How are you all making me emotional about my own silly little art 🥺

i’m spending today thinking about how saber toothed cats ALSO probably had a potato form. how they also had a stage where they were fat little babies with very triangle tails and tiny squeaky voices. how they also probably play wrestled and failed badly at calculating jumps.

i’m going to fistfight god for killing them off before i could personally see fat potato saber kittens

#I just came up with them on the spot after my sister found this post and said it should draw some #But I say this as if i dont get emotional over these kinds of animals everyday #I mean. I research extinct animals as a hobby at this point #It's a very fascinating and inspiring thing to be into #I'm used to experiencing that kind of melancholic sadness #What hurts the worst is that they have all died never knowing how finite their time as a species was.#Fought and reared children everyday. For thousands of years. Just to go extinct 🥺#Not like our species isn't gonna follow close behind them in the thousands of years to come #Either gonna all die or evolve into something else #Sigh #3am thoughts.
