my favourite good omens hc is and will forever be that crowley personally met freddie mercury and hozier (during their respective eras) and waxed poetic about aziraphale so much that they used his words in their lyrics

Congrats on the follower milestone!!!
For the prompts maybe some fluffy OoT Zelink? Thanks!
This is loosely inspired by the 100% canon secret OoT marriage by @telemna-hyelle and @tired-twili. The idea, however, is from @samrezi who posted a super cute hc in a zelink server that deserves more than these three sentences. Sorry for all the tags, but credit where credit is due!
When Zelda slipped into Link's room, closing the door behind her with great care to keep the thud from alarming the guards — or worse even: Impa — she hadn't expected to see Link half-dressed already, fighting his way through a button tab that just wouldn't cooperate with his shaky hands.
"Hey," she breathed, taking over from him with ginger fingers until everything was neatly buttoned up, stroking a reassuring palm over the ruffles of his shirt that felt so different from the roughness of his usual guard uniform, "Remember that this official invitation is what we wanted; the first step to making them accept you as my husband."
"But what if I mess up, I'm nothing but a boy from the forest, I can't even dance, I—" he murmured, wrapping his arms around her waist and burying his face in her hair that wasn't prepared for the ball yet, but Zelda wasn't having any of it and hugged him back until he sighed in relaxation, whispering in his ear, "You'll do great, I just know it… and you'll see, in no time at all, the court will see you as worthy as I, just — trust me, please, love."

my love if you are still taking requests could i pls have some hcs on K Company (Sledge, Snafu, Burgin, Leyden, De L'Eau, Ack Ack and Hillbilly) and how they would survive a slasher movie (particularly Scream franchise if you have seen it?) absolutely no pressure if u dont feel inspired or interested in writing this ! x thank uu
I've only seen the first one, tbh, so I'm not as well versed with the whole franchise, but I've seen my fair share of slasher movies, so I think I'll give this a go! But I'll be operating on the idea that they're in a slasher film together, so unfortunately, not all of them are going to survive. Sorry! It might not be exactly what you asked for!
1) Andrew Haldane and Eddie Jones - Oh no they don't make it. In fact, they're the dead girls who haunt the narrative. Particularly Andy. But Eddie, too, because Andy would not be dead if Eddie had not died first. They were each other's greatest happiness, and inevitable doom. Their romance is the tragedy, and sets the stage for all the shit that's about to go down next.
2) Bill Leyden - practical, smart, pragmatic, you'd think he'd survive, but he's too skeptical, you know? But he's too logical. Almost to a fault. At first, he wields it as his own weapon against the fear, but slowly it morphs from weapon to shield. Then slowly, from shield to outright denial, and as the tension rises and rises, he struggles to keep from breaking until, finally, he crumbles beneath it. Not completely, but just enough to give their killer an in. He's not surviving the night, unfortunately.
3) Jay De L'eau - he is though! Jay's surviving! out of pure dumb luck! He's so quiet, so small and so unassuming, that the killer will forget about him until it is too late. He's the last minute save you wouldn't expect, the car that comes crashing against your slasher, sending him several feet away and far enough to buy everybody else some time, or the shadow that brings something heavy down upon the slasher's head, enough to knock him out and pull everybody else to their feet, crying 'Run!'. He's the guy they find at the end, maybe in the post-credits scene, hiding beneath the rubble or tucked away amongst the shadows, safe and traumatized. But generally untouched.
4) RV Burgin - I don't think he's surviving. He wants to get out, no question. But he's not desperate enough to throw people under the bus, and maybe that was his mistake. He stops running because someone tripped. Turns to look back because someone calls out his name, reaches out to him. Or makes it out, but then realizes his is a hollow victory if he can't manage to take his friends out with him, too. Man, he should've just run, but that's not who Burgie is. He might come back in the sequel though, maybe in a post-credits scene added by the producers after the test screening audiences demand that he be alright bc they love the character too much.
5) Merriell Shelton - ok if there's a likely candidate for the 'someone from the original group who was the Slasher all along' character, it's Snaf; turns out he was Ghostface this whole time! but that feels like too much of an out and a little unfair, so I'll just say that he'll make it almost all the way to the end, but he's going to slip up. And it's going to be because he's so tired. He's so afraid under all that anger, but he's just so tired, too, and it only takes one little slip. One little swing too late. But make no mistake, he fights back. He will be remembered very fondly because he fights back, and the tragedy of it lies in how close he was to getting out. He was so close. But not close enough.
6) Eugene Sledge - FINAL GIRL FINAL GIRL FINAL GIRL ENERGY ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? OF COURSE HE'S FINAL GIRL he's standing over the bloody corpse of their tormentor and he's the only one in his right mind to shoot it more than once to make sure it's dead. He's the one whose rage far surpasses that of the slasher. He's the who comes out of this ordeal alive and fully changed, covered in blood, blurring the lines between victim and perpetrator, and smoking his pipe at the steps of the house or the entrance of the summer camp; red and blue emergency lights flashing over his face as someone puts a blanket over his shoulders.

hello! I have this hc/idea that I'm planning on incorporating to a fic I'm writing, but I can't remember where the idea came from and if I read it in a fic I'd like to give credit to the original author when I post mine.
the idea is basically that when Crawly first arrived to Eden he didn't tempt Eve immediately, instead he became friends with her and wasn't doing his job (causing trouble), and after a while or that he gets a note from Hell basically saying "start causing trouble already or else" and Eve finds out and eats the apple so Crawly can take credit for the temptation even if he didn't really tempt her.
I can't remember if I read something similar in a fic, or maybe it was someone's meta/hc on tumblr, or maybe I read something very vaguely familiar and it evolved in my brain until it became this, but I wanted to ask just in case. does this sound familiar to any of you?
I’m not aware of any fics with exactly this premise, but I do have several fics in which Crowley and Eve are friends...
To Eve by Lia_Is_Lying (NR)
A brief history of Eve, and her friendship with Crowley. Also, pears.
Make Some Trouble by the_hyperwriter_lennox (T)
This is how tempting Eve really happened (and is also known as how the seven deadly sins came about. You didn’t think those were Crowley’s idea, did you? They were. Surprise!). If you came for a certain well-meaning angel, Crowley didn’t see him until after the Garden mess, and the angel was too nice for the humans’ good anyway, sorry. You heard him. Which of them did the right thing?
Eden by call_me_kat (G)
He didn’t care who he used to be. He was the serpent, Crawly. Although, he wasn’t really feeling Crawly anymore. It seemed too “squirming at your feet”-ish and that was definitely not him. He’d have to work out a name for himself. He wanted to focus on now, and now he had work to do. He had to cause some trouble.
What was our darling serpent up to in the garden?
Where All Your Dreams Turned Bittersweet by Run Im A Natural Disaster (T)
Crawly's first temptation was an accident.
In The Beginning by munchmulch (T)
No one told them that they weren't supposed to live with the humans. And by extension, no one told them that they weren't supposed to live with each other.
Really, plausible deniability had to be invented by someone.
Watch him by catididnt (G)
After Eden, Crawley follows the humans, meets their first baby, and sticks around.
You’re Familiar Like My Mirror Years Ago by StarofAntiquan (G)
It is a fact curiously overlooked by the legions of both Heaven and Hell, and utterly lost to the annals of human history, that the first sin committed in the Garden of Eden may not, in fact, have had anything to do with any Forbidden Fruit or the Eating Thereof. On the contrary, the act of Gossiping preceded the Eating of the Fruit of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil by around seventeen days, arguably making it the first sin ever committed by humanity.
Or: Crowley perfected the art of gossiping long before it was even a sin, and the Biblical account of the Fall of Mankind contains more than a few inaccuracies.

Hello! First of all, thanks for all the Tin/Can fic fix, it helps trudge the week without dying till the next ep. Anyhow, do you have any HC on Tin relapsing into drugs even with Can in the picture? Like how will Can handle it. Can't get that background info on Tin out of my head even when series-canon changed it. I just think that Tin being exiled by his family to another country potentially pushes him to attach to friends; in his case, bad friends. there should be some traumatic residue idk
Hi @magatamasakura!
I agree with you, it would have been very interesting to see that trauma in the show!
But as to his traumatic residue, I think we are seeing evidence of it. Especially if you remember his little tantrum in ep 10 when he remembered his brother Tul promising to love him and then calling his mom and saying, “Fuck this kid.” Tin is a hurt character, very hurt. He’s been through so much that he feels he can never trust again, which is a HUGE THING.
As people, we wait for others to prove themselves, to get closer to us before we really trust them. Tin doesn’t even let them get that close, and that is very much a sign of trauma IMO (but Psych is not my field so please take this with a grain of salt!)
As to if he would relapse if he did have a drug history? Oh boy...
WARNING, THE REST OF THIS ASK IS ABOUT A HYPOTHETICAL SITUATION IN WHICH A CHARACTER RELAPSES INTO SEVERE DRUG USE. SKIP THE REST OF THIS POST IF THIS IS A SENSITIVE ISSUE FOR YOU.
I think what would drive him to relapse would have to be something big. Something that shakes his core so bad that he wants to escape reality, escape his life, isolate himself in all the ways that a cold shoulder and physical distance can’t.
I think Tin would have to finally think that Can betrayed him to relapse. And of course Can didn’t but Tin thinks he did. And it hurts Tin down to his core, and that little seed of doubt that he had smothered finally sprouts into something horrible. He drops out of Can’s life for a month, two months, three tops. Can drives himself MAD looking for Tin. Pete helps, even Ae is coerced into doing something.
They finally find him because Pete asked his dad, and that was a fight all its own.
Tin is a mess in many senses of the word. He’s near skeletal, holed up in a hotel room that just charges a credit card in another name that gets paid from his. Can shakes him, as if he could drive out whatever insane reason Tin’s done this to himself physically, and all Tin does is cry when he sees Can again.
It takes several more months to get Tin back into a healthy weight, a healthy state of mind, and Can does not relent even once. Even when they fight more than they ever fought before. Even when Tin yells and screams, begging to be let go. And they reforge that trust. And Tin finally finally listens, finds out it was his brother again, Tul, who started him down this path again.
And Tin is gutted, even though he knew he should have known better. But Can holds him, whispers in his ear that it’s over now. That he’s back, that he’ll be here for him again, always, forever. That nothing will make him leave, because he’s seen the good in Tin, and this is momentary, this will pass. But the love Can knows is in Tin will always be there.
Also Can puts a curse on Tul, gets Pete to help him get his car towed, has a secret conversation with Tul’s wife and son, showing them what he’s done to Tin for so long, and actually decks the guy.
None of this satisfies him one bit, but Tin refuses to press charges so it’ll have to do.
