Munday question sorta?? what are your favorite characters from other blogs?

oh Lordy that's a question 🤔 I know a great many blogs with FANTASTIC characters and stories, but I'm also out of the loop with newer/smaller askblogs. Also keep in mind that I tend to get more attached the more I can interact with the characters. So apologies in advance if I don't mention you ;w; It's nothing personal!

I love all of Ashleigh's little rats, but Joule has a special spot in my heart because she's a LOT like one of my younger siblings and going through the same struggles. There was a lot of love and courage put into Joule's character and it shines through very clearly

Kind of a left-field pic, but I caught them just as they started their arc running away from the Houndoom and Poochyena. I will ALWAYS love imperfect guardians trying their best to protect their kids, ESPECIALLY if they're struggling and go overboard. It was a very brutal arc and very entertaining to read :>

I love high school AUs so I’m gonna post some ideas I’ve had in my head

Maxie’s the captain of the academic team and takes his role very seriously. Archie joins to piss him off but it turns out he’s actually really smart and ends up on the starting four along with Courtney and Tabitha since he knows the answers to all of the oddball questions

Academic team games are rather formal and quiet, with little to no one in attendance to watch, but Matt shows up to every home game, shirtless and painted in the school’s colors. He drags the rest of the Aqua crew with him and they cheer every time Archie gets a point. They have been kicked out of more than one game for disturbing the peace

Archie and Maxie are the presidents of two opposing environmental clubs. When the principal says the school can’t have two environmental clubs, they have to combine clubs to keep all of their hard work from getting destroyed

Maxie’s narcissistic ass is hated by his peers. No one can stand a know-it-all. Maxie tries not to let it bother him, but it does. As a prank, Archie spends a whole whopping dollar on a Valentine’s Day candygram and sends it to Maxie. Maxie instantly looked to Courtney, but when she said it wasn’t her, he falls head over heels with the idea he has a secret admirer and Archie feels kinda bad after a while.

Maxie smokes in the bathroom stalls and Archie will pour water on him over the stalls since the bathrooms smell bad enough. 

Tabitha and Shelly skipped a grade and always end up as lab partners.

Tabitha has a not so secret crush on Shelly but never makes a move since he knows she just wants to be friends

Maxie, Courtney, and Tabitha have a D&D night in Maxie’s basement every Thursday. Tabitha invites Shelly along one night. The following week she brings Archie and Matt, much to Maxie’s protests

Maxie’s the DM and does everything in his power to try and kill Archie’s character, but for some reason Archie is the king of getting nat 20s or stupidly escaping danger

Maxie gets KO’d in a game of dodgeball and Archie has to carry him to the nurse’s office

Archie catches three Poochyenas and lets them roam around the school. He attaches a number to their necks. 1, 2 and 4. The teachers find three Poochyenas and go into panic mode when they can’t find #3

Archie’s on a sports team, like the swim team or something, and Maxie’s always there. He claims it’s for his journalism class, but he’s not taking a journalism class. 

Maxie’s mom and Archie’s mom constantly fight at PTA meetings. They go into full on Pokemon battle mode. Archie and Maxie bond while trying to get their mothers to calm down. 

Archie and Shelly were childhood neighbors and friends. Matt moved to town in middle school and had trouble keeping up in his classes. He met Archie through a tutoring program.

Courtney’s two grades behind Maxie. They met when Maxie witnessed a bunch of kids a grade younger than he was mock the way she spoke. Using his elder powers, he got the kids to back off. He thought nothing of it, but Courtney clung to him. Since he never had a friend before, he found her more of an annoyance than anything else. After blowing up and scaring her away, he realized that he actually liked having someone to talk to. He liked having a friend.Since she deserved more than a simple apology, he asked his mom to make her a bracelet.

Needless to say, Courtney accepted his apology and his friendship bracelet.
