my activity is very sporadic. due to real life draining my energy on a regular basis, and on-off depressive episodes, it's impossible for me to be here daily. i will only write when i feel like it and i will not force myself to reply quickly anymore, i want this to be a hobby, an escape when i need it - this is my personal rule.

if we've been mutuals for a while and have some threads together, i'm all here for plotting. i think it's easier to plot if we as muns have established some kind of bond first versus two people who still have to figure out if their muses vibe together, if that makes sense. basically, plotting is cool but only if it 'feels' right.

checks calender aren't we all adults by now? anyway, i understand why callouts are sometimes necessary, especially if it's actually problematic or concerns someone's safety - 100% agree. but if it's drama between people, adult people, which could easily be resolved privately without dragging the whole rpc into it, then get out. touch grass.

muses pretty much, in this form, are... well.... dead.

blog's dead... ngl.

I couldn't recover consistently the muses to write them for RP, the drive is... pretty much lost tbh, and the encouragement on their narrative is near cero. So... might as well nip it in the bud and call the grave digger to make it official.

I will no longer write the mages on this blog. I can't bring myself to do so anymore. As much as I hate to admit it. As developed and complex as they are, they no longer really fit the UT fandom, which, also, is pretty old by now and no longer holds the same activity it used to. Plus... they aren't probably the most rp friendly lot due to power disparity to canon characters... despite trying to balance out things.

And I won't lie, the server incident made a big blow on my esteem and confidence to write them any longer in a way that encourages others to interact with them. That never really left and thinking on it... this is the second time it happens. Let me be clear, however, I do not blame those I wrote with over the loss of muse. This is only a by-product of realizing my weaknesses as a writter, as well as the long term effects my distopic narrative has on others and their drive to interact with my characters. This is solely on me. I refuse to put the blame on others.

I am adapting the mages, however, into a personal fictional world project and story still. Once I am done adapting them, and fleshing out the blog for their adaptation counterparts, I MIGHT share the blog here.

The blog will be similar in many things, tbh, but it should, once I am done, balance stuff out in term of power levels depending on the verse as well as the chance for people's characters to be able to even the scales against them... for the most of it, at least until the full-blown villain arcane overlords verse. It won't be imposible in that one, but one may need to interact with some characters to even the scales. They will be, after all, the BBEGs in that verse akin to the dark lords n ringwraiths of Tolkien in that verse, in a way. And it should also be far more friendly for other characters... for the most of it, and as much as it can be on a distopic anti-arcane society on the twilight of arcane societies and the dawn of dark arcane reigns.

Its been... quite a journey, hasn't it? I am honored by those that shared with me, and I can't say how thankful I am to have met any and all of you. Nor can I say how sorry I am to those that felt affected negatively by my narratives without it coming short and rather lacking as an apology... I am, however, not regretful for having met any of you, nor resentful.

Hell... I am really, truly grateful...

However fleeting friendships may be, however fleeting out collaborative literaties may be, however long and lengthy they had gotten, I am Honored, I am glad, I am happy I got to have them with you, any of you. You, your tales, your characters, will be all something I will hold dearly in my heart for many, many years. Long after this place is no more... long in the coming years. You are all, marvelous, grandiose incredible individuals I am lucky to have met. You all have things I can't help but often admire and be inspired by... IMPORTANT PORTRAYAL NOTES:

Miele doesn't posses Japanese heritage and is unfamiliar with Japanese customs and culture. This is reflected in my writing: rather than using Japanese honorifics, as they keep shinigami as a whole in high esteem, you'll see them use official titles (lieutenant/captain) and English honorifics (sir/lady/mr./mrs./noble/dear) even with people they're already acquainted with. (Note: their use of "nee" or "naa" is a verbal tic and not meant to be mimicking any Japanese word or interjection). Howerver, they have absolutely no problem with being addressed with them, and just won't respond with Japanes ehonorifics in return. As per fellow Arrancars, their attitude is much less polite at first, since Miele has been living as prey for most of their life in Hueco Mundo and can hardly shake off the emotional consequences.

This is more like a HC of mine for all Arrancars (that nobody has to abide to as per all my other HCs), but food made for souls in the Soul Society does not have the right nutrients an Arrancar needs to survive and stay healthy. They need to consume another soul at least once in a while to keep their strength. Arrancars can eat and appreciate normal soul food just fine, but they can't live off solely that, as it will fill their stomach but not provide them with an energy source (think of it as a state of low sugar drive). To counter this, and to prevent the Arrancars from the Unit from eating souls instead of purifying them, the Twelfth division is tasked with creating special supplements in the form of tablets. These tablets are then periodically delivered to the singular members of the unit as part of their regular equipment.

Miele doesn't identify as any gender, and won't mind the usage of any pronoun. They'll be fine with whatever pronouns their romantic partner decides to use, though they'll appreciate if said partner uses gender-neutral terms like "dear" rather than "princess", for example.

Bio:

MIELE, THE ARRANCAR: Mielelambda is a naturally-born Arrancar who, by the time of the battle for Fake Karaukra and Aizen's defeat, has been wandering Hueco Mundo for the last 300 years.During this time, they're extremely avoidant of other Hollows and actively hostile to those aligned with Aizen. While they outright refuse to serve authority imposed through tyranny, they lead a purposeless life with the only goal of preserving themselves. They aren't strong enough to compete with other Arrancars and too wary of others to join a pack: thus, their existence is void of any meaning, and feels destined to live as that, unseen and unheard.

MIELE, THE SHINIGAMI: When first introduced to the Soul Society, Miele is an anxious mess. Not only they have to get used to the day-night cycle, but also to all the other natural aspects of their new home which were absent in Hueco Mundo. Their ears, which were used to detect the tiniest variations in perpetual silence, are now constantly subjected to close and repeating noises, which urges them to make adjustments and limit their hearing range to that of an average shinigami. In addition, despite those involved in the implementation of the Cooperative Arrancar Program reassuring them of their rights as a member of the Gotei 13, they see themselves as a nuisance and source of discomfort for other shinigami: they struggle to look at them in the eyes and often spends days without uttering a single word out of fear. Basically, everything is new and scary.It’s their fear of braking the Gotei 13’s rules, an offense that could mean their banishment back to Hueco Mundo, that which prompts them to collect scrap newspapers and any form of written information they can get their hands on, even if it means digging them out of the trash. Thanks to their dedication, they learn the Third Division’s rules set by heart and gain general knowledge of many things in the Soul Society.After gaining enough confidence, and thanks to their Division's efforts to make them feel safe as a fellow member, Miele’s true personality finally shines through: curious, creative and caring, they retain some introverted traits while also putting all of themselves into the well-being of their division.With time, Miele manages to learn and grow attached to the shinigami lifestyle, falling in love with the unpredictability of life in Soul Society and considering themselves a full-fledged shinigami as well as an Hollow.

Stats: In battle, their Hollow instincts tend to take over caution and self-preservation. Miele can boast an impressive sonido and dexterity at the cost of modest reiatsu levels, usually going for rapid but precise hits and close combat.

When the situation gets dire, it's not uncommon for them to acquire a more "animalistic" approach with powerful bites, kicks and Ceros. Their hierro is quite sturdy, but they're often not able to condense their reiryoku in time to escape a direct hit unscathed.

Love language: constant attention, acts of care, verbal encouragement.

When it comes to romance, Miele is absolutely clueless. They will hardly get any hints and will often mistake romantic gestures for friendliness. One will have to be as clear as possible with them if they want their love language to be understood. Awkward with physical contact, will need to be lead.

Danza is one of the oldest Hollows alive currently in Hueco Mundo, known by many as the Lonely Lord of the Sands. Despite living in solitude, he was more than powerful enough to rival Barragan and his forces, and was thus left alone. He was also once approached by Aizen to join his Espada—his response was to hurl a lightning bolt at the Shinigami. He has since continued to live in isolation, destroying any that try to challenge him, but also offering sanctuary and security in his desert to those who seek peace and rest.

When in his Resurrección form, Danza takes on a form similar to Grimmjow’s, though more reptilian in nature—larger, more robust tail, glittering scales across his body, and bony ridges in his hair, almost like a crown. He also has what appears to be a golden cloak on his shoulders—this is actually a pair of golden wings folded behind him.

SIDE NOTES: I'd like to point out that all of these are relative to other muses, and at a certain skill threshold, its decimals separating one muse from another. (10 does not mean perfect, but it does mean that he is in the upper echelon at that particular skill).

From a Physical perspective, Grimmjow is undeniably a powerhouse, however his skills and abilities are suited to his particular lifestyle and combat prowess. He's an ambush predator with the endurance of any high ranked hollow who's needed to spend his entire life on high alert. He's constantly moving, constantly adapting, and constantly coping with new injuries and challenges.

His combat abilities are reliant on his speed, flexibility, dexterity, and reflexes over anything else, and his more technical skills have been acquired as an extension of his instincts, rather than personally honed. While this changed in CFYOW (as he started training himself more) he's still far from proficient in any particular combat style. His sword work is shoddy and sloppy, his Kidō and even his hollow reiatsu based abilities are under-developed, and though his spiritual pressure actually is growing (an unusual feat for a hollow of his mass) he is still subject to many of the limitations of anyone at the end of their evolutionary line is.

Similarly some of these skills are just for funsies. I personally believe he'd be a pretty decent dancer: one bc its part of his human life story, and two bc he already has the agility, flexibility, and balance that makes a dancer competent.

Unfortunately, I don't believe the above is an actual measure of his intellect as he has many skills which aren't described. Some of these include:

Other then that, I HC he has some musical talent, and has an interest (and close up personal experience) with biological sciences, which attribute to his higher scores in those catagories. Grimmjow might not be a genius, but he's the very definition of street smarts. He's perceptive, quick on the uptake, and a phenomenal on-the-fly problem solver. He might not be conventional, but he's effective.

Shuren in the Hellaverse

Name: Shuren

Age: ??? (He’s very old and has been in Hell for quite some time)

Original Canon: Bleach: The Hell Verse (Movie)

Species: Togabito (Sinner)

Position: Overlord

Personality/Short About:

Shuren can be described as: cold, cruel, cunning, calculating, flamboyant, arrogant, and highly conceited. He is also highly manipulative and will not hesitate to use/exploit others or those around them for his own personal gain. This is evident when he captured and used Ichigo’s sister, Yuzu as a bargaining chip to get Ichigo to do his bidding. Shuren also has a rather short temper and, if angered, can be rather explosive. 

Being one of the strongest sinners in Hell, Shuren thinks very highly of himself. In his mind he is a king, and everyone else in Hell is there to obey and serve him. He even has multiple henchmen at his beck and call who are quite loyal to him. In his lair he has a throne, a further testament to the image of himself he has ingrained in his mind. (His original canon)

When it comes to various situations, Shuren is the type to meticulously plan everything. He is not one to let his emotions get the better of him and will instead scheme and plot well in advance. If possible he will use those under him/others to carry out his plans, rarely getting involved himself unless needed. 

After spending many years in Hell, Shuren has lost the ability to feel any sort of positive emotion. Anger, hatred, pride, envy and other such emotions are the only ones he knows, for those emotions, along with his intellect and sheer power were what allowed him to survive in hell for so long. 

Bio:

After being defeated and slain by both Ichigo Kurosaki and Kokuto, it took Shuren ages to reform. Contrary to popular belief, Kokuto didn’t fully destroy his body and he was able to reform. However, it was not from a pile of lava; rather, the sinner found himself waking in a place called Pentagram City. This was not the hell he knew, though with time he came to realize he had been sent to another version of the place that he had called home.

Unlike his previous home, this one had no guards watching and waiting to punish sinners who tried to escape to the World of the Living. Furthermore, the chains that had bound him to the previous Hell had been broken, though the shackle remained around his neck and had made him a target for other sinners to come after him. These sinners were swiftly silenced by a pillar of flame, leaving only ashes to remain in their wake.

It wouldn’t be until much later that Shuren would learn about soul contracts, and that enslaving souls was far more advantageous than burning them. He would then go no to amass whatever unfortunate soul that crossed his path, and while he was without his henchmen from his former home, he had amassed enough sinner souls to slowly rise through the ranks.

Despite eventually becoming an overlord in his own right, he wasn’t recognized as one by the others, nor did he make his presence known to them. Instead Shuren had taken to working in the shadows, his presence and activity being chalked up to rumours of an unknown entity who was always lurking nearby.

When the time was right, he would exercise his powers and might to sweep in and claim the city for himself. For now, he would stick to the shadows and observe the other overlords, as well as the residents of Pentagram City.

Powers/Abilities:

Keen Intellect: Shuren is shown to have some knowledge of the Espada and their techniques, as he was able to readily identify a Gran Rey Cero. 

Enhanced Speed: Shuren is capable of moving at high speeds, even capable of catching Szayelaporro Granz, an Espada-level Arrancar, off-guard. Shuren is also able to maintain combat at high speeds, fast enough to engage in battle with Ichigo Kurosaki in his Bankai state. 

Damage Resistance: Although not impervious to flesh wounds, Shuren is seemingly unperturbed by such attacks, most notably when Ichigo dealt a direct hit on the Togabito with his Zanpakutō, after which point Shuren continued to fight against Ichigo seemingly unaffected by his injury. 

Flame Manipulation: Shuren has demonstrated the ability to generate and manipulate fire from the palms of his hands for a variety of effects, ranging from creating high-speed projectiles of fire to summoning forth a lance-like flame of which he has displayed remarkable proficiency, using it as a close-range weapon. Shuren is also capable of using his flames to deflect enemy attacks - as shown when he managed to counter a Getsuga Tenshō by using a steady stream of fire as a makeshift barrier. He can also produce doppelgängers of himself, entirely composed of flames.

Peter White (Hellaverse)

Name: Peter White

Age: 23 (At time of death) Species: Rabbit Sinner Residing in: Pride Ring, Hell (Formerly the Country of Hearts in Wonderland)

Role: White Rabbit Role Holder (formerly); Prime Minister (formerly), no role at present

Personality: Cold, cruel and calculating, the former White Rabbit was one of many role holders in Wonderland to be avoided at all costs. Even the simple utterance of his name sent chills down the spine of many a Faceless. With a heart as black as his fur was white, Peter wouldn’t hesitate to shoot and kill anyone for even so much as looking his way. Life to him, and the other residents of Wonderland held little meaning, and that included his own. He was simply here to play the game and follow the rules, and carry out his role accordingly.

That was until he met Alice.

The Outsider had captured his attention when he peered into his hour of time, and he was immediately smitten with her love toward the Sunday Afternoons spent with her sister. This Sunday Afternoon, which was actually the hour of time he was became a fixation, and every chance he got he would travel to where she was and remain by her side.

When Alice’s life began to turn upside down, the pain she felt at the loss of her eldest sister began to taint the Sunday Afternoons she once cherished. Not wishing to see her in pain anymore, Peter conspired with the Dream Demon to bring her to Wonderland.

His love toward Alice and the time they spent together began to change him, and while his displays of love and affection, along with his proclamations of such made everyone confused and uncomfortable, no one could deny that Alice had changed him into a whole new rabbit. It was because of Alice that Peter learned what love was, that he realized his life had meaning simply because he existed. He learned what tears and sadness were, and for the first time, had cried.

It was because of Alice that he learned to love, and that love would lead him to a drastic end. For her, he would give up everything.

Even his life.

Biography: Tw: Suicide mention

After giving up his life so that Alice could fully become integrated into Wonderland and take on the position of Role Holder, Peter had thought he would simply fade out of existence. Much to his surprise, he had awoken in a strange, filthy place. Furthermore, the area of his chest which previously held a clock had now become a beating heart, indicating that he had become an outsider.

However, he wasn’t just any outsider; he was a sinner who had fallen into Hell, the place that would now be his home. Fortunately for him, he retained some of his abilities from his time in wonderland, such as shape shifting into his rabbit form and transforming his pocket watch into a gun. Unfortunately, he was in a new place with nowhere to call home, and a new game with rules he didn’t even know that would govern his life in Hell.

How this new game would play out remained to be seen.

Some notes:

Peter is not prone to anger, but rather acts out of cold indifference with a disregard for others. If you do manage to anger him, it won’t turn out well for you.

Peter is a notorious germophobe and detests any manner of filth. It is also his phobia that makes him careful about what he eats and who prepares it, especially since there is no telling who might try to poison him.

Peter does not get along well with others and cares little for them. This is seen in his canon with how he speaks to other role holders and how he treats them. He has especially taken a liking to trying to kill Ace, but due to the rules of The Game, no harm can come to the knight. Doesn’t mean he won’t still try to off him.

Prior to his descent into Hell, Peter was a physical manifestation of time, along with time itself. Specifically he was the hour of 3:00, which was the hour that Alice cherished the most and where her Sunday afternoons with her sister took place. Upon falling into Hell, Peter’s physiology changed to be that of Alice’s, which is a human outsider before changing once more to that of a sinner, complete with a soul.

(This is a heavy WIP and will be fleshed out the more he integrates into Hell.)

Nathaniel Hawthorne (Hellaverse, and no I don’t mean the actual author-)

An important note before I begin: Nathaniel, in BSD canon, is a religious muse and a Christian minister (formally) belonging to a conservative protestant denomination (I would like to think he’s a flavour of Calvinist). As a result there will be talks of Christianity and theology, though mostly through a deconversion/deconstructionist lens), but I will tag such posts with ‘Christianity tw’ so people can block it! Nathaniel’s canon is heavily tied to his faith and Christianity (namely because his character is derived from The Scarlet Letter, which is a book written by his namesake that is more or less a satire/criticism of puritanism among other things) and I will not be watering this down or shying away from it! I will, however, make shit/crack/meme posts about it, because it’s fun.

About: Nathaniel is, for the most part, a calm, smart, composed and calculating individual. He is rather cold and distant, and can be quite snarky and dismissive to others. He has a self righteous air to him, due to his belief that God chose him to dole out punishment and justice to those who he perceives are sinners and heretics. He can be quite zealous with his faith and belief, and he spends nearly every waking moment reading his bible or praying. He can also be quite ruthless when it comes to his enemies, especially with his zealous faith.

Despite this, he has shown to have a more patient, caring, and gentle side, though this is reserved for his partner, Margaret Mitchell. It’s implied that he has strong feelings for her, though he is hesitant to act on it (or, rather, he’s in denial) and will cover them up by bickering and bantering with her whenever possible. 

Ability: The Scarlet Letter.

Hawthorne’s ability allows him to convert his own blood into holy words, which he can weaponize and use offensively (Ex. Bullets, restraints, whips, and so on ), as well as defensively (the words can be used to form a shield). By making an incision with the cross around his neck, he can use his blood in this manner.

His ability can be used indefinitely, as long as his blood isn’t diluted. Said ability can also be activated remotely as long as his blood is present in the area. He can also use a pool of his blood to make it seem like he is walking on air, giving him a sort of pseudo levitation. 

Basically, anywhere his blood is, he can use it to attack, defend, and travel swiftly.

Hellaverse: (All of this is post canon and pure speculation.) After being given over to the mafia to atone for the murders he committed while under Fyodor’s control, Nathaniel was sentenced to death. Upon awakening, he found himself in the very place he was warned about since childhood, and which had given him many a nightmare: Hell.

Nathaniel didn’t need to guess why he was here; he had committed many sins that God couldn’t cleanse him from, and for which he could never atone. It was only logical that he would land among the condemned, and would spend the rest of his days among others. A rather ironic twist considering it wasn’t that long ago he was condemning people for the very same sins he himself committed.

For now Nathaniel is just trying to survive in his new home, and taking whatever jobs he can get while avoiding others, and the gazes of the Overlords and other powerful beings of Hell.

"You be nice to him and I will be nice to you." He purred running his hands through the back of Niss' hair. "though are you sure you want to teach him to be better at trying to kill you? I thought you would prefer he have poor skills." He mused, leaning against the spider before letting out a thoughtful sigh.

"It does feel like we haven't had a moments peace in a long time. Maybe we should send Cero to another ring instead and take the opportunity to be alone? There's a few things I haven't been able to do to you that I seem to have the thirst for since getting back."

Pierre flinched, surprised by the spiders voice among the questions as he turned to look at the other. He couldn't deny the questions were starting to get to him, he still hated thinking about his time in Heaven but the sight of Arackniss managed to calm him.

"..I can only assume they are just curious about Heaven itself. Not many redemptions have occurred around here so, they probably just want to know why I am here again. I mean, who gives up Heaven right?"
