From training today ❤️🥰
I can guess that they're trying out some kind of training that's to simulate being pressed by another player that would limit their movement but it looks so cute 😂 Like a child's play.

Barış Alper Yılmaz x Reader
First time🥹❤️🩹
—

—
SMUT- You and Barış have been dating for a couple of months, with things starting to get very serious between you both. You finally feel ready for the next step in your relationship but are too scared to tell him that you’re inexperienced.
—
It had been a busy few months for Barış, with him finishing off the season on a high with Galatasaray and getting Turkey to the quarter-finals of the Euros. You were so proud of him. It was now the break, and you both finally deserved a well-deserved rest together before pre-season started for the next upcoming season.
You were waiting anxiously in your shared apartment together. It had been months of on-and-off travelling, and finally, Barış was coming home.
The key to the front door rattled you out of thought. There he was, dressed in his Turkey training kit. His curls were drenched from the Istanbul rain.
You launched yourself at him as he walked through the door. It had been so long since you felt his warm presence. He set his training bag down, picking you up as you ran straight into his arms. Your bodies collide like a puzzle piece put back together. You wrap your legs around his waist whilst he spins you around. Barış pulls away from you, gently kissing your forehead.
“Hello Hayatım, I missed you” (My life).
“I love this colour on you, " he replies, noticing you wearing his favourite red sundress, which had gotten him even more feral for you at that moment.
You gasp as Barış continues to adore you, nuzzling his face into your neck, slowly moving up to kiss your jawline. You gently tug at his wet blonde curls, pulling yourself closer to him.
You could tell by his demeanour that Barış was excited. Your eyes widened with that realisation as soon as you felt his boner growing prominent against your thigh. The sensation alarmed you slightly as you tried to keep your composure.
“Barış?” You breathed out.
“Hmm.” He responded, continuing to trail kisses all over your neck.
“Can we talk?” You nervously asked.
Barış could hear the anxiety in your voice; with this, he quickly parted himself from your neck, adjusting himself in the process. His hand was now scratching his curls. He thought to himself for a moment of anything he had done wrong.
“It’s not you. It’s me.” You breathed as you parted from him, sitting yourself down on the sofa, your head in your hands in embarrassment.
Barış followed you, kneeling before you, capturing your face in his hands. “I don’t understand aşkım.” (My love).
“You’re going to have to explain what’s going on.” He brings your hands up to his lips and kisses them softly.
You exhaled. “I’ve never done this before… I’m I’m.” Your voice started to crack a little.
“I still don’t understand. Never done what aşkım?” Barış was so confused.
“I’m a virgin.” There you had said it. You couldn’t even look at his face to see his reaction because you were embarrassed.
His eyes softened. Barış did not want to make you uncomfortable with his earlier actions or pressure you into something you didn’t want to do.
“Aşkım, look at me.” He gently lifts your chin to face him. You get lost in the pool of his hazel chocolate eyes.
“It doesn’t affect me how inexperienced you may be. I love you no matter what, aşkım.” He looked at you sincerely. “I’m sorry if I made you uncomfortable. I got a little carried away.”
“No... it’s okay. I want to. You know, lose it to you. I think I’m ready.” You answered, staring at him timidly.
It was at that moment that Barış almost couldn’t control himself anymore. He was utterly obsessed with you.
“Are you sure, aşk. We don’t have to do anything you’re uncomfortable with” (Love).
Barış replied lovingly, wanting to ensure you were 100% ready.
“Yes. I’m ready. The only person I want to lose it to is you.”
“I promise I’ll look after you.” Barış looks intensely into your eyes.
“Is it going to hurt?” You fiddle awkwardly with your fingers.
“A little. But that’s because you’re new to this.”Barış leans in, capturing your lips in a passionate kiss. The kiss was gentle. Very delicate.
Barış pulls back. “Are you sure about this?
“Yes,” you whisper.
Barış could hear the nervousness in your voice. “Relax, gülüm” He makes sure you’re comfortable by kissing the top of your forehead. (My rose). “It will be okay. I’m going to take good care of you. Let me know if it gets too much,” He whispered, his fingertips stroking across your cheek.
You blushed at how gentlemanly he was being.
“Okay, I’m going to make sure you’re ready first. Is that okay?”
You nodded in approval. However, Barış wanted a verbal response.
“Words gülüm, I need words.” He placed his index finger under your chin, pushing you to look up at him.
“Yes, I’m ready”, you replied enthusiastically.
Barış smiled. Kissing you gently, picking you up, and carefully laying you on the bed. He looks you in the eye, asking permission to remove your sundress.
You nod, closing your eyes. He began to unzip the back of your dress, letting the straps fall to the side. Barış continued to adore your bare shoulders with kisses in the process.
Once the dress was off, you were left in your black matching set. Barış parted from attacking your neck and shoulder, taking you in. He knew you were gorgeous, but seeing you like this made him proud that you were his to love and adore.
You felt a little shy due to fully being exposed in front of him whilst he was still fully clothed, so you take it upon yourself to tug at his shirt, wanting to remove it.
This took Barış aback, but he complied, unbuttoning the rest of his shirt and removing it. Your eyes widen as you are faced with the top half of his athletic physique. Boy, did he look good. You ran your hands down his prominent abs.
Barış slowly followed by unclasping your bra, letting that also fall to the side. His eyes fill with awe at the sight.
He pulls back from you, tugging down his joggers. His boxers now on full display. His prominent figure was now towering over your petite body. You shiver underneath his gaze as his fingers now toy with the lower half of your set, wanting to remove that, too.
You look at him, permitting him to do so. Bariş’s hands moved to rest on your waist, holding you close as he slowly tugged down your underwear, tossing it to the side.
You were now fully exposed under his gaze, his hazel eyes studying you for a moment before pulling you closer and connecting your lips for a loving kiss. Your arms were wrapped around his shoulders, not wanting to let go, like a Koala, his Koala.
You both finally part, Bariş removing his boxer shorts. Both now exposed in-front of one another. Your eyes widened at the sight of him. You were panicking about how it was going to fit. Barış caught on and could see the fear in your eyes.
He spoke. “Are you sure about this aşkım? We can always stop if it’s too muc…”
You cut him off by kissing him and replying. “Barış. I’m ready.” It was evident you still had some fear, but you wanted him to be your first.
That’s all the confirmation he needed before he slowly positioned himself entering you. You wince at the sudden pain of being stretched out, fingers digging into his back as you try to adjust to his size. Your eyes start to prickle with tears. Bariş stops, comforting you in the process.
“You’re doing so well for me canım. Almost there” (Darling). He kisses the top of your head.
You breathe momentarily, distracting yourself from the pain by toying around with his Van Cleef bracelet. After a few minutes you signal for him to continue.
Bariş continues to shower you with kisses, pushing in further, trying not to hurt you. The pain slowly turned into pleasure. You moan, throwing your head back at the sensation. It felt perfect, both you and him as one.
“You okay meleğim?” (My Angel). Bariş checks up on you. You couldn’t speak, just moan and nod at the newfound pleasure you felt. The sight of you like this beneath him set something off in him.
Your bodies continued to collide, fitting together like a puzzle piece. Bariş made sure to be gentle with you, continuing to move in and out of you at a steady pace.
Once you were adjusted, he started to go at a faster pace. Your grip on him tightened as you continued to moan at the pleasure he was providing you.
“Bariş, I feel something; I think I’m close” You didn’t know what the sensation you felt was, but it felt good.
He observed your innocence. You were going to cum and had no idea. Bariş reacted by kissing your jaw all the way down your neck.
It drove him crazy hearing you say his name in the position you were both in. He continued to shower you with kisses.
“It’s okay gülüm, I’m close too.”
His thrusts started to intensify as you could both feel yourselves wanting to let go. All that could be heard was both of your moans. The feeling felt euphoric—something you had never experienced before.
It was a sight for sore eyes. You both entwining as one. Barış kept holding you both until you couldn’t hold it in anymore.
“Let it go, meleğim, let it go”, Bariş whispers softly.
At this, you both release together, with a wave of relief washing over both of you. The pleasure you had felt in that moment was exceptional, filled with love and romance from Bariş.
You both breathe heavily amongst the silence as Barış collapses next to you. Nuzzling his face into your neck. You felt safe. Safe with him and his love language to you.
“How was that aşkım?” Barış carefully intertwined his hands with yours, making sure you were okay. You sat up, watching him in awe.
“I’m okay.” You smile at him. “Thank you for being my first and taking your time with me.” You say sleepily. You were very much thankful that he was your first and took his time respecting you.

While Asli could never keep Murat from meeting Rhia, part of her was worried considering Barış. If something could potentially be triggered in her brother. Having the little baby girl here has, admittedly, made her think about Theodora more often than she already did, which already had been quite a lot. She knew that her brother could possibly face the same heartache she did. It was bittersweet. Being so happy about the new member of their family yet also mourning what might've been with the other two members of their family. It was agonizing and she wouldn't blame him if he needed time before making an abundance of visits.
Fortunately, it seemed, Murat was doing okay. It filled her with relief, yet she was also ready to step in just in case. She smiled at the whispered word yet giggled as her niece came running over to her. "Nei, Haleh? Bu nedir?" she asked, giggling warmly. Setting the tumbler on the coffee table, already excited to taste the drink, she carefully opened up the present. Gasping softly as she took out the bracelet. "Ben... Teşekkürler. I love it, you two." Kissing her niece's head as she wrapped her in a hug. Glancing over at Murat and mouthing another 'thank you' to her twin.
Yet, as she noticed the look in his eyes, she looked back at her niece. Suggesting that her and Alex to go play upstairs in Alex's room. Her daughter had been quick to take her cousin's hand, making sure to speak to her in Turkish as she talked about all the toys and games she wanted to play with her.
With the girls occupied, Asli got up from her seat and headed over to her twin. Setting the bracelet back into the box and setting it next to the tumbler. She sat down next to him, her hand on him back as she gave him a gentle smile. "Thank you," she told him softly. Yet, it was hard. It was hard to say so and to sit here with him while knowing he was in pain.
God, she wished she could take away his hurt.
"I'm doing okay," she said. Eyes scanning his. "How... How're you feeling...?" She didn't need the answer. But she hoped he knew she was here for him. No matter what. ||📜@muratfhamdi

She was beautiful. When he'd learned of his niece's birth only a couple of days before Haleh's birthday, something bitter had risen in him; it seemed that with every baby born, his grief for the one that he'd lost only intensified. The physician knew that it was a problem yet he wasn't sure if it could be helped or if he'd have to live the rest of his life feeling bitter toward people who got to take their children home after their stay in the hospital. Seeing her now, however, it had swiped all of the negativity out of his mind. They were both okay and that was really all that mattered to him.
He brushes his knuckles over the infant's face. They were safe, he reminds himself; nothing bad would happen now. "Maşallah..." he whispers, weirdly startled out of his awe as Haleh moves past him and toward Asli with a small jewelry box in hand as well as a cold tumbler cup filled with Lohuşa Şerbeti wrapped in red ribbon.
For a moment, he merely locks eyes with his sister, unsure of what to say to her. He was sure that the look in his eyes told her everything but he wasn't sure if it would translate as well. But they were twins, weren't they? Regardless of being raised by two different couples, that fact wouldn't change. "Congratulations, Asli."
Being an uncle was new to him, sure he had become an uncle when Alex was born but he hadn't been here then; he hadn't seen her as a newborn, hadn't heard of her birth, hadn't watched her grow or got excitable updates by his sister when she started to reach milestones.
He was here now though and he intended to make up for every bit of it with Rhia.

HAHAHAHA Every Turk Family has one of those names and unironically mine does too 🫡 Tell your mother thank you she is a very lovely lady
I know all of the artists you listed below because my dad blasts them on the radio everytime we go out... I call it old people music but hey I never said it was bad, they're awesome and I might have memorised some of the artist's songs from how much I listen to them... Barış Manço is a classic without a doubt! Fun fact my parents were able to go to his concert and got a signed picture with him I will always envy how lucky they were 😭 I love how women in the industry made the most iconic songs I hear them often in weddings too! Or clubs, even though I only went to one once I'm not very fond of them...
My questions were do you have any tips or inspiration with how you draw! I love your art and artstyle and it's honestly what I've been trying to achieve for a while, I can't believe I'm learning how to draw men because of a silly lawyer show it's a disease...
(We are just having a conversation at this point) (I feel like those people who speak out loud in public) (I hope you and anyone who's reading this is having a good day :) be kind to yourself and others everyone)
OH MY GOD i envy them too😭😭 also omg that sounds like heaven to me. the other day i went out partying and i felt sooo out of place because i only knew like 3 songs. omg it was so so bad.
hmmm tips and inspiration…. my number 1 tip would definitely be to look at a lot of other artists you like and analyze what exactly you like. and then try to emulate that in your own work. i try to look for inspiration everywhere - artists online, traditional artists, old masters, 3d artists, even theatre and poetry, etc. - doesnt mean that i am equally inspired by them all (because all these things at once sound so scary and big but they really arent!) but rather, i try to be open for anything and that helps me find inspiration :)
ill try to explain my thoughts more under the cut because this got long:
for me for example, so far i only posted some art i made that was lined (which, i would say makes up maybe half of the art i draw - i mostly sketch and recently have been building up the courage to paint more) and one of my inspirations is meltow. i think if you go over and check out their art youll definitely see it lol. but also i love the clean look some comics have and my friends tell me my art looks like it belongs in a comic which, i guess yeah :) when it comes to colors and composition i LOVE this artists works. i still have a lot to learn and just looking at their works inspires me so much!!!
i will say i have ALWAYS struggled with lineart. its probably the worst thing in the world to me because it never feels right!!! i like lining on paper with harsh inks and stiff ink nibs that allow for like. very little variety in line weight, but i havent done that in over 3 years (i hope i can get back to that). but yes, something about lineart makes me feel so icky when i use any brush that reacts to the pressure you put on your tablet LOL i just hate it. ugh. i havent been able to work it out.
it was only in 2020 i think that i decided to try it out with a thick brush with some texture and no pen pressure. that probably was the first time i got actual lineart that (at the time) i liked done. and then later on, discovering that other artists are able to achieve beautiful drawings with similar brushes AND that lining with a very simple brush can feel so satisfying helped me evolve a lot! until 2022, i actually wasnt able to give my art the kind of finished look that i wanted. so what people consider my style is really just born out of my limits and working with them. that obviously doesnt mean that i dont try to challenge myself as much as i can. i do and i think everyone should! thats what makes art so fun
if theres any good advice i can give to a beginner itd probaaaaably be. okay this is difficult and i feel like im not really qualified for this. as a hobbyist much less so because a lot of the knowledge and skills i acquired was through an intuitive process (i could never stick with habits such as regular studies or warmups or whatever is meant to be good for you) which definitely isnt the most “productive” way but i mean it doesnt have to be. its just a hobby! you dont have to perfect art. but yes, i would definitely say dont stop drawing. youll always be your harshest critic and at the beginning, and especially if you begin at an older age because youve been training your eye your whole life but your drawing skills for only a relatively short time you will notice a lot of mistakes. and youll think you wont achieve the image you have in your head. and maybe you wont (because youll always strive for more and youll never really be satisfied as an artist bla bla) for a while. but you have to keep drawing! try out different strategies, find out how other artists draw, watch speedpaints, try out different papers and pencils, try everything that makes it more fun and keep going! it will all pay off!!
in my eyes theres also no point in saying “i should wait till im better to draw this idea i have” because if inspiration strikes you you should use that. even though i still sometimes catch myself thinking like that. you can always redraw things later on!! if theres anything that will keep you drawing you should use that! like getting into shows and games that make me want to draw helps a ton LOL people are not joking when they say getting obsessed with one character is the quickest way to improve. i 100% agree!!! if you saw my first nachos you wouldnt even recognize him. not kidding wow this got long. thank you for the questions though!! i hope some of my rambling can help you. feel free to talk to me whenever!

MENAJERİMİ ARA - SOME THOUGHTS
Honestly I still do think that the show should focus on the company and the rivalry between the managers. I really don't care too much about the love relationships but there is one thing that certainly will make me stop watching it and that one thing is this:
If Dicle and Barış will be a couple, I don't think I will be able to enjoy the show anymore.
Also I am quite tired of love triangles, especially if the aim is only to increase the tension. Unfortunately I don't trust the writers at all, they already started writing Dicle as an incosistent character and they may make it worse.
I can understand why she is swayed by Barış, she has some father problems, but no matter what she was not a weak character.
B: "Why is he singing for you? Looking into your eyes, why is he singing for you?" D: "Excuse me but how come you ask me for an explain? B: "This is for your good. I am doing this to protect you. I don't want Emir to hurt you." D: "He does not. I already told you, I can protect myself. Thank you very much. You don't need to worry about that." B: "Why do I see you with Emir all the time? Why do you talk to him instead of me? You don't tell me anything anymore. Aren't we friends? Don't we hide anything from each other? What is his deal?" D: "Because he listens to me. You do not."
She didn’t have to give an explanation but she still did. I might have been okay with it but the scenes that came after this really made me uncomfortable.
E: "Why did Emir come here? Answer me, why did Emir come here? Why did he drop you home?"..."Why did you buy a gift for him?"..."I don't want to see you with him anymore." ... "You won't go to him again. You won't buy gifts. You won't talk to him. You won't look him in the eye. You won't be with him. You won't do anything about him." D: "Excuse me but why?"
And rOmANtiC soundtrack, starings...
Okay, hold on hold on... Girl you asked the wrong question. Look, this is the most suitable question.
B: "I won't see you around Dicle again." E: "Do we have to ask for your permission?"
But if it were me, I wouldn't be this decent.
Sigh.

Menajerimi Ara Episode 10- A Few Thoughts (Or A Rant)
Okay, so I've been watching Menajerimi Ara for a few weeks and the reaction to the last episode was what made my feelings boil over and finally forced me to voice my thoughts. I was taking numerous notes while watching which were mostly me fangirling over Dicle and Feris but I hope I sound coherent.
I'd like to start off with how much I adore Dicle. I have loved many female characters over the years (e.g recently Eda and Ceren, of Sen Çal Kapımı) but Dicle is the one I relate most to. It was her character that drew me into the story and kept me hooked. I love that she's sensitive, expressive, hardworking, quietly confident yet humble. She cries but she keeps powering through. I absolutely adore her and just want to follow her story to see her succeeding and being happy.
Rating War and Social Media
The reason that really made me write was the brief snippet I got into the fandom's reaction while going through twitter to follow the live translation. I very rarely go to twitter for fan discourse because it's too fast and crazy for my taste.
While I am glad that the day change grabbed ratings and the social media fandom is crucial in getting their views heard and making the hashtags trend, I was genuinely surprised by the few tweets I passed over regarding Emir's introduction and how the tracks were being written.
I completely agree that the writing did seem contrary at times to me. The characters seemed to be taking inconsistent decisions on the whim of the writer just to cause drama. Also, the it was more focused on the personal lives of the managers rather than the industry drama.
All of this just reinforced the reactive and extremely volatile nature of the Turkish TV Industry and the instant lashing. But it made me realise how rigid we as an audience have become.
People arguing that they want the original writing and arcs, and especially "Dicbar", while at the same time arguing that the real reason they're watching is not for the romance but the industry behind the scenes.
This was particularly reflected in the reading of Emir's character and twisting his actions - partly by the writer because he was introduced entirely as part of a triangle- to make him out to be a controlling person who will prove to be an abusive partner. I mean the reach. It leached all joy out of watching for me.
I dearly hope the writer does NOT take this direction and turn him into a psychopath or a typical antagonist down the road.
Viewing Experience
@howaboutbucky writes AMAZING reviews of the episodes and I wait eagerly for her insights each week. In her last one regarding Episode 9, she hit the nail on the head again. *chef's kiss*
I'd like to build upon what she mentioned regarding MA going the dark path of only trying to bank on woman on woman hate and tension by writing Gulin and especially Beren as they have been doing. I think Dizis suffer the same issue that romance novels in general do. The primary audience is women and it invites alot of scrutiny of women's actions by women themselves. Everything is nitpicked.
What truly angers me though is that even here if men are secondary characters or evil or have no growth arc they are still given a free pass to dwell in more shades of grey than female characters ever do. Because the writers are busy writing cliche tracks and we as an audience are busy picking it apart while male characters get to enjoy even the benefits of being ignored.
Dicle and Selflessness
As I said, Dicle has been my absolute favourite character and I loved that they had managed to balance this quality so far. However, I feel like she is going to fall victim to the 'melek gibi' leads that usually populate dizis. Her selflessness was bordering on stupidity in this episode. I liked how her honesty and goodness was shown as positive in the Burcin episode while in the first one her good intentions with Tuba backfired. How she was going to give up her job to make Kyrach's life easier but then decided that she wouldn't. I loved that she referred to "becoming a little shark" at that point as Kyrach had predicted. I wish the show would keep this balance and show Dicle's greatest strength is her greatest weakness and how she struggles to retain her integrity in the industry. That is what made me emotional.
In this episode, it didn't make me feel, her "selfless" decisions made me mad. What put me off even further was how everyone kept lauding her selflessness, as if the audience would'nt have caught on had not every character bashed us over the head with it. It was as bad as everyone apologising to Beren.
I actually would've like if they portrayed how Dicle's decisions were actually mostly selfish. Who is she to tell Barış to go make up with Beren? As a friend, that is overstepping a line. Her asking Kyrach to make sure Beren was not fired was a way to make herself not feel guilty.
The only time I thought Dicle was being herself was when she balked after finding out Feris had brought her to set to be apologised to. Dicle HAS been established as wanting to avoid conflict since the start. Emir was right on about that.
Barış
Honestly, I wish they'd give us more insight into Barış career, have him do fun friend things with Dicle or just not show him atall and we'll assume he's off with Beren or his friends or whatever. To have him just stand around and be jealous is agonising. @likeablehades and @nawaazishein did a wonderful post about Barış recently. I loved his character since the start, not to ship but just to follow his growth.
Emir
Right off the bat, Emir was written to be the complete opposite of Barış in his mannerisms, in everyway. And you know what? I liked it. I was excited by it. We were going to see another younger actor's experience close up, who was confident and comfortable with his stardom.
I wanted to find out his backstory and what kind of struggles he might face. I sincerely hope that we get to know him more not just in a love triangle but as having a growth arc of his own. I think just using him as a triangle is a reductive reading of his character by the writer. (and the audience)
I love that he's slightly icy yet straightforward. He seems mature and not emotionally constipated??
I'm sincerely hoping we get to delve more into his character and see how his and Dicle's arcs intertwine.
Parallels
I'd like to mention Barış and how he shows emotion. He has said himself that a scream builds inside him. It's interesting how he initially comes off as impulsive yet on closer examination he actually refrains from reacting right away most of the time, especially with Dicle and what we see is him hitting breaking point due to repressed feelings and then taking rash decisions.
In a way I find him similar to Dicle that he avoids confrontation, especially romantic, unless pushed hard. Throughout Barış doesnot show his emotions in the moment. He only broke up with Beren through a scene they were doing.
Perhaps it's a side effect of being an actor. He takes his craft seriously; analysing a scene, understanding a character and then embodying the emotion that fits. I think it carries over to him receding into an observer role in key situations (such as with Dicle on the terrace in Ep 10) and trying to decide the perfect response.
Another thing is how Dicle and Emir parallels Dicle and Barış; thete is a role reversal for Dicle.
I think we tend to get too attached to the first love interest. Personally, I'd love it if Barış and Dicle actually became great friends. (although a waste of chemistry :"( )
From the start, Dicle went into that relationship expecting something romantic and I never felt that she was equal. Whereas with Emir she has always been professional. Dicle doesn't avoid confrontation with Emir ever since he openly pointed out he was testing her. She never gives under pressure.
With no expectations, it feels more of an equal push and pull in their interactions even if they are not romantic.
Some random thoughts I had while watching:
- Dicle looks FIRE in all her scenes. 😭😭😭❤❤❤❤
-Emir is so firmly in the clientzone lol.
- So Dicle is 22, Emir is 28. How old is Barış?
-I love the head wagging Chynar does everytime he's happy and something has been accomplished!!! (at Dicle after she told Burcin the truth and at Kyrach when he told him about Buse being hired.)
-I do womder why Barış doesn't have any friends? :"(
-Aah Feris ahh canim benim.
- I wish we'd get to see small snippets of Dicle talk to her mother more. Not only when she has a problem. I'd love to see what she says to Leyla about her work mom.
-"Other girls might like it." I don't understand why we have to put down other girls in order to be considered strong.
- Julide serving looks!!
- Honestly why is Barış with Beren?????
He has no interest. None of the younger people are in love in this show, it's just infatuation. Beren and Dicle's with Barış.
- Ugghh Deniz Can Aktaş ♡♡♡ That head movement he does as Barış. And the smile. I adore.
- Meral suggesting a BECHAMEL BOOK LMAAOO
-Is "you didn't answer my question" going to be Emir and Dicle's "phrase"?
I love that she's buying a cookbook aaah!!
- And most importantly- WHO IS LEAKING INFORMATION??!!!!!
I can't shake the feeling that it is Gulin.

Heey!! I would love to hear your thoughts on Bolum 20 of Menajerimi Ara if you do watch it!
Take care xo
just watched the new MA episode and i honestly think this show has taken a VERY good turn for the better after the whole downhill slope after episode 9. this episode was so so so good i highly recommend watching🥺
Okay, so I watched it... here are my thoughts in no particular order.
Me when Mayda got angry at both Kıraç and Beren + her leaving Kıraç:
But honestly, I understand that they depicted Mayda as almost an antagonist this entire season...
But I loved how she was allowed to feel rage and anger that both her husband and her daughter were hiding things from her. Especially when you take into consideration that she has asked Kıraç over and over again what his connection to Dicle is and he lied and lied and lied.
I will say, her reaction to him being: Why are you trying to destroy my family is so weird to me because... like? I don’t know, I feel like the more pressing issue is that he has lied to her for their entire relationship rather than him trying to ruin their family. But maybe that’s the messy subtitles.
Next to the Dicle and Kıraç situation:
I have mixed feels and this largely due to the fact that I am not Dicle (or Camille)... but I don’t think I would have been able to forgive my father if he abandoned me and kept on trying to hide his relationship with me.
No offence to Dicle and Camille, but I am different.
That being said, I really did think the father/daughter bonding moments were really sweet and I loved them... BUt... Them watching TV. Her making him food. Her tucking her in. All of it was really cute.
However, I hate it for two reasons. One it kinda puts Dicle into this position of caretaker, which was her character arc her entire relationship with Barış at the start. And I kinda hate that. I also don’t understand why Kıraç didn’t like help Dicle with her work so she wasn’t doing stuff for the agency + trying to find Beren.
Also, I had absolutely no sympathy for Kıraç. Like he made the decision to lie to his wife. That was a choice that he made, so him mopping around like “Oh my gosh, I lied to everyone I knew and now my life is over nonsense” just made me laugh... But what was funnier was the look of sadness and shock on his face when he read that Mayda was divorcing him. Like, dude, I know you work in the dizi sector, but you have been watching WAY too many dizis if you really think your wife isn’t going to leave you after all of that nonsense.
In the words of a Tumblr icon:
Beren:
I absolutely hate the way that Beren is written. I understand that at the beginning they wanted her to be the antagonist to Dicle, but I really wish they would give her some character growth. Or, I really wish they would have her be friends and on somewhat of good terms with Dicle or someone else at the agency.
Having her constantly blaming her problems on Dicle and not growing up is ridiculous. Having her be upset when her mother called her out for lying to her was ridiculous. I don’t know how or why, but I really need her to have a better story arc beside constantly being bitter about Dicle... because that’s just not it chief.
I’m going to repeat myself... But in the words of a Tumblr icon:
Feris (+ The New Agent Dude Whose Name I Don’t Know)
Okay, I totally understand why Feris got upset... and I am cool with it. As for the scenes where she forgives Dicle, that was cute... I will admit. I will say one of the things that I really love about MA in comparison to Dix Pour Cent, is the way that they developed the relationship between Feris and Dicle. So that’s fun.
As for Serkan... I don’t have many thoughts on him. He and Feris are cute, I will admit. I will also say that they have great chemistry and that is that. However, that being said they are totally hinting that Feris is [redacted] seeing that’s what happens to Andrea in Dix Pour Cent... my question is if [redacted] will come back like in Dix Pour Cent.
Jülide + Çınar + Emir
head empty no thoughts.
Emrah:
I loved watching Emrah and Güilin teaming up and having a mess around.
*insert a classic Cece and Winston mess around gif*
I also love how we are seeing *less* female characters being pit against each other. However, I am not excited to see Dicle being “attacked” by yet another character. It’s tiring.
Barış Havas, the love of my life.
Me whenever Barış does literally anything:
Okay, though I am a self-proclaimed hater of MA. I still think that Ahsen and Deniz Can have INCREDIBLE chemistry. All of their scenes are so cute... I love how he is constantly trying to be around her and finds it so difficult to say goodbye to her and is constantly playing with her hair, and holding her hands, and touching his face.
Also, Dicle is so cute and giggly around him. It’s adorable! I cannot!
Like we get it, you’re in love with her, Barış... But also you aren’t special... Literally, everyone is in love with her, get in line.
But additionally... my only complaint about Barış Havas is this... WHO IS DRESSING HIM?
A green turtle neck? Really? A green one?
Give me slutty Barış Havas or give me death!
And as always... the best characters this episode are:
Bro and Meral!
I will never forgive whoever wrote the stupid, the only person who I can be honest with is Emir line that Dicle tells Barış about Emir... because Meral has always been supportive and is always trying to help Dicle... It’s incredibly stupid and I hate it.
I love how Bro is currently the Havas brother with the brain cells...
Proud of him for taking care of those because Barış is certainly not using them!
Now when will these two bad bitches be in a scene again? Because I need them to stare into each other's eyes like love.
