The fight between Sun and Chica happens in the kitchen. She finds Sun in the kitchen looking for something for Gregory and tries to get rid of him using the trash compactor.
Chica is made of more durable material then Sun is, and also being the icon of the fitness center of the plex is also a lot more flexible then you’d expect. Not as flexible as sun and his brother, but more flexible then the other members of the band. Sun is a very light weight animatronic so while she isn’t strong, it definitely isn’t an easy fight. They are fairly even matched in every regard with the exception that Sun is obviously more flexible and Chica is slightly more durable. During the duration of the fight Moon is trying to get to the kitchen as fast as he can but on foot it would still take several minutes for him to arrive- too late to actually affect the outcome of the fight.
He ends up using his environment to win the fight, with a lot of struggling. Things like making a mess on the floor to trip her up with something in the cabinet. He also pulls one of the gas pipes attached to the stove off and uses that to both block and hit her and do more damage. The fight can end one of two ways; either sun knocks her into the trash compactor and activates it (with the advice of Gregory and Moon- perhaps even both. If Gregory is present for this fight he’s the one who presses the button), or Sun manages to knock her back into the stove and manages to knock her out by hitting her against it repeatedly.
Either way he sustains several damages. A few rays are cracked and or missing, his casing has several cracks along his chest and arms from holding her off and the back of his head is scuffed up from being shoved into things. He’s also very dirty, as the places that he DID get damaged where places that produced a lot of oil. Things like the rays and chest cavity. Similar to how a head injury bleeds a lot even if it’s only just a small cut. The same thing applies to the rays.
It’s at this point with the fight done, either with or without Gregory’s assistance, that Moon promptly tears the hinges of the door off the kitchen and comes in to fuss over his brother- which he does, despite Sun reassuring him that it looks worse then it is. Moon still insists he get himself patched up in parts and services once they get the chance, but in the meantime he’s going to be watching him intently. The voice box is either gotten at this point and the whole garbage part of the route takes place, or the garbage part takes place and they take chjca to parts and services through said garbage area as Gregory ends up falling in either way.
