#Mario & Luigi vs Sephiroth? Good ol' Sephi showed up through a crossover portal thinking M&L would be small fries.

I recall someone around Tumblr made a big post earlier this year all about Mario being a ferally stubborn "hold my beer" guy, with one of the things stated he'd do being going around in his underwear or less out of spite. Was that post real someone on Tumblr made, or did I imagine it? Because imagine there's at least one or two nudist/clothing-optional beaches somewhere around the Mushroom Kingdom that exist as such purely because Mario.

WAIT WAIT WAIT I also remember something like this?? I don't even remember if it was from me or someone else ^^;

But I can't find it...I went through my entire "miscellaneous mario madness" tag, I have more than 200 pages of mario bros tag,and I'm not even sure I reblogued it (although I definitely would have, but maybe I liked it to reblog later and now it's buried in my hundred of likes).

Anyone who knows what we're talking about is welcome to help us out because I really want to see that post again XD

But regarding the subject of underwear Mario and nudist beaches :

Mario definitely rescued a beach resort/city in just his underwear (maybe not naked because of kids, but close), and as he acted the whole time as there was nothing wrong with it, instead of looking ashamed and flustered, the resort's owners/city council assumed he liked walking around in underwear, and decided to set up a nudist beach so he would be comfortable the next time he came around.

Mario has no idea it even happened. The next time he came back to the resort with his friends, it didn't even occur to him that Pasta Beach was named after his pasta-printed swimtrunks he wore when he saved the day.

Also : remember back in 2017 when everyone went insane at the announcement of Mario in swimtrunks and showing off his chest?

I like to think this would be an in-universe reaction to Mario taking off his iconic overalls to go swimming.
