How does my referral to the cardiologist get lost in the fax ether twice!
#Seriously it's getting ridiculous at this point#My nurse practitioner has the records of her sending the referrals but the cardiologists office definitely isn't getting them#What fucking gives#And the cardiologist has a waiting list so I kinda want to get on that list asap
