Going back to university has been great btw. I do not have an account to be able to submit my assignments and trying to ask student services to fix it has led to them telling me that if I want extensions for my assignments I need to have been a victim of a crime or had another similar traumatic experience

#(this is their fault and it feels transphobic. I told them to fix my name and email and they deleted my whole account #they fixed my email but the name attached to the email is still my dead name. So that's the name everyone sees when they interact with me #and the name in the class chatroom and forum)#how are you putting this on me and not seeing that this is a you problem #this is after i was trying to re-enroll for an entire year and they literally just did not respond to my emails #and then I had to email literally every single person on their contact page. for someone to talk to. and then they enroll me a week late #with aforementioned incorrect personal details #OH AND ANOTHER THING. I'm on a scholarship and have financial assistance so university should be free for me.#1 day after they had enrolled me they sent me an invoice for ten thousand australian dollars #with a due date of 2 days after that #cool huh
