Today, I have found myself thinking a lot about the many different types of healers that currently exist on this planet.  I believe that there are many people who are in healing professions and who are healers who are not even cognizant of this fact. I believe the time has come for those who have been called to be healers to come forth and go forth and walk in their calling. 

I myself recognize that I have been called to be a healer, however I will be the first to admit that I have hesitation associated with this.  The hesitation is not necessarily in my doubt of my ability to heal, but moreso in my not wanting to deal with the judgement that those in healing professions inevitably face. 

As an intuitive empath, I already find it very difficult to be surrounded by large numbers of people as I can feel everyone’s energy and see the truth and untruth in what they say.  Lately, I have also seen the color of everyone’s aura and sometimes I can actually see their energy field.  I am learning and remembering to protect my own energy and aura in all that I do. I am so accustomed to helping others that I often forget to help and protect myself.  Sound familiar?  

My pint is that the time for the healers is here.  The time to go out and heal is now.  Just remember that you must first heal yourself before you can heal others.
