I don't really go here, but as I saw Elias Toufexis (actor of Adam Jensen in deus ex) on twitter recently addressing this very thing so for some added context.

The sharp increase in people creating Cyberpunk Ai voice mods is fucking alarming.
If you do not have permission. Stealing someone's voice is quite literally a form of identity theft.
Stop training these systems. Christ.
