinata shoves the thought faaar back into the recesses of her mind. That is not what she needs to be thinking about right now!
“Hey there,” he calls in greeting.
“Hi…”
“Having some trouble?”
“More than some,” Hinata mumbles, hugging herself a bit. “I have...no idea what’s wrong. I’m not a car type of person.”
“No worries, we’ll take it in and see what’s going on. Got anyone coming to pick you up, or…?”
“Oh, uh...n-no. I thought I’d go along and...hear what the damage is.”
“All right, no problem. Let me get this hooked up, and we’ll head back to the shop.”
Feeling awkward just...standing there watching, Hinata pretends to busy herself with her phone. In reality, she’s watching this guy out of the corner of her eyes. He’s got messy hair that’s even darker than hers - rather fair skinned, pretty tall...though his build is a bit hard to see in his baggy outfit.
Then he bends over to pick up some chain, and she blooms bright pink, spinning around.
...he’s got a nice butt.
Fiddling with her phone a bit longer, she turns as he announces he’s done. “Ready to go?”
“Yes, please...the heat’s been unbearable.”
“Well, I’ve got air conditioning in the truck,” he assures her with a hint of a smile. “I’m Sasuke, by the way.”
“Hinata. Thanks so much for getting here so fast. I think I would have baked alive otherwise.”
“Yeah, I figured. Didn’t want anyone battling the heat for too long.”
With that, he gets back into the driver’s seat, Hinata opening the passenger door. The truck is...a lot cleaner than she’d anticipated. Glancing into the mirror as they start moving, she bites her lip, watching her poor car trail behind them.
“Well, hopefully it won’t be too much to fix,” Sasuke offers, giving her a brief look.
“Yeah...me neither. Not sure I can afford a huge bill right now…”
“Were you heading out of town?”
“I was going to go see my cousin - he’s about eighteen hours from here…”
“Oh wow - at least you didn’t get too far.”
“That’s what he said. I just feel bad I had to cancel…”
“Better safe than sorry.”
The trip passes in an ebb and flow of conversation, the pair occasionally going quiet. In her head, Hinata tries to think of ways to gently approach her father with a request for help if the fix is too expensive. She hasn’t paid this car off yet...she can’t afford to replace it. And it’s been such a good little car until now!
Pulling up to the shop, Sasuke lets Hinata out to head into the office as he brings her rig in to start being looked at. Huddling in the waiting room, she takes a cup of free coffee to pass the time. All the while she prays for a basic fix.
Half an hour later, Sasuke finally comes back. “Okay, so...I’ve got good news, and bad news.”
She wilts. “...o-okay.”
“Good news is, there’s not a lot of serious damage. Your thermostat was busted, which wasn’t letting coolant, in, and caused the overheating. That’s easy enough to fix. The problem comes in from it having been an issue for a little while. Your head gasket’s been cracked.”
Hinata just blinks at him, having...no idea what that is.
“It’s also an easy part to get, but unfortunately, all the time to get things fixed up is going to be a lot of labor cost.”
“Oh…”
Considering her for a long moment, Sasuke sighs, rubbing at his neck. “...since I’ll be the one taking it on...I can get the parts within a few days. And I can probably get it done quick enough, it won’t add up to much. Maybe give you a small discount per hour.”
Wide eyes blink. “You...you would do that…?” Funny, she’s always heard of mechanics taking advantage of anyone - though especially women - who don’t know their cars well enough to know better. Is he just playing her…?
“I feel bad your trip got so interrupted. And I don’t want to run you into the ground with a big bill. I can let it slip, just this once.” Glancing to her, he gives a hint of a smile.
Her cheeks go ever so softly pink. “...thank you...that’s a h-huge relief…!” Maybe she won’t have to ask Hiashi, after all.
“Here - I’ll give you my number - if you want to check in on the progress, just let me know. I’ll try to keep you updated, and let you know when we’re about done.”
“Oh! T-thank you.” Shyly handing over her phone, she lets him input his digits into her contacts.
“You got a way to get home?”
“Oh, um...I’ll call my sister.” Thankfully Hanabi’s old enough to ferry her older sibling home. As for how Hinata will get anywhere else...well, she’ll figure it out. “Thank you so much, Sasuke.”
“No problem. We’ll get you fixed up, Hinata.”
Giving Hanabi a ring and waiting to be picked up, she can’t help a few furtive glances into the shop. From here, she can see him rooting around in the engine block.
...did he really need to give her his own number? Can’t he use the shop phone…?
...not that she’s complaining, but...that seemed a little...smooth.
Seeing Hanabi pull up, she puts the thought aside. Maybe she’ll just...check in tomorrow. Tomorrow won’t be too soon, right?
Maybe her car was doing her a favor.
.oOo.
Looong day, so I'll be brief xD I know...nothing about cars, lol - Google helped me a bit, but idek if this is...realistic or anything. I don't get paid enough writing these to research into how cars work enough to make something more detailed xD I found a few random snippets of info and just...pretended they'd make a real scenario. If it's wrong...whoops! Anyway, I am...e x h a u s t e d, so I'm gonna call it a night. Thanks for reading!
