This conversation switch, which Mu-yeol didn't intend to let happen, as he was only trying to briefly bring David up to explain 'yeah, I've been thinking about the political existence of fairies in the human world more because being with David, I've had to explain a lot of things to him', did make him think of another thing. A thing perhaps Nemo would want to know beforehand so he wasn't shocked.

Maybe he should mention that he was considering letting David see his wings soon, before he did it. Give him a chance to talk him out of it.

However, he felt...that 'taking David to Korea soon' and 'I want to do the school thing maybe actually' and 'oh and David is planning to foot a lot of the bill' was already a lot. This was more than they've talked about David-adjacent topics in a long time, maybe even ever. He shouldn't push his luck and pretend Nemo was ready to accept him as a long term part of his father's life.
