Id like to say that all it took to beat the fourth trial tower was putting on the ultrakill soundtrack, but I'm willing to consider the merits of the break I took to stop myself from entering hornet sentinel levels of blind frustration

#It's one of those things that's annoyingly effective #It really is insane how much better you do stuff after taking a break and doing anything but think about it #Always been extremely effective for me- let me have a pretty good day today #Oh this is about sonic frontiers btw I've been grinding it HARD #It felt disappointingly mediocre for a large portion of the main story but the late game ramped up to some really cool and fun stuff #No matter how many different games I play I am always a sucker for platforming #Sometimes the platforming in this game is literal dog ass but it can also be *extremely* good and deeply satisfying to execute #Or to just luck out on your panic mashing and go “eheh o yeah totally teched that”#I'm glad I waited to try it till now now that it's been a few years and it's had a bunch of updates #sth
