Just heard that Rohit Sharma said "12 saal me ek baar haarna to allowed hota hai"
Dude WHAT THE FUCK? What kind of attitude is this? Are you saying that letting go of your dominance in test matches is okay? We had a streak of 12 years to not lose a home Test Series and you broke it in just 2 years of your captaincy? People hate Virat a lot but everyone has to accept the fact that Virat revolutionised the Indian Test side, he is the greatest red ball captain India had, if Rohit Sharma continues to have this attitude then sorry, we are gonna lose BGT as well.
And and and, I'll like to call out our new and revolutionary head coach GAUTAM GAMBHIR as well, he laughed at Ravi Shastri for winning the BGT in 2017-18, he said "They haven't achieved anything big" and then he proceeds to lose 3-0 against Srilanka in the ODIs and a test series loss against Newzealand at home within the spam of 4 months of being the incharge of the team. I don't know where Indian cricket will go under these hands, the attitude has completely shifted from being furious over a loss to being okay with losing a series!

It's been a while since I posted stuff like this eh? Well guess what. The project isn't dead. It's been sidetracked for one reason or another. That and I'm being demotivated. Regardless welcome back. This is all part of my project: MLP EqG Lupinranger vs. Patranger. And this is where we see the remaining Rangers join the fight. Here's some details.
You notice that these two are different from LupinPink and Patren 4Gou. Simple. These are entirely original. Dr. Samuel Bellum, codename: Belljar had spent months trying to reverse engineer the technology that allows the Lupins and the Pats to become Rangers. LupinPink and 4Gou were basically prototypes as they were basically palette swaps of LupinYellow and 3Gou. Eventually he had succeeded, creating two entirely original Rangers. The only question is: who can wield such dangerous power? Take a guess.
First is Lupin Green and he appears in Episode 13 of my story. As Carmen is about to be suffocated by Coach Brunt, something unexpected happens. Brunt sees a portal emerging and a Green Ranger jumps in to deliver a boot to the head. It frees Carmen but Brunt is ready to go after this fellow. But then Eartha Bruta grabs Brunt from below and drags her down, screaming. The Ranger takes Carmen out of there and somewhere safe. The others arrive. Carmen comes to and the others learn who this green ranger is. To their surprise and shock, it's revealed to be Player. Player, about to be in tears seeing his friends for the first time. He embraces Carmen as does the others. He tells them how much he hates having to stare at a screen, watching and worrying for his teammates. He doesn't want to sit and do nothing. He wants to join the fight. He has a reason now, knowing the consequences. Eventually all six Lupinrangers take down Coach Brunt, who had become a Gangler and took her down but not before saving Paris from getting nuked by a counterfeit Lupin piece. With six rangers, the team is now more gung-ho than ever to stop VILE, not realizing that this is just the first step of something much more.
Player aka Lupin Green is an entirely original Ranger developed by Belljar. His suit specializes in stealth and quick combat. Not only that but he has access to daggers that allow him to strike in both close and long range. Plus he can allow his teammates to use them to deliver a six-shot slash. His Dial Fighter turns into a stealth aircraft that can strike from the shadows and also serve as transportation for the team. Combined with LupinKaiser, it forms LupinKaiser Stealth with 2 signature attacks: Good Striker Stealth Arrow Storm & Good Striker Stealth Sinister Air Raid. He's also the key needed for LupinKaiser to activate their combined form: Vernier LupinKaiser.
Next is Patren 5Gou. He shows up in Episode 20 during Book 2 aka the second arc. He actually first appears during an incident where the Lupins and the Pats had to work together to prevent all out war. But point is, Belljar needed someone to operate Trigger Machine 5Gou as it's considered to be a highly dangerous weapon. Lucky for him, he found a perfect candidate. Since VILE threw Crackle away due to his failure, Belljar decides to take their failure and use it as a means to get back at them. After meeting him, he offers Crackle an opportunity. It wasn't easy to convince but ultimately he accepts. What follows is weeks of training and experimentation to see if he was worthy. After much hardship, he proves to be 100% compatible. Now with his candidate ready, he decides to have him take part in an operation and when the time came, he would strike. Things go to hell only for the Patrangers to save him, having learned that they would get a new member. They also learn that it was Crackle who saved them back in India, a revelation that stuns Bellum. All six Patrangers then transform with Patren 5Gou revealed. This has Bellum irate and orders Neal the Eel to take them down, threatening expulsion should he fail. After a heated battle, Neal (who becomes a Gangler) grows huge, threatening Sydney. It forces the team to bring Patkaiser only for their Trigger Machines to experience a Stun Shock. Switching to Siren Patkaiser Trains, they struggle until Crackle appears with his Trigger Machine, a buggy. They form Siren PatKaiser Buggy and with a Buggy Big Shot, they defeat Neal. But this angers GoodStriker who ejects them all and tells them that this has gone long enough. He even states that they change this world's fate. Snails responds in the best way possible: firing at GoodStriker, severely damaging it. GoodStriker, realizing that he had been hurt curses the Patrangers, resenting them and flying off ending their supposed partnership for good. Eventually Carmen meets with Gray who had regained his memories. But having learned that Gray is a Patranger now has only made her realize one thing: the battle isn't over and the next time they meet would be as enemies. Gray joins the Patrangers and becomes the one thing needed to unlock their full potential.
Graham Calloway aka Patren 5Gou is an original Ranger created by Belljar. Unlike LupinGreen, Patren 5Gou's power stems from electricity. He specializes in using electricity as a means to take the fight to his foes. He also has access to the Crackle Rod Mk. III. Not only is it useful to deliver a shock but it also serves as a melee weapon. He's also the one piece needed for Super Patren UGou to even be possible. His Trigger Machine is a Buggy armed with an energy cannon. Not only that but it has a hover function. Combined with PatKaiser (or PatTsar) it forms PatKaiser Buggy with the attacks: PatKaiser Buggy Big Shot and Patkaiser Shoulder Mind Blow. With all five Trigger Machines, they form Full Auto PatTsar. But Graham will soon discover that his training and experimentation would awaken a power that can either make or break him. Spoilers: He becomes the Patranger's Gunvolt.
Yeah, that's a lot. Hope you like. Special thanks to Karyakaki for doing these and I will probably commission him again for the fusion forms: Super Lupin Rainbow and Super Patren UGou. Take care.

[ad_1] From Left: Vibin Mohanan, Jithin MS, Thoiba Singh, Valpuia, Irfan Edwad. Source: Instagram The players selected by India head coach Manolo Marquez have kicked off preparations for the countryâs upcoming international friendly against Malaysia on November 18 in Hyderabad. Malaysia will face Laos on November 14 before arriving in India for their friendly clash. For the Marquez-led Indian team, this game may not affect their standing, as they have already secured a spot in Pot 1 for the 2027 AFC Asian Cup Qualifiers draw. However, Marquez will be using this opportunity to make the necessary adjustments ahead of the AFC Asian Cup Qualifiers set to begin in March 2025. Since taking charge in July, MĂĄrquez has focused on using friendly matches and training sessions to refine his lineup for the Asian Cup Qualifiers. Under his guidance, India is yet to secure a win, having drawn twice and losing once in three matches, making the Malaysia game a vital opportunity to test his best playing combination. âItâs true that we want to check some new players. But obviously itâs impossible to change the whole group and call 40 players in March. Itâs true that we are finding the group. It means that we have maybe 14, 15, 16 players who will be there, but we donât know exactly. And there are a lot of players who can get there. Obviously, itâs still four months, and the situation can change with a lot of things; unfortunately with injuries and the playersâ domestic form. But, I repeat again, as a coach you need to find the group which can play the style that we want.â Said the Indian team head coach. For the Latest Sports News: Click Here Indian Football Team in a hurdle (PC: Indian Football/X)) The coach announced a 26-member squad, retaining the core from recent games while adding a few surprise inclusions. Jithin MS, Vibin Mohanan, Hmingthanmawia Ralte (Valpuia), Irfan Yadwad, and Thoiba Singh have all been called up for the first time, rewarded for consistent performances in domestic leagues. Hereâs a closer look at why each of these players could become valuable assets for Marquezâs set-up: Hmingthanmawia Ralte (Valpuia) Having gained prominence last season for Mumbai City FC, Valpuia has locked down the right-back spot, especially after Rahul Bhekeâs transfer to Bengaluru FC. His tenacity and defensive capabilities on the right flank earned him his first national call-up. This season, Valpuia has maintained strong numbers: 1 clean sheet, 8 interceptions, 11 tackles won, and 33 duels won across 7 matches. It remains to be seen if the coach will test him as a replacement for first-choice right-back Ashis Rai. Jithin MS Fans have long advocated for Jithin MSâs inclusion in the national squad. Although an injury dashed his hopes in a previous call-up, his strong showing in the Durand Cup and ISL caught Marquezâs eye. After winning the Durand Cup 2024 Golden Boot, Jithin has continued to shine in the ISL, already delivering 4 assists for North East United. Though heâs yet to score, his aggressive runs down the flanks have proven a challenge for opposing defenders. Vibin Mohanan Regarded as one of Indian footballâs brightest prospects, Vibin Mohanan has been a standout for Kerala Blasters this ISL season. At just 21, his composure and skill have been impressive. In 8 games, Vibin has played 660 minutes, averaging 45 passes per match, creating 7 chances, and delivering 7 key passesânumbers rivalled by only a few midfielders in the league. A Kerala Blasters academy graduate with experience in Indiaâs youth squads, Vibin will face stiff competition in the camp but is sure to gain valuable experience. Irfan Yadwad Irfan Yadwad has emerged as a key find for Chennaiyin FC under Owen Coyle. After scoring just once last season, Irfan has already tallied a goal and 2 assists this season, consistently making his presence felt in the opposition box. Thoiba Singh Thoiba Singhâs outstanding defensive displays for Odisha FC this season earned him a last-minute national call-up after Mohun Baganâs Anirudh Thapa was sidelined due to injury.
In 6 ISL matches, Thoiba has registered 10 tackles, 14 duels, and 19 recoveries. Originally a product of the Minerva Football Academy, Thoiba joined Odisha in 2021 and made an immediate impact this season when he stepped up after Carlos Delgadoâs injury. Competing with names like Sandesh Jhingan, Anwar Ali, and Rahul Bheke, his debut national camp will be invaluable as he learns from these seasoned players. Still awaiting his first win with India, the India head coach is patient and not too desperate at the moment. For now, the key is to find the right groove with the right bunch and get results where they matter the most. âObviously everyone wants to win every game. But the feeling we got after the draw with Vietnam was completely different from what we got after drawing with Mauritius or losing to Syria. In some moments, we played superb. The one key thing is that the players have to believe in our style of play. I want to win every game and even every training session. The Malaysia game is the last friendly window before the official games.â Also Read: âI believe it has all the potential to be the best World Cup everâ: Neymar Jr on Saudi Arabiaâs plans to host the FIFA World Cup 2034 The post Fresh Faces & New Hopes: India Prepare for Malaysia Friendly appeared first on Sports News Portal | Latest Sports Articles | Revsports. How Emerging Leadership Development Trends Can Transform Your Organization
Businesses must develop competent leaders if they want to stay ahead of the curve in the rapidly changing world of management and business. Programmes and courses for developing company leaders, often known as corporate leadership development programs, have become crucial in determining the direction of leadership in organisations.
Exploring the new trends that are transforming these programmes is fascinating as we traverse the always shifting dynamics of the business world. Letâs explore the emerging trends in company leadership development programs and what the future has in stock:
Adapting to the Changing Landscape
Leadership programmes in India, particularly in places like Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi (NCR), Gurugram, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Visakhapatnam, have gained prominence in a world where enterprises operate beyond national borders.Â
Future leaders can be developed in these cities since they are centres for innovation and entrepreneurship. We, at Pragati Leadership, can help you create great leaders.
The necessity for leadership programmes to adjust to the regional specificities and varied cultural backgrounds is a rising trend in this area, as it will help develop leaders who are capable of leading successfully everywhere in the world.
Diverse Approaches to Training
The traditional classroom is no longer the only place where executive leadership training can be provided. The techniques of learning also advance along with technology.Â
Online workshops, webinars, and virtual platforms have all become crucial components of leadership development plans.Â
These tools not only give participants flexibility, but they also let leaders interact with mentors, coaches, and specialists from around the world.
Personalisation through Coaching
Personalisation is a hot topic in the world of leadership coaching programmes.Â
Individualised coaching sessions that address specific needs and issues are taking the place of generalised approaches.Â
By following this trend, leaders can obtain specialised coaching to improve their leadership abilities.Â
Participants in these programmes might concentrate on particular skills, such as effective communication, conflict resolution, or strategic thinking, which are essential for leadership jobs.
Integration of Technology
Leadership development is not an exception to how technology is changing every aspect of our life.Â
The way leaders are produced is changing, thanks to technology, which includes immersive simulations that present real-world situations and AI-driven assessments that detect leadership potential.Â
As businesses realise the effectiveness and precision that technology adds to the process, this trend is anticipated to gain ground.
Collaborative Learning
Leadership nowadays involves more than simply authority; it also involves teamwork.Â
Emerging leadership development strategies place a strong emphasis on peer learning and teamwork.Â
Teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities are all essential for effective leadership, and they may all be fostered through group projects, team-based simulations, and cross-functional seminars.
Emphasis on Soft Skills
In addition to technical expertise, emotional intelligence, flexibility, and resilience are also important components of leadership.Â
Enhancing these soft abilities, which are frequently what set effective leaders apart, is where leadership training programs are headed in the future.Â
Through hands-on learning, leaders are exposed to problems they may face in the real world where they must negotiate intricate interpersonal relationships.
Global Mindset Development
A global perspective has become critical for leaders as businesses broaden their presence internationally.Â
Leadership programmes are being developed in India and other countries with a focus on exposing participants to various cultural experiences and global business practices.Â
Leaders benefit from this exposure by gaining a broader perspective and the skills to negotiate the challenges of a global business environment.
Shaping Tomorrowâs Leaders Today
The needs for leadership in the corporate sphere are also dynamic.Â
The path from good to exceptional leadership is shifting, it is clear as we look to the future of leadership development programmes.Â
Companies must be aware of these new trends and invest in developing leaders who can lead the organisation to success.

Why ICF Accredited Coach Training Programs Are Essential for Coaches?
Ever thought about what sets great coaches apart from the rest? Itâs not just their designation, or the ability to ask the right questions; itâs their competence. Competence is the cornerstone of effective coaching, and developing this crucial skill goes hand in hand with ICF-accredited coach training. ICF (International Coaching Federation) accreditation is a gold standard in the coaching industry because it offers rigorous, high-quality training programs designed to help coaches build their core competencies. These programs focus on mastering the key skills that define impactful coaching, such as active listening, effective communication, and powerful questioning techniques, while fostering the ethical standards and professional development that distinguish top coaches.
In a nutshell, ICF-accredited coach training programs are a brilliant option for any coach who is serious about making their mark in the coaching world, and today we are going to know why!
What is ICF Accreditation?
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is the big league when it comes to coaching organizations. For coaches, ICF accreditation is a seal of approval that signifies competence, credibility, and efficiency. People prefer ICF-accredited coaches over self-proclaimed coaching experts because those who have undergone a coach training program have completed a rigorous evaluation and understood the core competencies that align with ICFâs criteria. The purpose? To maintain quality and consistency in coaching. In a field where credibility is the key, ICF accreditation helps ensure that coaches receive the best training possible.
Why ICF Accredited Programs Matter?
ICF-accredited programs matter for a wide range of reasons, including:
Credibility and Recognition:Â Coaches who graduate from ICF accredited programs are often seen as more qualified and reliable. When clients see that you have trained under an accredited program, they are more likely to feel confident in your skills.
Standardized Quality:Â In addition, accredited programs follow rigorous guidelines to provide a high-quality training experience. This means you get a comprehensive course program just like the top 1% of coaches in the industry, which prepares you for the intricacies of real-world scenarios.
Career Advancement:Â Completing an ICF-accredited program can help you unlock new opportunities and accelerate your journey to becoming an ICF-certified coach. Imagine being able to showcase your credentials on your resume and LinkedIn profileâsuddenly, you are not just any coach; youâre an accredited one, ready to tackle challenges head-on.
Networking Opportunities:Â Joining an ICF-accredited program connects you to a global network of professionals. You donât just learn from your instructors; you also work with peers and share your experiences with fellow coaches. With access to an extensive community, you can rest assured about having an invaluable network that provides support, referrals, and insights that help you grow.
How to Choose the Right ICF-Accredited Program?
Selecting the appropriate ICF coaching certification in India can be a significant decision, but it can be a manageable process with the right guidance. Look for programs that resonate with your personal coaching philosophy and career goals. Attend informational sessions to assess the programâs vibe and structure. And, of course, read reviews from past students to gain insights into their experiences.
Time is also a crucial factor. For those who want to dive into coaching quickly, consider programs like those offered by Coach Transformation Academy, which uses a âfast-trackâ training method. You could complete your training in just 10 days, getting you on the fast track to your coaching career. Lastly, take a moment to assess your career goals. Are you looking to coach individuals, teams, or organizations? Your aspirations should guide your choice of program.
Are you looking for an academy that offers coaching certification in India? If you are ready to take the plunge into the coaching world, contact us today at Coach Transformation Academy!

[ad_1] Debasis Sen with Virat Kohli and Kohliâs signed jersey for him from the BGT 2018 (PC: Debasis Sen) Indian cricket team will embark on a five-Test series against Australia, starting from November 22 at the Optus stadium in Perth. It is going to be a challenging couple of months for the Indian cricketers Down Under, as Pat Cummins & Co will come hard at the tourists, having lost the previous two Test series against the same opponents in their backyard. This will be the third Test series that I will be covering in Australia, previous two being in 2011-12 and 2018-19. Team Revsportz will be Down Under at full strength to cover the series which promises to be an entertaining one. Myself and my editor-in-chief Boria da (Boria Majumdar) were part of the last two Test series in Australia. Talking about my memories of covering Test series in Australia, it is a mixed feeling. From covering the 0-4 drubbing of MS Dhoniâs side in 2011-12 to witnessing the first-ever Test series win on Australian soil on that rainy day at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) on January 7, 2019 was very special for me as a photojournalist. It was even more memorable as I was presented with the match shirt by the Indian captain Virat Kohli moments after the Test series win. For the Latest Sports News: Click Here Debasis Sen with Virat Kohli (PC: Debasis Sen) The celebrations which started at the SCG dressing-room went on at the Indian team hotel, with Bharat Army members joining the team. A day after I had the opportunity to record an interview of both Kohli and then Indian team Head Coach Ravi Shastri for Star Sports, for whom I was covering the series as a freelancer. I have had the privilege of covering Test series in all Test-playing nations over the last two decades. But nothing can match the charm of covering a Boxing Day Test at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) or a Test match at Lordâs. I still remember the spell bowled by Aussie pace duo James Pattinson and Peter Siddle during the Boxing Day Test in 2011. Michael Clarkeâs side clinched the opening game of the series, beating India by 122 runs on Day 4. What followed over the next one-and-a-half months was complete humiliation for the Indian team. The highlight of that series was the performance of then Australia captain Michael Clarke, who amassed 626 runs at an average of 125, including a brilliant 329 not out at his home ground, SCG. The series had its share of controversies as well. On the eve of the third Test at WACA, this correspondent captured the ground staff having a beer party on the uncovered match pitch. Pitch curator Cameron Sutherland claimed it was a traditional event for the ground staff which had occurred since he took over the job as curator. Michael Clark for Australia (PC: Debasis Sen) Clearly the 2011-12 series Down Under was not a memorable one for the travelling Indian media. Cut to the 2018-19 series, when the Kohli-led India clinched their maiden Test series triumph on Australian soil. India registered a 2-1 win in the series following the victories in Adelaide and Melbourne. The scoreline could have been 3-1, but for the persistent rain on the final day of the series which forced a washout. The home side was made to follow-on for the first time since 1988. The architects of the series victory were Cheteshwar Pujara, who made 521 runs, including 193 in Sydney, and Jasprit Bumrah, who took 21 wickets at 17. On the eve of the Test, both teams were hosted by then Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison at the Kirribilli House in Sydney. I share the fond memories of being the only representative from the travelling Indian media to capture the moments of Indian players interacting with the Australian PM. Finally, as I am all set to travel to cover my third Test series on the Australian soil, I would hope the Indian team puts up a spirited show, leaving behind the embarrassing series loss against New Zealand at home.
