Unfortunately, her current guardian/adoptive Sire is Felicia, and I wouldn't say she looks like Neptune.

If it's any consolidation, Alecto her actual Sire's appearance is based off Avan Jogia, and a mixture of a person's iteration of young Odysseus I saw once.

But I also remember you wanted to shoot him full of silver, the last time I mentioned him.

A couple answers for the VTM ask game, brought to you by @sorcerous-caress 's questions.
These are gonna be focusing on Mina Novak, a local Las Vegas Salubri.
Ashfinders - Does your OC use social media? If so, which platforms and what's their following like?
The girl's nineteen, she's gonna use social media; The Embrace be damned.
She'd use Twitch + TikTok and alternate between the two.
Mostly posting her terrariums* and isopod husbandry, with occasional videos of her doves.
Her following is a modest one. Most of her followers claim that her build streams are her best. The streams are calming, and a lot of people find Mina's sweet talking to the pill bugs wholesome.
However, her streams tend to spike activity when some of the Coterie appear in the background. This has led to some words/phrases being banned in chat.
Toreador - Describe your OCs aesthetic in the worst way possible, then tell us what it actually is.
Worst take: Waif Hipster bullshit coming from grandma's steam trunk.
Mina's actual style is light academia with specks of random aesthetics thrown in from other influences.
The girl has a soft spot for corduroys and pleated skirts.
Tzimisce - What's your OC's most prized possession? How long have they had it? Why is it important?
An old dry-erase board, stained from use and marred with many holes from screwing it back in place repeatedly. Mina has kept it for about 13 years and refuses to replace it.
The board was originally put up on the door to her "room" at Alecto's shelter( more like a closet, really. His shelter didn't have much space.)
It was an attempt by Alecto to give Mina, who was a small child at the time, a way to personalize her space, but he never gave any more effort past that.
The board really started to shine when Felicia started to use it.
It started slowly at first, with goofy doodles here and there. Small things that encouraged Mina to talk. Then, it quickly ramped up to a frequent game. The two played together with various rules.
After Mina left the shelter and moved into Felicia's care full-time, the board came with her. Even on dark nights, when Mina can't see anything but the blood under her nails. Just being faintly aware that it's there helps.
