Lotta reasons I'm not a huuuuuuuge fan of rockstar!Eddie AUs where Corroded Coffin makes it big, but I have to say I think I'd be readier to read them if I got the feeling that more authors understood the essential differences between, say, Maynard James Keenan and Pete Wentz.

#I don't think most ST fans know anything about modern metal!#this should include me I legitimately do not know very much about metal #but like #at least I know who Dream Theater are #I used to listen to Therion and Apocalyptica in college #Musician Eddie isn't hanging out with Beyonce #he's hanging out with Tool #which has implications for what music he's making and also what his levels of fame look like!#anyway #JUST A LITTLE RESEARCH IS THAT SO MUCH TO ASK
