The humans! I have so much fun drawing them, they’re all so cute together :)

Johnny, who’s tall and fit, wearing a preppy yellow sweater vest covered in ink spots, and has light ruddy skin, neat brown hair, and more alien antennae. Orange, a short fat trans man with the same curly orange hair and buggy antennae as his sister, Wally. He also wears a bright blue mod dress.

There are so many things I could (and will) say about them, but just to introduce you for now: they’re 17-18 year old humans living in a small New England city in the 60s. Johnny and Wally are childhood friends, Wally and Orange are siblings, and Orange and Johnny are dating. At least two of them are hanging out at all times and so far, only one of them has figured out they’re queer.
